Abstract
本发明提供一种旋转水洗空气净化装置,包括:进风口、旋转水洗部、补水部、二次净化部、出风口、风机,所述旋转水洗部包括电机、滚筒、水洗滤芯、紫外线灯管、排水口、水洗池,所述水洗滤芯设置于与之相配套的滚筒外侧,所述滚筒设置于水洗池内部并保持水洗池水位浸没部分滚筒。本发明有益效果如下:1)旋转水洗部能有效吸附空气中的杂质,并实现滤芯的自动清洗,清洗方便,自动化程度高;2)补水部能够实现水洗池自动补水,方便实用;3)二次净化部能够有效去除空气中的细菌、甲醛等残留物,健康环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,特别涉及一种旋转水洗空气净化装置。
背景技术
近年来,我国城市的空气质量相对变差,雾霾、沙尘天气增多。众所周知,空气中含有一定量对人体健康有害的粉尘颗粒、细菌及病毒,居室装修一定时间内会散发有毒、有害气体,人员密集的公共场所,极易使有害细菌及病毒传播,影响人民群众的身体健康。随着人们的生活水平的提高,人们对于周围的生活环境、特别是室内空气的质量投入了越来越多的关注,对周围或室内空气的质量要求也越来越高,并且采用了各种各样的空气净化器来改变室内空气的质量。因此,以净化室内空气为目的的空气净化器大量出现。
目前的空气净化器可分为过滤型、负离子型、紫外线型、复合多功能型等多种形式。传统的空气净化器,目前,公知的室内空气净化器是由风机将空气抽入过滤器内,再由各种滤材如HEPA、化学络合剂、负离子发生机等将过滤后的空气排出。例如,中国专利201310408375.7就公开了这样一种空气净化器。这一类型的空气净化器,一般都由几个过滤器和一个负责吸引送风的风机构成,过滤器更换清洗困难,而且不能有效去除空气中的细菌、甲醛等物质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种旋转水洗空气净化装置,具有自动旋转水洗、净化效果好等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种旋转水洗空气净化装置,包括:进风口、旋转水洗部、补水部、二次净化部、出风口、风机,所述旋转水洗部包括电机、滚筒、水洗滤芯、紫外线灯管、排水口、水洗池,所述水洗滤芯设置于与之相配套的滚筒外侧,所述滚筒设置于水洗池内部并保持水洗池水位浸没部分滚筒。
进一步地,所述排水口设置于水洗池底端,所述紫外线灯管设置于滚筒下方,所述电机设置于水洗池外侧。
进一步地,所述补水部包括补水槽、水管、气管,所述补水槽设置于滚筒上方,所述水管竖直设置,上端穿越补水槽,其上端水平面保持在补水槽液位以下,下端水平面低于滚筒下端水平面;所述气管竖直设置,上端穿越补水槽,其上端水平面高于补水槽上端水平面,下端水平面低于滚筒下端水平面。
进一步地,所述二次净化部设置光触媒、第二紫外线灯管,对经过气体进行杀毒、灭菌、并对甲醛等有毒、有害气体进行分解。
进一步地,所述光触媒涂覆于出风口内壁,所述第二紫外线灯管设置在出风口内部支架上。
进一步地,所述风机位于出风口下方。
本发明有益效果如下:1)旋转水洗部能有效吸附空气中的杂质,并实现滤芯的自动清洗,清洗方便,自动化程度高;2)补水部能够实现水洗池自动补水,方便实用;3)二次净化部能够有效去除空气中的细菌、甲醛等残留物,健康环保。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种旋转水洗空气净化装置,包括:进风口1、旋转水洗部2、补水部3、二次净化部4、出风口5、风机6,所述旋转水洗部2包括电机21、滚筒22、水洗滤芯23、紫外线灯管24、排水口25、水洗池26,所述水洗滤芯23设置于与之相配套的滚筒22外侧,所述滚筒22设置于水洗池26内部并保持水洗池26水位浸没部分滚筒22。
优选地,所述排水口25设置于水洗池26底端,所述紫外线灯管24设置于滚筒22下方,所述电机21设置于水洗池26外侧。
优选地,所述补水部3包括补水槽31、水管32、气管33,所述补水槽31设置于滚筒22上方,所述水管32竖直设置,上端穿越补水槽31,其上端水平面保持在补水槽31液位以下,下端水平面低于滚筒22下端水平面;所述气管33竖直设置,上端穿越补水槽31,其上端水平面高于补水槽31上端水平面,下端水平面低于滚筒22下端水平面。
优选地,所述二次净化部4设置光触媒、第二紫外线灯管,对经过气体进行杀毒、灭菌、并对甲醛等有毒、有害气体进行分解。
优选地,所述光触媒涂覆于出风口5内壁,所述第二紫外线灯管设置在出风口5内部支架上。
优选地,所述风机6位于出风口5下方。
具体过程如下:水洗滤芯一部分浸入在水下,空气经旋转水洗滤芯水面以上过滤,把空气中的粉尘、细菌、病毒吸附到滤芯上;水上部分转入水下部分时,吸附到滤芯上的粉尘、细菌、病毒被水洗入水洗槽;水洗槽内的紫外线灯对水进行杀毒灭菌净化;水洗过滤后的空气经紫外线、光触媒进行杀毒、灭菌、并对甲醛等有毒、有害气体进行分解、净化后经出风口排出。
本发明有益效果如下:1)旋转水洗部能有效吸附空气中的杂质,并实现滤芯的自动清洗,清洗方便,自动化程度高;2)补水部能够实现水洗池自动补水,方便实用;3)二次净化部能够有效去除空气中的细菌、甲醛等残留物,健康环保。

1.一种旋转水洗空气净化装置,其特征在于,包括:进风口、旋转水洗部、补水部、二次净化部、出风口、风机,所述旋转水洗部包括电机、滚筒、水洗滤芯、紫外线灯管、排水口、水洗池,所述水洗滤芯设置于与之相配套的滚筒外侧,所述滚筒设置于水洗池内部并保持水洗池水位浸没部分滚筒。
2.根据权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,所述排水口设置于水洗池底端,所述紫外线灯管设置于滚筒下方,所述电机设置于水洗池外侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,所述补水部包括补水槽、水管、气管,所述补水槽设置于滚筒上方,所述水管竖直设置,上端穿越补水槽,其上端水平面保持在补水槽液位以下,下端水平面低于滚筒下端水平面;所述气管竖直设置,上端穿越补水槽,其上端水平面高于补水槽上端水平面,下端水平面低于滚筒下端水平面。
4.根据权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,所述二次净化部设置光触媒、第二紫外线灯管。
5.根据权利要求4所述装置,其特征在于,所述光触媒涂覆于出风口内壁,所述第二紫外线灯管设置在出风口内部支架上。
6.根据权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,所述风机位于出风口下方。
