技术领域
本发明属于墙纸技术领域,具体涉及一种折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯复合墙纸。
背景技术
墙纸是一种应用相当广泛的室内装饰材料。因为墙纸具有色彩多样、图案丰富、豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点,故在欧美、东南亚、日本等发达国家和地区得到相当程度的普及。墙纸分为很多类,如涂布壁纸、覆膜壁纸、压花壁纸等。通常用漂白化学木浆生产原纸,再经不同工序的加工处理,如涂布、印刷、压纹或表面覆塑,最后经裁切、包装后出厂。因为具有一定的强度、美观的外表和良好的抗水性能,广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆的室内装修等。
聚碳酸酯是一种新型的热塑性塑料,透明度达90%,刚硬而有韧性,具有高抗冲击性,高度的尺寸稳定性和范围很宽的使用温度,良好的绝缘性及耐热性和无毒性。聚碳酸酯极性小,玻璃温度高,吸水率低,收缩率小,尺寸精度高,对光稳定,耐候性好.熔融粘度和注射温度降低,因而易于加工成形。聚碳酸酯正被广泛应用于各行各业。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐划伤的折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯复合墙纸,用于室内装饰墙纸,能够增加室内光线的柔和度,营造温馨的装环境。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种耐划伤的折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯复合墙纸,包括表面涂层、中间折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯层和底层原纸,所述中间折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯层是由折光颗粒和聚三亚甲基碳酸酯混合热固成型而成,所述折光颗粒为矿物质颗粒或矿物质碎片;所述表面涂层为UV固化的混合涂料,该混合涂料由丙烯酸酯、耐划伤助剂、光固化剂、稀释剂、填充剂和助剂构成。
优选地,所述光固化剂为安息香丁醚、安息香异丙醚、安息香双甲醚、二苯基乙酮、α-羟烷基苯酮、α-胺烷基苯酮、芳酰基膦氧化物、双苯甲酰基苯基氧化膦、二苯甲酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、硫代丙氧基硫杂蒽酮、异丙基硫杂蒽酮中的一种或二至三种的混合物。
优选地,所述填充剂为二氧化硅、玻璃纤维、或碳酸钙。
优选地,所述助剂为分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述矿物质为云母、大理石、矿物晶体、尖晶石。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:提供了一种装饰性极强的复合墙纸,不仅具有更好的柔韧性、硬度和尺寸稳定性,而且能够起到柔和光线的装饰效果。

耐划伤的折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯复合墙纸,包括表面涂层、中间折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯中间层和底层原纸,所述中间折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯层是由折光颗粒和聚三亚甲基碳酸酯混合热固成型而成,所述折光颗粒为云母碎片。
表面涂层为UV固化的混合涂料,该混合涂料由丙烯酸酯、耐划伤助剂、安息香丁醚、芳酰基膦氧化物、稀释剂、纳米二氧化硅、分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂。
实施例2
耐划伤的折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯复合墙纸,包括表面涂层、中间折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯中间层和底层原纸,所述中间折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯层是由折光颗粒和聚三亚甲基碳酸酯混合热固成型而成,所述折光颗粒为透明不规则的尖晶石。
表面涂层为UV固化的混合涂料,该混合涂料由丙烯酸酯、耐划伤助剂、安息香双甲醚、二苯甲酮、硫代丙氧基硫杂蒽酮、稀释剂、碳酸钙、消泡剂、防腐剂。
实施例3
耐划伤的折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯复合墙纸,包括表面涂层、中间折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯中间层和底层原纸,所述中间折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯层是由折光颗粒和聚三亚甲基碳酸酯混合热固成型而成,所述折光颗粒为不规则的大理石细小颗粒。
表面涂层为UV固化的混合涂料,该混合涂料由丙烯酸酯、耐划伤助剂、二苯甲酮、异丙基硫杂蒽酮、α-胺烷基苯酮、稀释剂、二氧化硅、玻璃纤维、消泡剂、防腐剂。

1.一种耐划伤的折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯复合墙纸,其特征在于:包括表面涂层、中间折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯层和底层原纸,所述中间折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯层是由折光颗粒和聚三亚甲基碳酸酯混合热固成型而成,所述折光颗粒为矿物质颗粒或矿物质碎片;所述表面涂层为UV固化的混合涂料,该混合涂料由丙烯酸酯、耐划伤助剂、光固化剂、稀释剂、填充剂和助剂构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐划伤的折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯复合墙纸,其特征在于:所述光固化剂为安息香丁醚、安息香异丙醚、安息香双甲醚、二苯基乙酮、α-羟烷基苯酮、α-胺烷基苯酮、芳酰基膦氧化物、双苯甲酰基苯基氧化膦、二苯甲酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、硫代丙氧基硫杂蒽酮、异丙基硫杂蒽酮中的一种或二至三种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐划伤的折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯复合墙纸,其特征在于:所述填充剂为二氧化硅、玻璃纤维、或碳酸钙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐划伤的折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯复合墙纸,其特征在于:所述助剂为分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐划伤的折光聚三亚甲基碳酸酯复合墙纸,其特征在于:所述矿物质为云母、大理石、矿物晶体。
