Abstract

本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车安全带的护带组件的制造工艺。步骤如下:衬底层、外套层均由尼龙材质制成;蜂窝吸能层是由EVA发泡材质制成;将衬底层、外套层分别置于预处理液中浸泡至少15分钟,取出,沥干,然后于60℃下烘干;首先将两层蜂窝吸能层粘贴在衬底层的两侧,然后将两层外套层粘贴在蜂窝吸能层的外侧即可。一种汽车安全带的护带组件及其制造工艺,结构设计较为合理,选材较为舒适。在制造过程中,对衬底层、外套层进行预处理,可以显著增强护带的耐磨性能。

本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车安全带的护带组件的制造工艺。
背景技术
安全带是汽车被动安全系统中必不可少的组成部分,现有的汽车安全带仅具有常规的束缚驾乘人员进行安全保护的功能,功能单一,无法提供更多的安全保护功能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车安全带,能够监控驾乘人员的心率和血压,并在心率和血压过高时进行震动提示,从而扩展汽车安全带的安全保护功能。同时,本发明还提供了一种汽车安全带的护带组件及其制造工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种汽车安全带,包括:锁扣、收带器、设于所述锁扣、收带器之间的织带、套设于所述织带上的胸部护带、套设于所述织带上的腰部护带、设于所述胸部护带相连的心率传感器和血压传感器、以及设于所述胸部护带上的与所述心率传感器和血压传感器电性连接的震动器;
所述胸部护带和腰部护带均包括衬底层、分别设于所述衬底层的两侧的蜂窝吸能层、以及分别设于两蜂窝吸能层的两侧的外套层。
所述汽车安全带还包括与所述心率传感器和血压传感器电性连接的蓝牙模块。
所述汽车安全带还包括设于所述胸部护带上的体温传感器。
一种汽车安全带的护带组件,包括胸部护带和腰部护带,均包括衬底层、分别设于衬底层的两侧的两蜂窝吸能层、以及分别设于两蜂窝吸能层的两侧的外套层。

预处理液是由聚氨酯树脂17份、超细聚四氟乙烯粉末6份、钛白粉4份、聚四氟乙烯微粉5份、乙二醇16份、氟环唑2.5份、伞形花内酯4.5份在反应釜中于55℃下反应5小时制成;
③、组装
首先将两层蜂窝吸能层粘贴在衬底层的两侧,然后将两层外套层粘贴在蜂窝吸能层的外侧即可。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的一种汽车安全带,包括:锁扣、收带器、设于所述锁扣、收带器之间的织带、套设于所述织带上的胸部护带、套设于所述织带上的腰部护带、设于所述胸部护带相连的心率传感器和血压传感器、以及设于所述胸部护带上的与所述心率传感器和血压传感器电性连接的震动器;所述胸部护带和腰部护带均包括衬底层、分别设于所述衬底层的两侧的两蜂窝吸能层、以及分别设于两蜂窝吸能层的两侧的外套层,能够监控驾乘人员的心率和血压,并在心率和血压过高时进行震动提示,从而扩展汽车安全带的安全保护功能。
2)、一种汽车安全带的护带组件及其制造工艺,结构设计较为合理,选材较为舒适。在制造过程中,对衬底层、外套层进行预处理,可以显著增强护带的耐磨性能。

所述胸部护带4和腰部护带5均包括衬底层9、分别设于所述衬底层9的两侧的蜂窝吸能层10、以及分别设于两蜂窝吸能层10的两侧的外套层11。
具体地,所述汽车安全带还包括与所述心率传感器6和血压传感器7电性连接的蓝牙模块12。
具体地,所述汽车安全带还包括设于所述胸部护带4上的体温传感器13。

衬底层、外套层均由尼龙材质制成;蜂窝吸能层是由EVA发泡材质制成;
②、预处理
将衬底层、外套层分别置于预处理液中浸泡至少15分钟,取出,沥干,然后于60℃下烘干;
