Abstract
本发明公开了一种杀菌、驱蚊的中药组合物,所述中药组合物所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:黑胡椒20~50份,薰衣草2~5份,樟脑1~4份,艾绒10~30份,亚甲基蓝2~8份,单宁酸5~15份,薄荷5~10份,大豆油5~15份。本发明中药组合物可以有效驱赶蚊虫、杀灭细菌,且具有便于携带的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种具有杀菌、驱蚊效果的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
夏季是蚊虫活动的高发时期,人们经常会受到蚊虫叮咬的痛苦,夜间蚊虫嗡嗡声也会打扰人们的睡眠,影响人们正常的生活、工作、学习和睡眠。更为值的注意的蚊虫叮咬可以传播疾病,尤其是婴幼儿,皮肤娇嫩、身体免疫力差,受到蚊虫叮咬后轻则红肿,重则细菌感染,更甚者导致脑炎,总之,蚊虫的叮咬严重威胁我们的身体健康。
一般情况下,大家为防治蚊虫叮咬会撑起蚊帐,但是这样只是局限在睡觉的较小领域,并且有时会给人一种压抑的感觉;目前市面上还有一些驱蚊蚊香、电蚊香液等,但是这些存在携带不方便、香味刺鼻等等缺点,因此,开发一种安全、携带方便的驱蚊产品势在必行。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明申请人提供了一种种杀菌、驱蚊的中药组合物及其制备方法。本发明中药组合物可以有效驱赶蚊虫、杀灭细菌,且具有便于携带的优点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种杀菌、驱蚊的中药组合物,所述中药组合物所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:
所述中药组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将20~50份黑胡椒、2~5份薰衣草、5~10份薄荷、10~30份艾绒,置于冷冻干燥箱中进行干燥,之后在破壁机中粉碎,制得粉末状混合物;
(2)将1~4份樟脑加入步骤(1)所得粉末状混合物中,再加入5~15份单宁酸和5~15份大豆油,搅拌至糊状,之后小型二辊机混炼5~10min,制得片状产物,置于磨具中成型,并室温静置10~20min;
(3)将2~8份亚甲基蓝喷洒在步骤(2)所得成型产物的表面,静置10~30min,至亚甲基蓝渗入片状产物内部,制得所述中药组合物。
步骤(1)中所述冷冻干燥的条件为:-20~-5℃条件下,干燥1~2h。
步骤(1)中所述破壁机的转速为45000~60000rpm;所述粉末状混合物的细度为10~30μm。
步骤(2)中所述小型二辊机的辊间距为0.2~0.4cm。
一种所述中药组合物的应用,所述中药组合物可以装在卡套中,卡在人体的衣服或挂在脖颈上,起到驱蚊、杀菌作用。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明中药组合物所用原料多为食品级别,安全可靠,无刺激性气味;本发明组合物原料之间协同配伍,共同作用对蚊虫有一定的驱赶作用且药效时间持久。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1
一种杀菌、驱蚊的中药组合物,所述中药组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将50份黑胡椒、5份薰衣草、5份薄荷、10份艾绒,置于冷冻干燥箱中-20℃条件下,干燥1h,之后在转速为45000rpm的破壁机中粉碎,制得粉末状混合物(细度为30μm);
(2)将1份樟脑加入步骤(1)所得粉末状混合物中,再加入10份单宁酸和10份大豆油,搅拌至糊状,之后小型二辊机(辊间距为0.4cm)混炼10min,制得片状产物,置于磨具中成型,并室温静置20min;
(3)将2份亚甲基蓝喷洒在步骤(2)所得成型产物的表面,静置30min,至亚甲基蓝渗入片状产物内部,制得所述中药组合物。
实施例2
一种杀菌、驱蚊的中药组合物,所述中药组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将30份黑胡椒、2份薰衣草、8份薄荷、20份艾绒,置于冷冻干燥箱中--5℃条件下,干燥2h,之后在转速为50000rpm的破壁机中粉碎,制得粉末状混合物(细度为20μm);
(2)将4份樟脑加入步骤(1)所得粉末状混合物中,再加入5份单宁酸和15份大豆油,搅拌至糊状,之后小型二辊机(辊间距为0.2cm)混炼5min,制得片状产物,置于磨具中成型,并室温静置20min;
(3)将6份亚甲基蓝喷洒在步骤(2)所得成型产物的表面,静置10min,至亚甲基蓝渗入片状产物内部,制得所述中药组合物。
实施例3
一种杀菌、驱蚊的中药组合物,所述中药组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将20份黑胡椒、4份薰衣草、10份薄荷、30份艾绒,置于冷冻干燥箱中-10℃条件下,干燥1.5h,之后在转速为60000rpm的破壁机中粉碎,制得粉末状混合物(细度为10μm);
(2)将2份樟脑加入步骤(1)所得粉末状混合物中,再加入8份单宁酸和5份大豆油,搅拌至糊状,之后小型二辊机(辊间距为0.3cm)混炼8min,制得片状产物,置于磨具中成型,并室温静置15min;
(3)将8份亚甲基蓝喷洒在步骤(2)所得成型产物的表面,静置20min,至亚甲基蓝渗入片状产物内部,制得所述中药组合物。
测试例:
(1)驱蚊试验:在一个透明的玻璃杯底部固定本发明实施例1制得的中药组合物,并在瓶中装入50只蚊子,将瓶子倒立,可以发现蚊子均会飞至没有放置中药组合物的一侧,从而说明本发明中药组合物有很好的驱蚊效果。
取5g实施例1制得的中药组合物,放到一个透气的纱布包中,放置在一个面积15m2的房间的中央。以该纱布包为中心,分别在地板上画半径为0.5米、1米和2米的圆圈,放出50只蚊子,打开房间门窗,保持空气流通,观察蚊子进入圆圈的情况。观察发现没有蚊子进入半径为0.5米的圆圈内,进入半径为1米的圆圈内的蚊子占10~20%,其余蚊子均在离纱布包2米以外的范围内活动。这种效果可以保持15天左右。
(2)杀菌试验:菌种采用金黄色葡萄球菌,设置三个平行组,分别为原菌液组、暗室组、光照组,三组互为对照,原菌液组不添加本发明组合物,后两组分别加入本发明实施例2、3所得中药组合物后分别进行暗室、光照处理;然后取出菌液稀释6个梯度后将菌液转移到平板上,培养12h后查数菌落数,最终原液组细菌存活率为100%,暗室组细菌存活率为10%,光照组细菌存活率仅为0.1%;结果表明本发明产品具有很好的杀菌作用。

1.一种杀菌、驱蚊的中药组合物,其特征在于所述中药组合物所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于所述中药组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将20~50份黑胡椒、2~5份薰衣草、5~10份薄荷、10~30份艾绒,置于冷冻干燥箱中进行干燥,之后在破壁机中粉碎,制得粉末状混合物;
(2)将1~4份樟脑加入步骤(1)所得粉末状混合物中,再加入5~15份单宁酸和5~15份大豆油,搅拌至糊状,之后小型二辊机混炼5~10min,制得片状产物,置于磨具中成型,并室温静置10~20min;
(3)将2~8份亚甲基蓝喷洒在步骤(2)所得成型产物的表面,静置10~30min,至亚甲基蓝渗入片状产物内部,制得所述中药组合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的中药组合物,其特征在于步骤(1)中所述冷冻干燥的条件为:-20~-5℃条件下,干燥1~2h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于步骤(1)中所述破壁机的转速为45000~60000rpm;所述粉末状混合物的细度为10~30μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于步骤(2)中所述小型二辊机的辊间距为0.2~0.4cm。
6.一种权利要求1~5任一项所述中药组合物的应用,其特征在于所述中药组合物可以装在卡套中,卡在人体的衣服或挂在脖颈上,起到驱蚊、杀菌作用。
