本发明公开了一种过滤装置,包括安装框、过滤层,所述安装框两端设置有安装槽,所述安装槽两侧对称设置有卡口,所述安装框内侧边缘底部设置有安装板,该安装板四角设置有安装螺孔,所述过滤层包括框架和滤布,所述框架四角设置有螺孔,所述滤布由过滤材料制成,结构简单,安装方便。

技术领域
本发明属于净化装置的技术领域,具体为一种过滤装置。
背景技术
多介质过滤器也称机械杂质过滤器,是水质预处理的主要设备之一。根据水质的情况采用相应的设计方案,以高效去除水体中的悬浮物、胶体、泥沙、粘土、腐殖物、颗粒物等杂质,降低水的浊度,达到水质澄清的目的。过滤设备是多种过滤设施的通称,指用来进行过滤的机械设备或者装置,常见于工业生产中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种过滤装置,结构简单,安装方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种过滤装置,包括安装框、过滤层,所述安装框两端设置有安装槽,所述安装槽两侧对称设置有卡口,所述安装框内侧边缘底部设置有安装板,该安装板四角设置有安装螺孔,所述过滤层包括框架和滤布,所述框架四角设置有螺孔,所述滤布由过滤材料制成,每层过滤层的滤布材料均不同,至安装板向外侧依次为聚氯乙烯布、聚酰胺(尼龙66)布、非纺织滤布、滤网,所述安装框由不锈钢材质的方钢制成。
本发明的有益效果是:
聚酰胺(尼龙66)布在干湿状态下均有很高的强度,寿命长,耐磨性能极好,热稳定性亦好,一般使用温度可在120-150℃。在碱性滤浆中的化学稳定性较好,可使用到100℃,但在酸性介质中,则只有在常温下,对稀酸性物料才具有稳定性,利用多层过滤层,对水过滤干净。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如附图所示,一种过滤装置,包括安装框1、过滤层2,所述安装框1两端设置有安装槽3,所述安装槽3两侧对称设置有卡口4,所述安装框1内侧边缘底部设置有安装板5,该安装板5四角设置有安装螺孔6,所述过滤层2包括框架7和滤布8,所述框架7四角设置有螺孔,所述滤布8由过滤材料制成,每层过滤层2的滤布材料均不同,至安装板向外侧依次为聚氯乙烯布、聚酰胺(尼龙66)布、非纺织滤布、滤网,所述安装框由不锈钢材质的方钢制成。
将安装框1利用两端的安装槽3安装在过滤腔体内,过滤层2对流过的水进行过滤。

1.一种过滤装置,其特征在于,包括安装框、过滤层,所述安装框两端设置有安装槽,所述安装槽两侧对称设置有卡口,所述安装框内侧边缘底部设置有安装板,该安装板四角设置有安装螺孔,所述过滤层包括框架和滤布,所述框架四角设置有螺孔,所述滤布由过滤材料制成,每层过滤层的滤布材料均不同,至安装板向外侧依次为聚氯乙烯布、聚酰胺(尼龙66)布、非纺织滤布、滤网,所述安装框由不锈钢材质的方钢制成。
