技术领域
本发明属于墙纸技术领域,具体涉及一种折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯复合墙纸。
背景技术
墙纸是一种应用相当广泛的室内装饰材料。因为墙纸具有色彩多样、图案丰富、豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点,故在欧美、东南亚、日本等发达国家和地区得到相当程度的普及。墙纸分为很多类,如涂布壁纸、覆膜壁纸、压花壁纸等。通常用漂白化学木浆生产原纸,再经不同工序的加工处理,如涂布、印刷、压纹或表面覆塑,最后经裁切、包装后出厂。因为具有一定的强度、美观的外表和良好的抗水性能,广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆的室内装修等。
聚碳酸酯是一种新型的热塑性塑料,透明度达90%,刚硬而有韧性,具有高抗冲击性,高度的尺寸稳定性和范围很宽的使用温度,良好的绝缘性及耐热性和无毒性。聚碳酸酯极性小,玻璃温度高,吸水率低,收缩率小,尺寸精度高,对光稳定,耐候性好.熔融粘度和注射温度降低,因而易于加工成形。聚碳酸酯正被广泛应用于各行各业。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗老化的折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯复合墙纸,用于室内装饰墙纸,能够增加室内光线的柔和度,营造温馨的装环境。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种抗老化的折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯复合墙纸,包括表面涂层、中间折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯层和底层原纸,所述中间折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯层是由折光颗粒和脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯混合热固成型而成,所述折光颗粒为矿物质颗粒或矿物质碎片;所述表面涂层为UV固化的混合涂料,该混合涂料由丙烯酸酯、抗老化助剂、光固化剂、稀释剂、填充剂和助剂构成。
优选地,所述光固化剂为安息香丁醚、安息香异丙醚、安息香双甲醚、二苯基乙酮、α-羟烷基苯酮、α-胺烷基苯酮、芳酰基膦氧化物、双苯甲酰基苯基氧化膦、二苯甲酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、硫代丙氧基硫杂蒽酮、异丙基硫杂蒽酮中的一种或二至三种的混合物。
优选地,所述填充剂为二氧化硅、玻璃纤维、或碳酸钙。
优选地,所述助剂为分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述矿物质为云母、大理石、矿物晶体、尖晶石。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:提供了一种装饰性极强的复合墙纸,不仅具有更好的柔韧性、硬度和尺寸稳定性,而且能够起到柔和光线的装饰效果。

抗老化的折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯复合墙纸,包括表面涂层、中间折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯中间层和底层原纸,所述中间折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯层是由折光颗粒和脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯混合热固成型而成,所述折光颗粒为云母碎片。
表面涂层为UV固化的混合涂料,该混合涂料由丙烯酸酯、抗老化助剂、安息香丁醚、芳酰基膦氧化物、稀释剂、纳米二氧化硅、分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂。

抗老化的折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯复合墙纸,包括表面涂层、中间折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯中间层和底层原纸,所述中间折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯层是由折光颗粒和脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯混合热固成型而成,所述折光颗粒为透明不规则的尖晶石。
表面涂层为UV固化的混合涂料,该混合涂料由丙烯酸酯、抗老化助剂、安息香双甲醚、二苯甲酮、硫代丙氧基硫杂蒽酮、稀释剂、碳酸钙、消泡剂、防腐剂。

表面涂层为UV固化的混合涂料,该混合涂料由丙烯酸酯、抗老化助剂、二苯甲酮、异丙基硫杂蒽酮、α-胺烷基苯酮、稀释剂、二氧化硅、玻璃纤维、消泡剂、防腐剂。

1.一种抗老化的折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯复合墙纸,其特征在于:包括表面涂层、中间折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯层和底层原纸,所述中间折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯层是由折光颗粒和脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯混合热固成型而成,所述折光颗粒为矿物质颗粒或矿物质碎片;所述表面涂层为UV固化的混合涂料,该混合涂料由丙烯酸酯、抗老化助剂、光固化剂、稀释剂、填充剂和助剂构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化的折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯复合墙纸,其特征在于:所述光固化剂为安息香丁醚、安息香异丙醚、安息香双甲醚、二苯基乙酮、α-羟烷基苯酮、α-胺烷基苯酮、芳酰基膦氧化物、双苯甲酰基苯基氧化膦、二苯甲酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、硫代丙氧基硫杂蒽酮、异丙基硫杂蒽酮中的一种或二至三种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化的折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯复合墙纸,其特征在于:所述填充剂为二氧化硅、玻璃纤维、或碳酸钙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化的折光脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯复合墙纸,其特征在于:所述助剂为分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂中的一种或多种。
