When the indoor unit 225 is used, the air pipe of the central air conditioner is communicated with the return air purifying device, the heated (or refrigerated) air is sent into a room through the air outlet 219 by using the original fan in the indoor unit 225, indoor harmful gas and particulate matters enter the grille air outlet under the action of the fan and sequentially pass through the primary filter screen 221 and the micro-static filter 222, coarse particulate matters such as dust and hair in the indoor air are intercepted by the primary filter screen 221, fine particulate matters such as PM2.5 are adsorbed and removed by the micro-static filter 222, and purified clean air returns to the indoor unit 225, so that the primary air purifying internal circulation is completed, and the indoor air can be continuously circulated and purified.
In addition, the wind resistance of the return air purifier provided by the embodiment is less than 15Pa, so that the outdoor static pressure requirement of the central air conditioner indoor unit 225 is met; the primary filter screen 221 and the micro-electrostatic filter 222 can be both washed, can be used repeatedly, and has no consumable.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the locking mechanism includes a lock cylinder 101, a lock body 102, and a pressure plate 103; the lock cylinder 101 is arranged in the lock body 102 in a penetrating way, a limiting part is arranged in the lock body 102, the lock cylinder 101 is provided with a limiting matching part matched with the limiting part, and the lock cylinder 101 can rotate around the axis of the lock body 102; the pressing plate 103 is sleeved on the lock cylinder 101, the pressing plate 103 is in threaded connection with the lock cylinder 101, and the pressing plate 103 can reciprocate along the axis of the lock cylinder 101; the lock body 102 is connected with the fixed frame, and the pressure plate 103 compresses and fixes the suspended ceiling 217 on the fixed frame.
The locking mechanism provided by this embodiment can prevent effectively that lock core 101 and lock body 102 from separating through setting up spacing portion and spacing cooperation portion that mutually support, and at lock core 101 for lock body 102 around its self axis pivoted in-process, clamp plate 103 can follow lock core 101's axis reciprocating motion to be fit for compressing tightly fixedly to the furred ceiling 217 of different thickness. In use, the lock body 102 is fixed on the rectangular flat plate frame 118, the suspended ceiling 217 is placed on the rectangular flat plate frame 118, the pressing plate 103 is held by one hand, the pressing plate 103 is located above the suspended ceiling 217, the lock cylinder 101 is rotated by the other hand, and along with the rotation of the lock cylinder 101, the pressing plate 103 can move in the direction of the arrow direction A to the direction close to the suspended ceiling 217 until the pressing plate 103 presses and fixes the suspended ceiling 217 on the rectangular flat plate frame 118.
In an alternative scheme of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the rectangular flat plate frame 118 is provided with a hole 104, the position of the hole 104 corresponds to that of the lock cylinder 101, and a slot or cross slot 106 is formed in the end surface of the lock cylinder 101, so that the lock cylinder 101 is conveniently rotated by a screwdriver, and therefore, the installation convenience and the installation efficiency are improved.
In an alternative scheme of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the limiting part includes a spring 107 and a ball 108, the inner surface of the lock body 102 is provided with a groove 109, one end of the spring 107 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the groove 109, the other end of the spring 107 is fixedly connected with the ball 108, and the axis of the spring 107 is perpendicular to the axis of the lock core 101, and as a preferred mode, the length of the spring 107 is smaller than the depth of the groove 109, so that radial bending of the spring 107 can be avoided; the limit matching part is an annular groove 110, and the outer surface of the ball 108 is abutted with the bottom of the annular groove 110.
In the locking mechanism provided by the embodiment, when the locking mechanism is assembled, the lock cylinder 101 passes through the through hole of the lock body 102, the lock cylinder 101 presses the balls 108 into the grooves 109, and the springs 107 are in a compressed state; when the notch of the annular groove 110 corresponds to the position of the ball 108, the ball 108 can enter the annular groove 110 under the action of the elastic force of the spring 107 and is abutted with the bottom of the annular groove 110, so that the lock core 101 can be prevented from falling off from the lock body 102, and the service life and the operation convenience of the locking mechanism are improved.
The inner surface of the annular groove 110 may be a curved surface matching the outer surface of the ball 108.
In an alternative of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the pressing plate 103 includes a connection portion 111, a bending portion 112, and a pressing portion 113; the connecting part 111 is provided with a threaded hole 104, the bending part 112 is fixedly connected with the connecting part 111, and the angle alpha formed between the bending part 112 and the connecting part 111 is an obtuse angle; the plate surface of the pressing portion 113 is parallel to the connecting portion 111, and an angle β formed between the pressing portion 113 and the bending portion 112 is an obtuse angle.
Preferably, the angle of α is equal to the angle of β.
Preferably, the connecting portion 111, the bending portion 112 and the pressing portion 113 are integrally formed, so that not only the structural strength of the pressing plate 103 can be enhanced and the safety performance can be improved, but also the adjusting range of the pressing plate 103 can be increased, and compared with a flat plate, the pressing plate 103 shown in fig. 4 can clamp the suspended ceiling 217 with a larger thickness; if the pressing plate 103 is reversely mounted on the lock cylinder 101, as shown in fig. 6, the pressing plate 103 can clamp the suspended ceiling 217 with smaller thickness, so that the applicability of the locking mechanism is further improved.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the lower surface of the pressing plate 103 is provided with an anti-slip layer (anti-slip layer not shown).
Referring to fig. 4, by providing an anti-slip layer on the lower surface of the pressing plate 103, it is possible to increase the friction between the lower surface of the pressing plate 103 and the suspended ceiling 217, preventing the suspended ceiling 217 from shaking.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the upper surface of the pressing plate 103 is provided with an anti-slip layer (anti-slip layer not shown).
Referring to fig. 6, by providing an anti-slip layer on the upper surface of the pressing plate 103, it is possible to increase the friction between the upper surface of the pressing plate 103 and the suspended ceiling 217, preventing the suspended ceiling 217 from shaking.
The anti-slip layer may be provided only on the upper and lower surfaces of the pressing portion 113. The material of anti-slip layer is current anti-slip rubber.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the lock body 102 is provided with a mounting hole 119 through which the bolt 117 passes, and the lock body 102 is connected to the rectangular flat frame 118 by the bolt 117.
In this alternative, the lock body 102 is provided with the connection plates 114, the mounting holes 119 are located on the connection plates 114, and preferably, the number of the connection plates 114 is two, the connection plates are symmetrically arranged on two radial sides of the lock body 102, the rectangular flat plate frame 118 is provided with the second mounting holes 212, and the bolts 117 penetrate through the mounting holes 119 and the second mounting holes 212 to fixedly connect the lock body 102 with the rectangular flat plate frame 118.

In another alternative of this embodiment, the mounting holes 119 are screw holes that mate with the bolts 117. This facilitates the secure connection of the lock body 102 and the rectangular flat frame 118 directly with bolts 117, improving installation efficiency.

In an alternative scheme of this embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the grille tuyere includes a mounting frame 207, a ventilation grille 208 and a suction assembly, preferably, the rims of the mounting frame 207 and the ventilation grille 208 are rectangular, the mounting frame 207 is fixedly connected with the suspended ceiling 217, preferably, the mounting frame 207 is connected with the suspended ceiling 217 through standard self-tapping screw fasteners; a hinge is arranged between the mounting frame 207 and the ventilation grille 208, and comprises a first sheet 201, a second sheet 202 and a shaft core 203; the first sheet 201 comprises a first shaft sleeve 204, a connecting part 205 and a fixing part 206, wherein the first shaft sleeve 204 is fixedly connected with one side edge of the connecting part 205, the other opposite side edge of the connecting part 205 is fixedly connected with the fixing part 206, an angle formed between the connecting part 205 and the fixing part 206 is an obtuse angle, and the connecting part 205 is provided with an embedded groove for accommodating the second sheet 202; the fixing portion 206 is fixedly connected to the mounting frame 207, and preferably, the fixing portion 206 is fixedly connected to one long side of the mounting frame 207, wherein the first shaft sleeve 204 is located outside the mounting frame 207; the second sheet 202 is mounted inside the ventilation grille 208, specifically, the second sheet 202 is fixedly connected to one long side of the ventilation grille 208, which is close to one long side of the mounting frame 207; the second leaf 202 is provided with a second sleeve 210, the shaft core 203 is arranged in the first sleeve 204 and the second sleeve 210 in a penetrating way, wherein the first sleeve 204 is fixedly connected with the shaft core 203, and the second sleeve 210 can rotate along the axis of the second sleeve relative to the shaft core 203; the engaging component is fixedly connected with the ventilation grille 208, and is used for attaching the ventilation grille 208 to the mounting frame 207, and preferably, the engaging component is fixedly connected with the other long side of the ventilation grille 208.

In an alternative to this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the engaging assembly includes a pressing piece 209 and a magnet 216, where the pressing piece 209 is provided with a receiving groove, the magnet 216 is located in the receiving groove, the pressing piece 209 is fixedly connected to the frame of the ventilation grille 208, and the magnet 216 can be attracted to the mounting frame 207.
When the ventilation grille 208 is covered on the mounting frame 207, the magnet 216 can attract the mounting frame 207, and the ventilation grille 208 can be effectively prevented from falling accidentally under the action of gravity and wind pressure.
Preferably, the magnet 216 is a magnet commonly used at present, and the mounting frame 207 is made of carbon steel.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the tabs 209 are riveted to the rim of the air permeable grating 208. This way, the fastening of the compression sheet 209 to the frame of the ventilation grille 208 can be enhanced.
In an alternative of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the number of the first sleeves 204 is two, the two first sleeves 204 are spaced apart along the length direction of the connecting portion 205, and the second sleeve 210 is located between the two first sleeves 204.
Preferably, the fixing portion 206 is provided with a hollow portion, and the hollow portion is communicated with the embedded groove.
In an alternative of the present embodiment, the fixing portion 206 is provided with a first mounting hole 211. By providing the first mounting hole 211, the fixing portion 206 is easily mounted on the mounting frame 207.
In an alternative of the present embodiment, the mounting frame 207 is provided with a screw 213, and the screw 213 can be inserted into the first mounting hole 211.
In use, the screw 213 is inserted into the first mounting hole 211, the upper surface of the fixing portion 206 is attached to the lower surface of the mounting frame 207, and then the fixing portion 206 is pressed and fixed on the mounting frame 207 by the lock nut 214.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 11, the first mounting hole 211 is a oblong hole. Preferably, the number of oblong holes is two, and the two oblong holes are provided at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the fixing portion 206.
By providing oblong holes, it is convenient to adjust the position of the fixing portion 206 so that the ventilation grille 208 is located at a proper position below the mounting frame 207, for example: the ventilation grille 208 may be located directly below the mounting frame 207.
It should be noted that, the number of the screws 213 is plural, the plural screws 213 are disposed at intervals along the length direction of the long side of the mounting frame 207, and the screws 213 are disposed on both long sides of the mounting frame 207, so as to facilitate the mounting of the fixing portion 206, and select the opening direction of the ventilation grille 208 according to the actual situation, thereby enhancing the applicability and flexibility.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the second sheet 202 is provided with a second mounting hole 212.
Preferably, the number of the second mounting holes 212 is three, and the three second mounting holes 212 are uniformly spaced along the length direction of the second sheet 202, in such a manner as to firmly mount the second sheet 202 in the ventilation grille 208.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the second mounting hole 212 is a counter bore.
By providing the countersink, on the one hand, the total mass of the hinge can be reduced, and the hinge is convenient to transport and install, on the other hand, the second sheet 202 is fixed on the ventilation grille 208 by matching with the countersink rivet 215, and the head of the countersink rivet 215 is positioned in the countersink, so that the space between the second sheet 202 and the fixing part 206 is not occupied.
In the alternative of this embodiment, the ventilation grille 208 includes a plurality of grille bars, and the distance d between two adjacent grille bars is 1-15 mm. This approach is advantageous for reducing windage.
In the alternative to this embodiment, the thickness D of the ventilation grille 208 is less than 12mm.
For the ventilation grille 208 with the thickness smaller than 12mm, the existing hinge cannot be installed in the ventilation grille 208, and the hinge provided by the embodiment has the advantages of compact structure and small size, and is suitable for being installed in the ventilation grille 208 with the thickness smaller than 12mm.
Preferably, the thickness D of the ventilation grille 208 provided in this embodiment is 10-11.5 mm.
It should be noted that the hinge provided in this embodiment is equally applicable to the ventilation grille 208 having a thickness greater than 12mm.
In an alternative to this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a pneumatic switch 220 is further included, and the pneumatic switch 220 is electrically connected to the micro-electrostatic filter 222. Preferably, the air-operated switch 220 is connected to the indoor unit 225 by means of magnetic attraction.
The air switch 220 includes an air sensor for sensing whether the air conditioner is out of air, and the air sensor senses whether cold air or warm air is out of air, thereby playing a role of opening or cutting off a circuit; when the pneumatic sensor senses the air outlet of the air conditioner, the pneumatic switch 220 is closed, the micro-electrostatic filter 222 is electrified, and the operation is started; when the air conditioner stops discharging air, the pneumatic switch 220 is turned off, the micro-electrostatic filter 222 is powered off, and the operation is stopped.
It should be noted that, the pneumatic switch 220 is a prior art, and its structure is not described in detail.
In an alternative of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the multifunctional filter 223 is further included, the multifunctional filter 223 is fixedly connected with the mounting frame 207, and the multifunctional filter 223 is located on a side of the micro-electrostatic filter 222 away from the primary filter screen 221.
By providing the multifunctional filter 223, substances such as formaldehyde, TVOC, ozone, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia gas and the like in the indoor air can be adsorbed and removed, and the indoor air quality is further improved.
It should be noted that the multifunctional filter 223 belongs to the prior art, and the structure of this embodiment will not be described in detail. In addition, the user can also select formaldehyde filter, active carbon filter etc. alone according to actual need.
Example two
The present embodiment also provides a return air purifying apparatus, which is an improvement on the basis of the first embodiment, and the technical solution of the first embodiment is also the same as that of the first embodiment, and will not be repeated here. The same reference numerals are used for the same components as those of the first embodiment, and reference is made to the description of the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, the fixed frame is a telescopic frame. By providing the telescopic frame, the length and width dimensions of the fixed frame can be properly adjusted according to the dimensions of the return air inlet 218, so as to further enhance the fitting property of the return air purifying device of the present embodiment.
Example III
The embodiment provides a household central air conditioning purification system, which comprises an indoor unit 225 and a return air purification device, wherein the indoor unit 225 is positioned inside a suspended ceiling 217, and an air pipe of the indoor unit 225 is communicated with the return air purification device. The household central air-conditioning purification system provided by the invention can reduce the volume and the wind resistance due to the use of the return air purification device provided by the invention, enhances the air purification effect and the applicability, and is favorable for popularization and application.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the indoor unit further includes a negative ion generator 224, where the negative ion generator 224 is connected to the air duct, and the negative ion generator 224 is located at the air outlet 219 of the indoor unit 225.
The negative ions released by the negative ion generator 224 can charge the dust, germs, cells, pollen, filth and other particles in the air, and then the particles are adsorbed by the micro-electrostatic filter 222, so that the effect is far greater than that produced by adopting a pure physical mode such as filtration or adsorption.
The negative ion generator 224 is a related art, and its structure is not described in detail.

the locking mechanism comprises a lock cylinder, a lock body and a pressing plate; the lock cylinder penetrates through the lock body, a limiting part is arranged in the lock body, a limiting matching part matched with the limiting part is arranged in the lock cylinder, and the lock cylinder can rotate around the axis of the lock body relative to the lock body; the pressing plate is sleeved on the lock cylinder and is in threaded connection with the lock cylinder, and the pressing plate can reciprocate along the axis of the lock cylinder; the lock body is connected with the fixed framework, and the pressing plate tightly presses and fixes the suspended ceiling on the fixed framework;
the limiting part comprises a spring and a ball, a groove is formed in the inner surface of the lock body, one end of the spring is fixedly connected with the bottom of the groove, the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the ball, and the axis of the spring is perpendicular to the axis of the lock cylinder; the limit matching part is an annular groove, and the outer surface of the ball is abutted with the bottom of the annular groove;
a curved surface of which the inner surface of the annular groove is matched with the outer surface of the ball;
the pressing plate comprises a connecting part, a bending part and a pressing part; the connecting part is provided with a threaded hole, the bending part is fixedly connected with the connecting part, and an angle formed between the bending part and the connecting part is alpha; the plate surface of the pressing part is parallel to the connecting part, and an angle formed between the pressing part and the bending part is beta;
the grid tuyere comprises a mounting frame; the length L and the width H of the air return opening are respectively smaller than the length L and the width H of the inner frame of the mounting frame;
the fixed frame is a telescopic frame;
the upper surface and the lower surface of the pressing plate are provided with anti-slip layers;
the grille tuyere further comprises a ventilation grille and an attracting assembly, a hinge is arranged between the ventilation grille and the mounting frame, and the hinge comprises a first page piece, a second page piece and a shaft core; the first page piece comprises a first shaft sleeve, a connecting part and a fixing part, wherein the first shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with one side edge of the connecting part, the other opposite side edge of the connecting part is fixedly connected with the fixing part, an angle formed between the connecting part and the fixing part is an obtuse angle, and the connecting part is provided with an embedded groove for accommodating the second page piece; the fixing part is fixedly connected with the mounting frame, and the first shaft sleeve is positioned outside the mounting frame; the second leaf is arranged in the ventilation grille, the second leaf is provided with a second shaft sleeve, the shaft core is arranged in the first shaft sleeve and the second shaft sleeve in a penetrating mode, the first shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with the shaft core, and the second shaft sleeve can rotate along the axis of the second shaft sleeve relative to the shaft core; the suction assembly is fixedly connected with the ventilation grille and is used for enabling the ventilation grille to be attached to the mounting frame;
