and the filter cover 6 with 50PCS is also tested and processed, a circular convex ring 332 with a triangular section is adopted, and the roundness deformation of the whole filter cover 6 after the groove pressing is between 1.0 and 2 mm; therefore, it is preferable to use a circular convex ring with a triangular cross section, so that the progressive feeding from small to large is realized during the grooving process, that is, the small grooving is pressed first and then the standard groove width is gradually enlarged, and thus the deformation amount directly pressed to the standard groove width can be reduced better.
Obviously, two or more circular convex rings 332 may be sequentially arranged according to actual needs, which will not be described herein.
In this technical solution, the turntable device 2 includes a base 21 and a supporting plate 22 for mounting the filter cover 6, a motor 23 is disposed below the base 21, the motor 23 drives the supporting plate 22 to rotate, and the supporting plate 22 is disposed above the base 21. When the filter cover is in operation, the motor 23 drives the supporting disc 22 to rotate, and the supporting disc 22 drives the filter cover 6 to rotate, so that a groove can be pressed on the whole skirt edge of the filter cover 6.
In order to make the filter cover 6 more rapid and convenient in assembly and disassembly, the support plate 22 includes a plate holder 221 and at least three support blocks 222 slidably connected to the plate holder 221, and further includes a micro cylinder 223 for driving the support blocks 222 to slide. When the filter cover 6 is installed, the micro cylinder 223 drives the supporting block 222 to retract towards the disc seat 221, and when the filter cover 6 is sleeved on the supporting block 222, the micro cylinder 223 drives the supporting block 222 and the filter cover 6 to be tensioned again, so that the installation is completed; after the completion of the processing, the operations are reversed in the above order, and the filter cover 6 is removed.
Whether three support blocks 222 are used or a greater number of support blocks 222 are used, they need to be combined to form a generally circular shape to fit the filter.
