The invention discloses an abdomen-crossing skin flap fixing device which comprises a chest side fixing plate, an upper arm supporting plate, a forearm supporting plate and three telescopic rods with adjustable lengths, wherein one end of the upper arm supporting plate is rotatably connected with one end of the forearm supporting plate, a first fixing connection point and a second fixing connection point are respectively arranged on the upper arm supporting plate and the forearm supporting plate, a third fixing connection point is arranged on the chest side fixing plate, and the first fixing connection point, the second fixing connection point and the third fixing connection point are respectively connected by the three telescopic rods in pairs.
