本发明公开了一种木屑生物质燃料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a、干燥步骤;b、混合制粒步骤;c、压缩步骤。本发明与现有技术相比,所制的木屑生物质燃料的密度为1.1‑1.2g/cm3,使用通常的锅炉,其燃烧效率为22‑24%。

一种木屑生物质燃料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于生物质燃料的制备方法,特别属于以木屑为原料的生物质燃料的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,世界范围内的能源消耗主要以煤炭,石油和天然气为主的不可再生能源,而不可再生能源总有用完的时候,故可再生能源是人类未来能源的主要形式。可再生能源包括风能、水能、太阳能和生物质燃料,生物质具有来源广泛,受地域限制小,体积大,不易运输的特点,将生物质压缩成生物质燃料,通常的生物质燃料的密度为1-1.1g/cm3,燃烧效率低,并且燃烧时需要特定的的燃烧设备,燃烧效率才能达到20%,通常的设备只能达到15%。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种燃烧效率高的木屑生物质燃料的制备方法。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:一种木屑生物质燃料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a、干燥步骤;b、混合制粒步骤;c、压缩步骤。
所述的a、干燥步骤:将木屑室温干燥20-30天,使其含水率达到10-15%;
所述的b、混合制粒步骤:将a、干燥步骤干燥好的木屑,与助剂混合;
所述的助剂为0.1%的羧甲基纤维素钠,木屑与助剂的重量为1:0.001-0.01;
所述的c、压缩步骤:将b、混合制粒步骤制好的颗粒于压辊式成型机进行压缩,成型机的压力为10-20Mpa。
优选的成型机的压力为15Mpa。
所述的木屑的粒度为1-2mm。
本发明与现有技术相比,所制的木屑生物质燃料的密度为1.1-1.2g/cm3,使用通常的锅炉,其燃烧效率为22-24%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
本发明所用的成型机为德国RUF公司生产。
实施例1:
一种木屑生物质燃料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a、干燥步骤;b、混合制粒步骤;c、压缩步骤。
所述的a、干燥步骤:将木屑室温干燥20天,使其含水率达到10%;
所述的b、混合制粒步骤:将a、干燥步骤干燥好的木屑,与助剂混合;
所述的助剂为0.1%的羧甲基纤维素钠,木屑与助剂的重量为1:0.001;
所述的c、压缩步骤:将b、混合制粒步骤制好的颗粒于压辊式成型机进行压缩,成型机的压力为10Mpa。
所述的木屑的粒度为1-2mm。
实施例2:
一种木屑生物质燃料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a、干燥步骤;b、混合制粒步骤;c、压缩步骤。
所述的a、干燥步骤:将木屑室温干燥25天,使其含水率达到12%;
所述的b、混合制粒步骤:将a、干燥步骤干燥好的木屑,与助剂混合;
所述的助剂为0.1%的羧甲基纤维素钠,木屑与助剂的重量为1:0.005;
所述的c、压缩步骤:将b、混合制粒步骤制好的颗粒于压辊式成型机进行压缩,成型机的压力为15Mpa。
实施例3:
一种木屑生物质燃料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a、干燥步骤;b、混合制粒步骤;c、压缩步骤。
所述的a、干燥步骤:将木屑室温干燥30天,使其含水率达到10%;
所述的b、混合制粒步骤:将a、干燥步骤干燥好的木屑,与助剂混合;
所述的助剂为0.1%的羧甲基纤维素钠,木屑与助剂的重量为1:0.01;
所述的c、压缩步骤:将b、混合制粒步骤制好的颗粒于压辊式成型机进行压缩,成型机的压力为20Mpa。
实施例4:
除不加助剂以外,其它与实施例1相同。
实施例1-4的木屑密度为0.16-0.18g/cm3,所制的生物质燃料的密度分别为1.12g/cm3、1.15g/cm3、1.13g/cm3、1.12g/cm3、使用通常的锅炉,实施例1、2、3、4的燃烧效率分别为23%、24%、22%、15%。

1.一种木屑生物质燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:a、干燥步骤;b、混合制粒步骤;c、压缩步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木屑生物质燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的a、干燥步骤:将木屑室温干燥20-30天,使其含水率达到10-15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种木屑生物质燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的b、混合制粒步骤:将a、干燥步骤干燥好的木屑,与助剂混合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种木屑生物质燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的助剂为0.1%的羧甲基纤维素钠,木屑与助剂的重量为1:0.001-0.01。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种木屑生物质燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的c、压缩步骤:将b、混合制粒步骤制好的颗粒于压辊式成型机进行压缩,成型机的压力为10-20Mpa。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种木屑生物质燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:优选的成型机的压力为15Mpa。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种木屑生物质燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的木屑的粒度为1-2mm。
