技术领域
本发明是一种大流量阀芯,属于阀门技术领域。
背景技术
阀芯是阀体借助它的移动来实现方向控制、压力控制或流量控制的基本功能的阀零件。
现有技术中,大流量阀芯依然存在着许多不足之处,其只有动片和静片2块瓷片,且动片结构单一,在流量与温控取得平衡时往往在设计上要互相迁就,出水流量和温度调控的效果差,所以急需一种新型的大流量阀芯来解决上述出现的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种大流量阀芯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明结构合理,流量和温控效果佳,稳定性好,可靠性高。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种大流量阀芯,包括控制杆、外壳、动片盖、动片A、动片B、静片以及底座,所述控制杆通过转轴装配在外壳内,所述控制杆下端与动片盖上端面相卡接,所述动片盖装配在外壳内部,所述动片A设置在动片盖下侧,所述动片B设置在动片A下侧,所述动片B下侧设置有静片,所述底座通过螺栓安装在外壳下端面,所述动片盖下端面对称装配有凸条一和凸条二,所述动片B上端面中间位置开设有出水口一,所述动片B上端面后侧开设有进水口,所述动片B上端面对称开设有凹槽一和凹槽二,所述静片上端面中间位置开设有出水口二,所述静片上端面后侧对称开设有冷水进口和热水进口。
进一步地,所述动片A和动片盖之间以及静片与底座之间均装配有密封胶圈。
进一步地,所述凸条一装配在凹槽一内,所述凸条二装配在凹槽二内。
进一步地,所述动片盖上端面开设有方形口。
进一步地,所述进水口为圆弧形结构。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种大流量阀芯,因本发明添加了动片A、凸条一、凹槽一、动片B、凹槽二以及凸条二,将动片分开为动片A、动片B再与静片组成三块瓷片代替传统只有动片与静片,该设计解决了原有大流量阀芯动片结构单一,在流量与温控取得平衡时往往在设计上要互相迁就,水流量和温度调控效果差的问题,优化了本发明的内部结构,提升了本发明对水流量和温度调控的效果。
因本发明添加了密封胶圈,该设计提高了本发明的密封性,另添加了方形口,该该设计便于控制杆与动片盖的安装连接,本发明结构合理,流量和温控效果佳,稳定性好,可靠性高。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
请参阅图1-图3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种大流量阀芯,包括控制杆1、外壳2、动片盖3、动片A4、动片B5、静片6以及底座7,控制杆1通过转轴装配在外壳2内,控制杆1下端与动片盖3上端面相卡接,动片盖3装配在外壳2内部,动片A4设置在动片盖3下侧,动片B5设置在动片A4下侧,动片B5下侧设置有静片6,底座7通过螺栓安装在外壳2下端面,动片盖3下端面对称装配有凸条一8和凸条二16,动片B5上端面中间位置开设有出水口一11,动片B5上端面后侧开设有进水口9,动片B5上端面对称开设有凹槽一10和凹槽二15,静片6上端面中间位置开设有出水口二13,静片6上端面后侧对称开设有冷水进口12和热水进口14。
动片A4和动片盖3之间以及静片6与底座7之间均装配有密封胶圈,凸条一8装配在凹槽一10内,凸条二16装配在凹槽二15内,动片盖3上端面开设有方形口,进水口9为圆弧形结构。
具体实施方式:在进行使用时,首先使用人员对本发明进行检查,检查是否存在缺陷,如果存在缺陷的话就无法进行使用了,此时需要通知维修人员进行维修,如果不存在问题的话就可以进行使用,动片盖3的下端面设有凸条一8和凸条二16,与动片B5上端面设有凹槽一10和凹槽二15,两者相配合,这个设计是为了达到更大的水流量,传统的动片为单一体,为了将流量与温控取得平衡往往在设计上要互相迁就,所以它们的水流量和温度调控不能做到极致,但有了这个设计后,当控制杆1提起时,控制杆1带动动片盖3,动片盖3带动动片A4移动,这时只有动片A4前后移动,同时凸条一8在凹槽一10内滑动,凸条二16在凹槽二15内滑动,进而动片A4与动片B5位置相互错开,从而打开动片B5上的进水口9,这样只有水流的大小可以调,不会影响水温度,因为调温是静片6上的冷水进口12以及热水进口14,当控制杆1带动动片盖3旋转时,因为凸条一8和凸条二16分别装配在凹槽一10和凹槽二15内,所以动片盖3带动动片A4和动片B5一同旋转,进而动片B5相对于静片6发生移动,进而扩大了进水口9与冷水进口12的相交面积或扩大了进水口9与热水进口14的相交面积,从而达到调节温度的目的。

1.一种大流量阀芯,包括控制杆(1)、外壳(2)、动片盖(3)、动片A(4)、动片B(5)、静片(6)以及底座(7),其特征在于:所述控制杆(1)通过转轴装配在外壳(2)内,所述控制杆(1)下端与动片盖(3)上端面相卡接,所述动片盖(3)装配在外壳(2)内部,所述动片A(4)设置在动片盖(3)下侧,所述动片B(5)设置在动片A(4)下侧,所述动片B(5)下侧设置有静片(6),所述底座(7)通过螺栓安装在外壳(2)下端面,所述动片盖(3)下端面对称装配有凸条一(8)和凸条二(16),所述动片B(5)上端面中间位置开设有出水口一(11),所述动片B(5)上端面后侧开设有进水口(9),所述动片B(5)上端面对称开设有凹槽一(10)和凹槽二(15),所述静片(6)上端面中间位置开设有出水口二(13),所述静片(6)上端面后侧对称开设有冷水进口(12)和热水进口(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大流量阀芯,其特征在于:所述动片A(4)和动片盖(3)之间以及静片(6)与底座(7)之间均装配有密封胶圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大流量阀芯,其特征在于:所述凸条一(8)装配在凹槽一(10)内,所述凸条二(16)装配在凹槽二(15)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大流量阀芯,其特征在于:所述动片盖(3)上端面开设有方形口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种大流量阀芯,其特征在于:所述进水口(9)为圆弧形结构。
