技术领域
本发明涉及主加热部件的发热体装在出水口用氧化铝陶瓷或氮化硅陶瓷发热的电热水器。
背景技术
目前全世界定义储水式热水器,是“加热水并将水储存在容器中,实现装有控制水温装置的固定式器具”;即容器中的电加热部件(或称电热管,下同)是要对水箱内的水,24小时连续加热并保持75℃,使用热水时直接从容器中放出来,在24小时内热损失约>40%很耗电,同时,其热水输出率约为水箱容积的70%,也就是水箱容积为60L时,只能提供约40L热水,不能满足现代人需求。
专利申请ZL200720061206.0,ZL200820098512.6,在出水管内设有加热管;ZL03220700.X,ZL201020505717.9实现分层加热,但至少仍然是定义为储水式是“加热水并将水储存在容器中,”没有大的改变。
发明内容
本发明对现有储水式热水器进行改进,从根本上改变热水器是“加热水并将水储存在容器中”的结构形式,实现夏、春、秋天容器中不加热水,只储存冷水;一年中深秋和冬天,约占全年1/3时间才需要储存温水,使用的热水是直接从主加热部件中放出。
本发明的技术措施是在热水器的外壳内有二组电加热部件,一组设在金属或非金属储水容器内部,夏天或春秋天,自然水温较高时,该组电热管根本不工作,只在深秋或冬天,即一年中只有短时间该组电热管才工作,称为次加热部件;另一组电加热部件,设置在储水容器2之外,称为主加热部件,无论任何时候需要使用热水时必有水流过主加热部件,此时主加热部件就自动接通,对流过的水进行加热,供用户使用。
所述主加热部件4由氧化铝陶瓷或氮化硅陶瓷制成的发热体5装在有进出水接头的水流通道6之内和四通接头15构成,有端子与电路相连接并通过机械方式牢固连接为一体,并在水流通道或储水容器的进水口设置有磁力触点式自动开关7或感应式水流传感器,当有水流动时,就将水流通道内部的发热体5接通,水停止流动就断开;主加热部件通过四通接头或连接管实现与储水容器功能连接。
储水容器2设置有进水管2-1,出水管2-2,主加热部件就安装在出水管2-2出口部位,其水流通道中的水,从出水管2-2中进入,方法是在出水管2-2的外露端,有一个四通接头11,主加热部件就安装在四通接头上,其连接方法是四通接头由11-1、11-2、11-3、11-4四个接口组成,11-1与11-2相通,11-3与11-4相通,同轴线的接口11-1和11-4不相通,接口11-1处为一个可转动的螺帽,11-1与储水容器2的出水管2-2连接,11-2与自动开关7连接,15-3与主加热部件的被加热水的出水管道连接、11-4就整个热水器的热水出口。
所述磁力触点式自动开关7是启动和切断发热体5电路的原件,由非磁性本体7-1永磁铁7-2永磁铁7-3,微动开关7-4,动触点7-5,静触点7-6,推动件7-7,弹簧7-8永磁铁7-9构成,永磁铁7-2依靠相互排斥的磁力将进水口及水流通道堵住,有水流动时,水力使永磁铁7-2移动,同时永磁铁7-3使推动件7-7移动,微动开关7-4内设置动触点7-5和静触点7-6依靠水和磁力量使触点闭合或断开,控制主加热部件;附图中未示出感应式水流传感器,由于要通过电子电路和继电器成本较高。
本发明的有益效果是:1.热水器不是加热水并将水储存在容器中的构件,夏、春、秋天储水容器中只储存冷水;2.电热水器,不需要24小时连续对水加热和保温,夏春秋天为即开即热;冬天与容量、功率相同的热水器相比可输出多几倍的热水,是最节能的热水器。

具体实施方式
附图中,外壳1、储水容器2、储水容器的进水管2-1、储水容器的出水管2-2、次加热部件3、主加热部件4,氧化铝陶瓷或氮化硅陶瓷发热体5,水流通道6,磁力触点式自动开关或感应式水流传感器7,冷水或低温进水管道(或称接头)8,被加热水的出水管道9,水10,四通接头11,机械式调温开关12,接线端子13。
图1是主加热部件外置的电热水器结构图,主加热部件的水流通道6,从出水管2-2进入冷水或低温水,被加热后,从出热水口11-4,流出;图1所示为卧式单水箱还包括卧式双水箱及立式水箱均在专利申请保护之内。
工作原理是:夏天或春秋天,自然水温>25℃时,储水容器2中为冷水,用热水时,由主加热部件4对储水容器2中的冷水加热后,直接流出供使用;因此改变了以往先将水加热至75℃后再储存起来,用时直接从储水容器中放出,不管用与不用,用多用少,都要将整整一箱水加热和保温;改进后需要用多少热水,即由主热部件4加热多少热水,不用不加热。
图2至图3是主加热部件中四通接头11与发热体5和水流通道6组合为一体,同时,四通接头同轴线的接口11-1和11-4不相通,接口11-1为一个转动的螺帽,在接口11-2与水流通道6之间装有自动开关7。
图4、图5是磁力触点式自动开关装在储水容器进水口示意图,图5是俯视图,图中磁力触点式自动开关为独立部件,其上微动开关所控制的电路仍为发热体5;若采用感应式水流传感器也在本专利申请保护之内,但要增加控制电路和继电器结构复杂成本高,同时,水温高,易出故障。

1.主加热部件的发热体装在出水口的电热水器,在外壳内有二组电加热部件,次加热部件设在金属或非金属储水容器内,主加热部件设置在储水容器之外,其特征在于:储水容器(2)内设置有进水管(2-1),出水管(2-2),主加热部件(4)安装在出水管(2-2)外部,水流通道(6)中的水,从出水管(2-2)中进入,是在出水管(2-2)的外露端,通过四通接头(11)直接与出水管(2-2)相连接,四通接头同轴线的接口(11-1)和(11-4)不相通,接口(11-1)处为一个转动螺帽;所述主加热部件(4)由氧化铝陶瓷或氮化硅陶瓷制成的发热体(5)装在水流通道(6)之内,与四通接头(15)构成,在水流通道或储水容器进水口装有磁力触点式自动开关或感应式水流传感器(7)。
