储罐。提供了一种结构简单,提高可靠性和安全性的储罐。包括顶部开口的罐体,所述罐体的顶部设有法兰盘,所述法兰盘具有中孔,所述中孔的孔径小于罐体顶部开口的口径;所述法兰盘的顶面设有上盖板、底面设有下盖板,所述上盖板、中孔和下盖板的中心线一致,所述上盖板和下盖板分别用于封闭中孔;所述上盖板的顶面设有电动推杆一,所述电动推杆一的推杆穿过上盖板、且连接下盖板,所述上盖板和下盖板之间设有电动推杆二,所述电动推杆二的推杆连接上盖板。本发明方便加工,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及罐体,尤其涉及储罐用密封装置。
背景技术
罐体,作为气体或液体的储存容器,在日常使用中常常会大量的进料与出料,这样,就需要对罐体密封以及压力进行控制,如果罐体密封不可靠,容易导致罐体内的物料出现损坏,降低了产品的质量。罐体内的压力控制以防止压力过大时撑爆罐体或压力过小时使罐体变形,在一些特殊的加工领域,在控制罐体压力的同时还要保证罐体排出避免带出物料。现有技术中,罐体压力控制通过人工进行操作,可靠性低,容易出现安全事故。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种结构简单,提高可靠性和安全性的储罐。
本发明的技术方案是:包括顶部开口的罐体,所述罐体的顶部设有法兰盘,所述法兰盘具有中孔,所述中孔的孔径小于罐体顶部开口的口径;
所述法兰盘的顶面设有上盖板、底面设有下盖板,所述上盖板、中孔和下盖板的中心线一致,所述上盖板和下盖板分别用于封闭中孔;
所述法兰盘的顶面设有环形孔一,所述上盖板上设有环形孔二,所述环形孔一和环形孔二相对设置,所述环形孔一和环形孔二内设有环形过滤器一;
所述环形过滤器一的截面呈C形,所述环形过滤器一内间隔设有弹性体一,所述弹性体一位于环形过滤器一的C形口内;
所述法兰盘的底面设有环形孔三,所述下盖板上设有环形孔四,所述环形孔三和环形孔四相对设置,所述环形孔三和环形孔四内设有环形过滤器二;
所述环形过滤器二的截面呈C形,所述环形过滤器二内间隔设有弹性体二,所述弹性体二位于环形过滤器二的C形口内;
所述上盖板的顶面设有电动推杆一,所述电动推杆一的推杆穿过上盖板、且连接下盖板,
所述上盖板和下盖板之间设有电动推杆二,所述电动推杆二的推杆连接上盖板。
所述罐体内设有压力传感器,所述压力传感器连接控制器,所述控制器控制电动推杆一和电动推杆二。
所述上盖板和法兰盘之间设有上密封圈,所述下盖板和法兰盘之间设有下密封圈。
所述法兰盘和罐体之间设有密封圈。
本发明在工作中,在罐体的顶部固定连接法兰盘,通过在法兰盘的顶、底面分别设置上盖板和下盖板,起到可靠密封作用,上盖板上设有电动推杆一用于控制下盖板升降动作,上盖板和下盖板之间设有电动推杆二,用于控制上盖板动作,方便操作,密封可靠。
通过在罐体内设置压力传感器,再将压力信号传递至控制器,控制器控制电动推杆一、二是否动作,从而是否推动上、下盖板,使得罐体内的压力稳定可靠。
本发明方便加工,成本低。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1-2所示,包括顶部开口2的罐体1,所述罐体的顶部设有法兰盘3,所述法兰盘具有中孔30,所述中孔的孔径小于罐体顶部开口的口径;
所述法兰盘的顶面设有上盖板4、底面设有下盖板5,所述上盖板、中孔和下盖板的中心线一致,所述上盖板和下盖板分别用于封闭中孔;
所述法兰盘3的顶面设有环形孔一7,所述上盖板4上设有环形孔二8,所述环形孔一和环形孔二相对设置,所述环形孔一和环形孔二内设有环形过滤器一9;
所述环形过滤器一的截面呈C形,所述环形过滤器一内间隔设有弹性体一10,所述弹性体一位于环形过滤器一的C形口内;
所述法兰盘的底面设有环形孔三,所述下盖板上设有环形孔四,所述环形孔三和环形孔四相对设置,所述环形孔三和环形孔四内设有环形过滤器二;
所述环形过滤器二的截面呈C形,所述环形过滤器二内间隔设有弹性体二,所述弹性体二位于环形过滤器二的C形口内;
所述上盖板的顶面设有电动推杆一6,所述电动推杆一的推杆穿过上盖板、且连接下盖板,
所述上盖板和下盖板之间设有电动推杆二7,所述电动推杆二的推杆连接上盖板。
在工作中,在罐体的顶部固定连接法兰盘,通过在法兰盘的顶、底面分别设置上盖板和下盖板,起到可靠密封作用,
上盖板上设有电动推杆一、用于推动下盖板,上盖板和下盖板之间设有电动推杆二、用于推杆上盖板动作,方便操作,密封可靠。
应用中,上盖板可通过螺栓连接在法兰盘上,实现固定连接,便于拆装,以后后续下盖板的开启动作。
设置环形过滤器一、二,便于起到可靠过滤作用,设置弹性体一、二用于对环形过滤器一、二可靠定位。在下盖板和法兰盘分离时,弹性体二撑开,使得环形过滤器二可靠过滤作用;同时,便于更换。
上盖板和法兰盘之间以及下盖板和法兰盘之间的结构相同,方便加工,成本低。
所述罐体内设有压力传感器,所述压力传感器连接控制器,所述控制器控制电动推杆一和电动推杆二;通过压力传感器测试罐体内的压力,再通过控制器控制电动推杆一、二,使得上、下盖板进行开启。
工作中,先将下盖板进行开启、关闭,再将上盖板开启、关闭,实现双重过滤作用。
所述上盖板和法兰盘之间设有上密封圈,所述下盖板和法兰盘之间设有下密封圈;设置双重密封,提高密封性。
所述法兰盘和罐体之间设有密封圈12,用于法兰盘和罐体之间的可靠密封。

1.储罐,其特征在于,包括顶部开口的罐体,所述罐体的顶部设有法兰盘,所述法兰盘具有中孔,所述中孔的孔径小于罐体顶部开口的口径;
所述法兰盘的顶面设有上盖板、底面设有下盖板,所述上盖板、中孔和下盖板的中心线一致,所述上盖板和下盖板分别用于封闭中孔;
所述法兰盘的顶面设有环形孔一,所述上盖板上设有环形孔二,所述环形孔一和环形孔二相对设置,所述环形孔一和环形孔二内设有环形过滤器一;
所述环形过滤器一的截面呈C形,所述环形过滤器一内间隔设有弹性体一,所述弹性体一位于环形过滤器一的C形口内;
所述法兰盘的底面设有环形孔三,所述下盖板上设有环形孔四,所述环形孔三和环形孔四相对设置,所述环形孔三和环形孔四内设有环形过滤器二;
所述环形过滤器二的截面呈C形,所述环形过滤器二内间隔设有弹性体二,所述弹性体二位于环形过滤器二的C形口内;
所述上盖板的顶面设有电动推杆一,所述电动推杆一的推杆穿过上盖板、且连接下盖板,
所述上盖板和下盖板之间设有电动推杆二,所述电动推杆二的推杆连接上盖板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的储罐,其特征在于,所述罐体内设有压力传感器,所述压力传感器连接控制器,所述控制器控制电动推杆一和电动推杆二。
3.根据权利要求1所述的储罐,其特征在于,所述上盖板和法兰盘之间设有上密封圈,所述下盖板和法兰盘之间设有下密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的储罐,其特征在于,所述法兰盘和罐体之间设有密封圈。
