1. A general online service platform evaluation method comprises the following steps:
1) establishing a general evaluation index model of an online service platform, wherein the evaluation index comprises a qualitative index and a quantitative index; the qualitative indexes comprise three types of network link addresses, online graphic and text descriptions and online document data, and the three qualitative indexes support customized increase and decrease creation of a system administrator user; the network link address appears in pairs with a network link title and a network link URL, wherein the network link title is a general description of the content of the network link address, and the network link URL is legal URL link address information which is input by an evaluated user and verified by a system; the online graphic description is presented in pairs by a graphic description title and detailed graphic information, wherein the graphic description title is a summary description of graphic contents, and the detailed graphic information comprises a plurality of lines of text descriptions and can support online entry, editing and display of rich text forms; the online document data appears in pairs of an online document description and an online document link, wherein the content title is a general description of the online document link content, and the online document link can be acquired in a document uploading mode or a server side shared document path selection mode;
2) according to the general evaluation index model, the qualitative index and the quantitative index are created and set in a customized mode;
3) and constructing a universal evaluation index service engine, reading the setting data of the qualitative index and the quantitative index through the evaluation index service engine, respectively carrying out information display and index quantity logic calculation on the qualitative index and the quantitative index, and feeding back the final result to an evaluation user.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step 2) further comprises the step of checking and storing the setting parameters of the qualitative index and the quantitative index.

The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the quantitative index comprises an evaluation index calculation and an index-related raw data presentation, wherein the quantitative evaluation index calculation comprises an evaluation calculation variable definition, an evaluation calculation weight definition, an evaluation statistical calculation logic, and an evaluation calculation result variable.

The method of claim 3, wherein the evaluation calculation variable definition comprises essentially of three aspects of a name, a meaning description, and a data acquisition interface definition of the evaluation calculation variable; the evaluation calculation variables support dynamic customized increase and decrease creation when being realized, namely the definition and the quantity of the evaluation calculation variables can be dynamically increased and decreased according to the index calculation requirement, but the names of the variables are not allowed to be repeated; the weight of the evaluation index object is set according to the weight parameters of different evaluated objects determined by specific evaluation indexes, and the weight variable of the evaluation index object can support dynamic customized increase and decrease creation when being realized, namely the definition and the quantity of the weight variable of the evaluation object can be dynamically increased and decreased according to the calculation needs of the indexes, but the names of the variables are not allowed to be repeated.
5. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the evaluation calculation rule logic is different according to the meaning of each evaluation index, and when the evaluation calculation rule logic is implemented, a design mode supporting an embedded programming language is adopted, and the calculation logic among the evaluation calculation variables, the evaluation index object weight variables and the evaluation calculation result variables is programmed and written into a calculation formula text box according to the syntax of a relevant script language for the system to call and execute according to the script.
6. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the generic evaluation metrics service engine is implemented in a design pattern of MVC.
7. A generic online service platform evaluation system that employs the method of claim 1, comprising:
the model establishing module is used for establishing a general evaluation index model of the online service platform, wherein the evaluation index comprises a qualitative index and a quantitative index;
the evaluation index creating and setting module is used for customizing and creating and setting the qualitative index and the quantitative index according to the general evaluation index model;
and the evaluation index service engine is used for reading the setting data of the qualitative index and the quantitative index, respectively performing information display and index quantity logic calculation on the qualitative index and the quantitative index, and feeding back the final result to an evaluation user.
8. The system of claim 7, further comprising an evaluation index checking and storing module for checking and storing the setting parameters of the qualitative index and the quantitative index.
