A dust extraction for a cutting machine, characterized in that: comprises a width adjusting mechanism, a shrinkage transition cover (5), a corrugated connecting pipe (6) and a dust collector; the width adjusting mechanism consists of two side baffles (1) and an adjusting rectangular frame (4), and the distance between the two side baffles (1) can be adjusted; the two side baffles (1) are vertically arranged in parallel, and the upper edges of the two side baffles (1) are provided with top horizontal plates which are turned over horizontally; the right end part of the side baffle plate (1) positioned at the front side is fixedly arranged in the frame of the adjusting rectangular frame (4), and the right end part of the side baffle plate (1) positioned at the rear side is vertically provided with a closed baffle plate (9); width adjusting sliding strips (16) perpendicular to the plate surface of the side baffle plate (1) are arranged at the top and the bottom in the rectangular adjusting frame (4), and width adjusting sliding grooves (11) are arranged at the upper edge and the lower edge of the closed baffle plate (9); the width adjusting slide bar (16) is slidably embedded in the width adjusting slide groove (11) at the corresponding upper and lower positions; the rear edge of the closing baffle (9) penetrates through the rear side frame of the adjusting rectangular frame (4) and extends out of the frame; a top T-shaped chute (10) is transversely arranged on a top horizontal plate positioned at the front side; a top cross rod (2) is longitudinally and horizontally arranged above the two top horizontal plates, and a T-shaped lug (20) which is slidably embedded in the top T-shaped chute (10) is arranged on the lower side of the top cross rod (2); a transparent baffle (3) is horizontally arranged on the right side edge of the top cross bar (2); the lower edges of the two side baffles (1) are provided with a rectangular notch (12); a strip-shaped mounting plate (19) is transversely arranged on the opposite inner sides of the two side baffles (1); a vertical slot is vertically arranged on the strip-shaped mounting plate (19), and a strip-shaped plugboard (13) is vertically inserted in the vertical slot; each strip-shaped inserting plate (13) is sequentially arranged and sealed at the rectangular notch (12), each strip-shaped inserting plate (13) is freely pressed on the upper side of a material to be cut in a sliding manner under the action of gravity, and the material to be cut can penetrate through the two side baffles (1), so that the pipe cutting with round or square shape can be well sealed; a limiting strip groove (18) is vertically arranged on each strip-shaped plugboard (13), and a limiting projection which is slidably embedded in the limiting strip groove (18) is arranged in each vertical slot; the left large end of the shrinkage transition cover (5) is butt-jointed and arranged on the right side of the adjusting rectangular frame (4); the small end on the right side of the shrinkage transition cover (5) is in butt joint with the left end of the corrugated connecting pipe (6); the right end of the corrugated connecting pipe (6) is in butt joint with the dust collector;
the dust collector comprises an outer shell (7), a front side door (14), an air filter bag (21), a fan protection shell (22), an exhaust fan (23), a bracket rod (24), a driven belt wheel (25) and a driving motor (8); an air inlet (26) is formed in the left side of the outer shell (7), and an air outlet (27) is formed in the right side of the outer shell (7); square inserting rods (32) are arranged on the upper side edge and the lower side edge of a bag opening of the air filter bag (21), and supporting iron bars (29) are arranged on the front side edge and the rear side edge of the bag opening of the air filter bag (21); the front side wall and the rear side wall of the outer shell (7) close to the air inlet (26) are respectively provided with a bar magnet (30), and a supporting iron bar (29) is adsorbed on the bar magnets (30); clamping grooves (31) are formed in the upper side wall and the lower side wall, which are arranged in the outer shell (7) and close to the air inlet (26), of the square inserting rod (32) are longitudinally inserted into the clamping grooves (31); the mouth of the air filter bag (21) is opposite to the air inlet (26); the fan protection shell (22) is fixedly arranged in the outer shell (7) and is positioned on the right side of the air filter bag (21); a rotating shaft is transversely and rotatably arranged on the bracket rod (24); the exhaust fan (23) is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft and is positioned in the fan protection shell (22); the driven belt wheel (25) is arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft; the driving motor (8) is positioned outside the outer shell (7), and a driving belt wheel is arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor (8); the driving belt wheel and the driven belt wheel (25) are driven by a belt; the front side door (14) is hinged at the front side window of the outer shell (7), and a handle (15) is arranged on the front side door (14); the right end of the corrugated connecting pipe (6) is butt-jointed and installed at the air inlet (26);
an expansion baffle (17) is inserted at the rear edge of the closing baffle (9); a T-shaped slot (34) is vertically arranged at the rear edge of the closing baffle plate (9); t-shaped convex strips (33) which are inserted into the T-shaped slots (34) are vertically arranged on the front side edges of the expansion baffles (17); the vertical height of the expansion baffle (17) is the same as that of the sealing baffle (9), and width adjusting sliding grooves (11) are arranged at the upper edge and the lower edge of the expansion baffle (17); t-shaped slots (34) are vertically arranged on the rear side edges of the expansion baffles (17).
