本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是一种防断裂骨科钢板,包括钢板主体,钢板主体上方固定连接有拱形固定板,拱形固定板上设有拱形凸起和拱形凹槽,钢板主体和拱形固定板上设有用于穿设螺钉的螺纹孔,拱形凸起和拱形凹槽相互衔接排布,拱形凸起的高度和拱形凹槽的深度均小于拱形固定板的厚度。本发明的一种防断裂骨科钢板,通过钢板主体固定断裂的骨骼,拱形固定板用于保护钢板主体,防止在做恢复运动的时候因为用力过大而将钢板主体折断,大大提高了骨科钢板的稳定性和牢固性。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是一种防断裂骨科钢板。
背景技术
现代医学在治疗骨折病人时经常要用到骨科钢板,利用骨科钢板将病人的断骨固定。由于恢复时间长,骨骼愈合期间病人不可能不运动,同时为了避免肌肉萎缩,适量的运动对于病人的恢复有促进作用,但是病人的活动会造成钢板负担过重或者由于频繁的运动造成钢板疲劳性断裂,当运动量超过钢板的承受能力时,钢板就会断裂,给病人造成额外的伤害。
发明内容
为了克服现有的骨科钢板容易折断的不足,本发明提供了一种防断裂骨科钢板,通过螺钉将钢板主体和拱形固定板固定在需要固定的断裂骨骼上。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防断裂骨科钢板,包括钢板主体,钢板主体上方固定连接有拱形固定板,拱形固定板上设有拱形凸起和拱形凹槽。
进一步的,包括钢板主体和拱形固定板上设有用于穿设螺钉的螺纹孔。
进一步的,包括拱形凸起和拱形凹槽相互衔接排布,所述拱形凸起的高度和拱形凹槽的深度均小于拱形固定板的厚度。
进一步的,包括钢板主体和拱形固定板为弧形结构。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的一种防断裂骨科钢板,通过钢板主体固定断裂的骨骼,拱形固定板用于保护钢板主体,防止在做恢复运动的时候因为用力过大而将钢板主体折断,大大提高了骨科钢板的稳定性和牢固性。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种防断裂骨科钢板,包括钢板主体1,钢板主体1上方固定连接有拱形固定板2,拱形固定板2上设有拱形凸起3和拱形凹槽4。
使用时,通过螺钉将钢板主体1和拱形固定板2固定在需要固定的断裂骨骼上,在骨骼恢复的过程中,由于恢复时间长,骨骼愈合期间病人不可能不运动,同时为了避免肌肉萎缩,适量的运动对于病人的恢复有促进作用,拱形固定板2加强了钢板主体1的牢固程度,加大了钢板主体1的承受力度,避免了运动力度过大导致钢板主体1断裂造成二次骨折的风险,大大提高了伤员的安全性。
如图1所示,钢板主体1和拱形固定板2上设有用于穿设螺钉的螺纹孔5。螺纹孔5起到固定钢板主体1和拱形固定板2的作用。
结合图1和图2所示,拱形凸起3和拱形凹槽4相互衔接排布,所述拱形凸起3的高度和拱形凹槽4的深度均小于拱形固定板2的厚度。拱形固定板2整体呈弧形,加上上方的拱形凸起3和拱形凹槽4,有效保障了整体的牢固性,不易被外力折断。
结合图1和图3所示,钢板主体1和拱形固定板2为弧形结构。弧形结构大幅度的提高了钢板主体1的牢固性,加大了钢板主体1的承受力度,缩减了钢板主体折断的风险。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防断裂骨科钢板,其特征是,所述拱形凸起(3)和拱形凹槽(4)相互衔接排布,所述拱形凸起(3)的高度和拱形凹槽(4)的深度均小于拱形固定板(2)的厚度。
