Abstract

本发明公开了一种纤维复合高强度鼓皮，从内而外依次包括中芯层、纤维棉层、外芯层，所述中芯层的上下各具有一层纤维棉层，每层所述纤维棉层的靠外一侧各具有一层外芯层，所述中芯层和外芯层的材料均为纤维增强塑料膜。本发明结构在现有鼓皮基础上进行改进，得到增强型结构，此增强型结构绷紧状态耐受力强，维持度好，具有可靠的材料和高强的性质，音色偏高而短促，使用持久。

技术领域
本发明涉及架子鼓领域，尤其涉及一种纤维复合高强度鼓皮。
背景技术
架子鼓又称“爵士鼓”，流行于20 世纪中期，旋即在世界掀起强劲的旋风，由于爵士鼓变化多端的节奏和鼓手高超的演奏技艺，迅即成为摇滚乐中不可缺少的组合型打击乐器，摇滚乐以它强烈金属的音响和丰富多变的节奏，使人产生音的摇晃滚动感觉，满足青年人追求时尚、舞动青春的需求。
鼓皮的强度是其在绷紧后极其重要的考验指标。紧绷的鼓皮，能得到短促而偏高的音色；强度高的鼓皮使用起来较为顺手，同时也适合偏高音阶的使用，但市面上的鼓皮如果过于紧绷则可能崩坏，总之改进鼓皮结构以使其强度得以持续改进是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纤维复合高强度鼓皮，高强度、音色高而短促，比现有的紧绷度较高鼓皮更不容易崩坏，克服现有技术中存在的问题。
为了实现以上目的，本发明的技术方案是：
一种纤维复合高强度鼓皮，从内而外依次包括中芯层、纤维棉层、外芯层，所述中芯层的上下各具有一层纤维棉层，每层所述纤维棉层的靠外一侧各具有一层外芯层，所述中芯层和外芯层的材料均为纤维增强塑料膜。
作为优选，任一层所述纤维棉层的材质为矿渣纤维棉、硅酸铝纤维棉、岩棉、玻璃纤维棉中的一种。以上几种纤维棉硬度强度俱佳，是最强的纤维棉。
作为优选，所述中芯层材质为纤维增强的超高分子量聚乙烯，所述外芯层的材质为纤维增强的聚酯、聚酰亚胺或聚丙烯。中芯层要求较高，使用高规格的塑料，超高分子量聚乙烯为目前可实现的集合众塑料优点的塑料。
进一步，所述中芯层的纤维增强的超高分子量聚乙烯，增强纤维为凯夫拉纤维、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维、玄武岩纤维中的一种。以上纤维强度和硬度高，适合做增强成分。
作为优选，所述中芯层的厚度为0.08-0.18mm，所述纤维棉层的厚度为0.06-0.15mm，所述外芯层的厚度为0.1-0.22mm。各层厚度均是为了经济性和效用性的组合考虑。
进一步，中芯层的超高分子量聚乙烯成分的分子量为250-400万。选取典型分子量的超高分子量聚乙烯，以实现基本功能需要。
进一步，中芯层的增强纤维的纤维细度不大于5μm。在中芯层超高分子量聚乙烯中掺入的纤维不可过粗不然影响结构强度。
本发明的有益效果在于：本发明结构简单、绷紧状态维持度好。中芯层、纤维棉层、外芯层的5层结构紧密而高效，强度方面令人满意，可以比三层结构维持更多的紧绷预应力；中芯层的超高分子量聚乙烯，强度韧性耐候性俱佳，是极佳的高性能材料，又有纤维增强，性能优异。本发明结构在现有鼓皮基础上进行改进，得到增强型结构，此增强型结构绷紧状态耐受力强，维持度好，具有可靠的材料和高强的性质，音色偏高而短促，使用持久。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本申请实施例或现有技术中的技术方案，下面将对实施例作简单地介绍。
如图1，一种纤维复合高强度鼓皮，从内而外依次包括中芯层1、纤维棉层2、外芯层3，所述中芯层1的上下各具有一层纤维棉层2，纤维棉层2的材质为矿渣纤维棉、硅酸铝纤维棉、岩棉、玻璃纤维棉中的一种，两层纤维棉层2的材质可相同也可不同，每层所述纤维棉层2的靠外一侧各具有一层外芯层3，所述中芯层1材质为纤维增强的超高分子量聚乙烯，其超高分子量聚乙烯成分的分子量为250-400万，中芯层1材料中的增强纤维为凯夫拉纤维、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维、玄武岩纤维中的一种，中芯层1的增强纤维的纤维细度不大于5μm，所述外芯层3的材质为纤维增强的聚酯、聚酰亚胺或聚丙烯，所述中芯层1的厚度为0.08-0.18mm，所述纤维棉层2的厚度为0.06-0.15mm，所述外芯层3的厚度为0.1-0.22mm，以上5层周围由固定圈4固定。

1.一种纤维复合高强度鼓皮，其特征在于，从内而外依次包括中芯层、纤维棉层、外芯层，所述中芯层的上下各具有一层纤维棉层，每层所述纤维棉层的靠外一侧各具有一层外芯层，所述中芯层和外芯层的材料均为纤维增强塑料膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维复合高强度鼓皮，其特征在于，任一层所述纤维棉层的材质为矿渣纤维棉、硅酸铝纤维棉、岩棉、玻璃纤维棉中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维复合高强度鼓皮，其特征在于，所述中芯层材质为纤维增强的超高分子量聚乙烯，所述外芯层的材质为纤维增强的聚酯、聚酰亚胺或聚丙烯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种纤维复合高强度鼓皮，其特征在于，所述中芯层的纤维增强的超高分子量聚乙烯，增强纤维为凯夫拉纤维、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维、玄武岩纤维中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维复合高强度鼓皮，其特征在于，所述中芯层的厚度为0.08-0.18mm，所述纤维棉层的厚度为0.06-0.15mm，所述外芯层的厚度为0.1-0.22mm。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种纤维复合高强度鼓皮，其特征在于，所述中芯层的超高分子量聚乙烯成分的分子量为250-400万。
