本发明提供了一种隐性渗透功能卫生巾，包括面层、中间芯层以及底膜层，所述中间芯层包括靠近所述面层一侧的导流干燥层以及远离所述面层一侧的吸收层，所述干燥层上靠近所述面层一侧设置有膨胀微球，所述面层上与所述导流干燥层相对设置有拒液透气层，所述拒液透气层上设有过流孔，能够提高其保持干爽、透气的能力，提高使用者的舒适性，减小细菌滋生感染。

一种隐性渗透功能卫生巾
技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品技术领域，尤其涉及一种隐性渗透功能卫生巾。
背景技术
现有市场上提供的卫生巾，采用无纺布或塑料打孔膜等材料为表面层，在表面层的下面就是吸收层或吸收性的片状材料，有的技术把吸收层分成中凸性的提前吸收层和吸收层两部分，吸收层和吸收性的片状材料都是用来吸收液体和储存液体的。这种表面层的性能和表面层与吸收层及吸收性的片状材料的组合结构不能使卫生巾的表面更干爽、透气，特别是夏天天气炎热，用透气性、干爽性差的卫生巾会感觉阴部潮湿、闷热，很不舒服，并且会加快多种细菌的滋生，引起妇科疾病。卫生巾的吸收层吸收了液体，尤其是较为大量的液体后，很难保持干爽卫生。
另外，目前市面上的卫生巾在吸收了液体后，液体在表面层上会有或多或少的积存，由于该液体具有颜色，沾染在卫生巾面层上会使其失去原本纯净的颜色，产生视觉污染，在使用后对使用者或者丢弃后对其他人都会产生不好影响。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种隐性渗透功能卫生巾，能够避免液体在卫生巾表面层积存、使其能够保持颜色纯净，透气干爽、舒适性好。
为了达到所述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
包括面层、中间芯层以及底膜层，其特征在于：所述中间芯层包括靠近所述面层一侧的导流干燥层以及远离所述面层一侧的吸收层，所述干燥层上靠近所述面层一侧设置有膨胀微球，所述面层上与所述导流干燥层相对设置有拒液透气层，所述拒液透气层上设有过流孔。
由此，膨胀微球吸收层内相对位置的液体后膨胀，增大面层与导流干燥层间的距离，保证二者之间的空气流通，膨胀后其阻尼变大，在使用者活动过程中，膨胀微球周边与其余位置的面层和导流干燥层间距不同且为非线性，增大了层间空气流通趋势。
作为一种优选，所述面层上设有导流槽，所述导流槽与所述拒液透气层与之间缝制连接。
由此，促进液体下渗与纵向导流。
作为一种优选，所述导流槽穿过所述过流孔。
由此，连通导流槽与面层和导流干燥层间的间隙。
作为一种优选，所述导流干燥层表面包括位于所述导流干燥层中部的导流域以及所述导流域外侧的干燥域，所述膨胀微球位于所述干燥域内。
由此，兼顾液体渗透速度与干燥效果。
作为一种优选，所述面层为热风无纺布层，亲肤性好、渗透传导率高。
作为一种优选，所述吸收层为超吸水树脂层或超吸水纤维层，吸水锁水性好。
作为一种优选，所述膨胀微球的直径为1.0-1.5mm。
作为一种优选，相邻所述膨胀微球间的距离为0.8-1.0cm。
综上，与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：
（1）液体能够迅速从纵向上渗透穿过面层，并被卫生巾内部的中间芯层吸收扩散并牢牢锁住，液体在面层上的停留时间短、几乎不产生扩散，因此卫生巾仍保持纯净的外观，不会对观者造成不适；
（2）膨胀微球吸收层内相对位置的液体后膨胀，增大面层与导流干燥层间的距离，保证二者之间的空气流通；
（3）膨胀后微球的阻尼变大，在使用者活动过程中，膨胀微球周边与其余位置的面层和导流干燥层间距不同且为非线性，增大了空气流通趋势，避免潮湿与细菌滋生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图中实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图3所示，该卫生巾包括面层1、中间芯层2以及底膜层3。中间芯层2包括靠近面层1一侧的导流干燥层21以及远离面层1一侧的吸收层22，干燥层上靠近面层1一侧设置有膨胀微球4，面层1上与导流干燥层21相对设置有拒液透气层5，拒液透气层5上设有过流孔51，膨胀微球4吸收层22内相对位置的液体后膨胀，增大面层1与导流干燥层21间的距离，保证二者之间的空气流通；膨胀后其阻尼变大，在使用者活动过程中，膨胀微球4周边与其余位置的面层1和导流干燥层21间距不同且为非线性，增大了空气流通趋势，避免潮湿与细菌滋生；面层1部分区域吸收液体且由于温度升高膨胀变形并与导流干燥层21接触，液体传递到吸收层22后，面层1恢复到初始位置。在使用过程中，液体迅速从纵向上渗透穿过面层1，并被卫生巾内部的中间芯层2吸收扩散并牢牢锁住，液体在面层1上的停留时间短、几乎不产生扩散，因此卫生巾仍保持纯净的外观，不会对观者造成不适。
面层1上设有导流槽11，导流槽11与拒液透气层5与之间缝制连接，促进液体下渗与纵向导流。导流槽11为环绕面层1中心的封闭环形结构，面层1上由内至外平行设置有多个导流槽11。导流槽11穿过过流孔51，连通了导流槽11与面层1和导流干燥层21间的间隙。
导流干燥层21表面包括位于导流干燥层21中部的导流域211以及导流域211外侧的干燥域212，膨胀微球4位于干燥域212内。导流域211可为圆形或椭圆形，因此兼顾卫生巾中部的液体渗透速度与干燥效果。
面层1可选用热风无纺布层，亲肤性好、渗透传导率高。热风无纺布层纤维分布致密均匀，纤维间的缝隙小，液体通过该缝隙向下一层材料处流动，扩散现象不明显。吸收层22可选为超吸水树脂层或超吸水纤维层，吸水锁水性好。
膨胀微球4的直径为1.0-1.5mm，相邻膨胀微球4间的距离为0.8-1.0cm，该尺寸范围既能兼顾使用者的舒适性又能保证一定的干燥效果。

1.一种隐性渗透功能卫生巾，包括面层（1）、中间芯层（2）以及底膜层（3），其特征在于：所述中间芯层（2）包括靠近所述面层（1）一侧的导流干燥层（21）以及远离所述面层（1）一侧的吸收层（22），所述干燥层上靠近所述面层（1）一侧设置有膨胀微球（4），所述面层（1）上与所述导流干燥层（21）相对设置有拒液透气层（5），所述拒液透气层（5）上设有过流孔（51）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐性渗透功能卫生巾，其特征在于：所述面层（1）上设有导流槽（11），所述导流槽（11）与所述拒液透气层（5）与之间缝制连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐性渗透功能卫生巾，其特征在于：所述导流槽（11）穿过所述过流孔（51）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐性渗透功能卫生巾，其特征在于：所述导流干燥层（21）表面包括位于所述导流干燥层（21）中部的导流域（211）以及所述导流域（211）外侧的干燥域（212），所述膨胀微球（4）位于所述干燥域（212）内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐性渗透功能卫生巾，其特征在于：所述面层（1）为热风无纺布层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐性渗透功能卫生巾，其特征在于：所述吸收层（22）为超吸水树脂层或超吸水纤维层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐性渗透功能卫生巾，其特征在于：所述膨胀微球（4）的直径为1.0-1.5mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐性渗透功能卫生巾，其特征在于：相邻所述膨胀微球（4）间的距离为0.8-1.0cm。
