At present, in the production process of prefabricated parts, the main modes of positioning and fixing embedded parts mainly comprise that a steel beam is arranged above a flat die for fixing, a vacuum chuck for fixing, a magnetic adsorption for fixing and the like. The steel cross beam is arranged for fixing the embedded part, so that the die installation procedure in the production process is increased, and concrete pouring is influenced to a certain extent; the vacuum sucker and the magnetic adsorption are fixed in the concrete pouring and vibrating processes, so that effective fixation cannot be guaranteed, and a certain amount of slippage and dislocation can be generated; the existing fixing mode can not ensure the position accuracy of the embedded part.
