Abstract
The invention relates to a fireproof plugging device which comprises a cylinder body, a fireproof material layer and a wire hole adjusting structure, wherein the fireproof material layer is arranged on the inner surface of one end of the cylinder body, the wire hole adjusting structure is arranged in the cylinder body, and the wire hole adjusting structure adjusts the opening size of a wire hole so as to be communicated with or cut off the two ends of the cylinder body. The fireproof plugging device provides a fireproof channel for the temporary pipeline, avoids the arrangement of the temporary pipeline from damaging the integrity of a fireproof boundary, is simple and convenient to use and operate, and achieves the aim of preventing fire.

Referring to fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the clamping structure 5 "of the sealing cover 4" is different from that of the first embodiment in the following points: the clamping structure 5 "comprises a third bolt 511", a third nut 512", a pressing lug 513" and a fixing lug 514", the pressing lug 513" is welded on the sealing cover 4", the fixing lug 514" is welded on the side wall of the cylinder body 1", holes (not shown) for the third bolt 511" to pass through are respectively formed in the pressing lug 513 "and the fixing lug 514", and the third bolt 511 "passes through the two holes (not shown) and is matched with the third nut 512" so as to press the sealing cover 4". Claims (9)
1. A fire protection plugging device, characterized in that: the fire-proof material layer is arranged on the inner surface of one end of the cylinder, the wire hole adjusting structure is arranged in the cylinder, and the wire hole adjusting structure adjusts the opening size of the wire hole so as to be communicated with or cut off the two ends of the cylinder; the cylinder body is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole, the fireproof material layer is arranged on the first through hole, and the wire hole adjusting structure is arranged on the second through hole; the inner diameter of the first through hole is smaller than that of the second through hole; the wire hole adjusting structure comprises a rotating part and a plurality of adjusting blades, the adjusting blades are arranged at the bottom of the second through hole, and the rotating part is rotationally arranged in the second through hole and drives the adjusting blades to be unfolded or folded; two sides of the adjusting blade are respectively provided with two third short shafts and a fourth short shaft, the bottom of the second through hole is provided with a strip-shaped groove for sliding insertion of the two third short shafts, the bottom of the rotating part is provided with a second limiting hole in an arc shape, and the fourth short shaft is inserted in the second limiting hole in a sliding manner; the wire hole adjusting structure further comprises a locking structure, wherein the locking structure is used for positioning the relative position between the rotating part and the cylinder body so as to fix the opening size of the wire hole; the outer wall of the rotating part and the inner wall of the cylinder body are provided with mutually matched threads; the locking structure comprises a steel belt and a lock catch, wherein the steel belt is coated on the outer wall of the rotating part and the outer wall of the cylinder body, and the lock catch tightens or loosens the steel belt so as to clamp or loosen the rotating part and the cylinder body.
2. The fire protection plugging device of claim 1, wherein: the fireproof material layer is of a cylindrical structure and is sleeved in one end of the cylinder.
3. The fire protection plugging device of claim 1, wherein: the edges of the adjusting blades are provided with chamfers.
4. The fire protection plugging device of claim 1, wherein: the outer wall of the rotating part and the outer wall of the cylinder body are provided with grooves, and the steel belt is arranged on the two grooves.
5. The fire protection plugging device of claim 1, wherein: the fireproof plugging device further comprises a sealing cover which is arranged in a reversible manner and is positioned at the other end of the cylinder body so as to isolate the inside of the cylinder body from the outside.
6. The fire protection plugging device of claim 5, wherein: the inner side of the sealing cover is provided with a gasket for sealing the inside of the cylinder body with the outside.
7. The fire protection plugging device of claim 5, wherein: the fireproof plugging device further comprises a clamping structure for clamping the sealing cover.
8. The fire protection plugging device of claim 7, wherein: the clamping structure comprises a clamping handle and a clamping piece, wherein the clamping piece is provided with a clamping groove, the clamping handle is pivoted on the sealing cover, the clamping piece is fixed relative to the cylinder body, and the clamping handle is clamped in the clamping groove.
9. The fire protection plugging device of claim 7, wherein: the clamping structure comprises a third bolt, a third nut, a pressing lug fixed on the sealing cover and a fixing lug fixed on the side wall of the cylinder body, wherein holes for the third bolt to pass through are respectively formed in the pressing lug and the fixing lug, and the third bolt passes through the two holes and is matched with the third nut so as to press the sealing cover.
