Abstract
The invention discloses a loudspeaker and a mobile terminal with the loudspeaker, wherein the loudspeaker comprises: the magnetic-field-type magnetic-field generator comprises a first coil, a second coil. Wherein, the first coil and the second coil are integrated and fixed together and are fixed on the shed frame together. The inner magnetic steel, the pair of first outer magnetic steels and the pair of second outer magnetic steels are fixed on the magnetic bowl. The magnetic bowl is fixed on one side of the shed frame far away from the first coil and the second coil. When a changing magnetic field is provided to the speaker, the first coil and the second coil sense the changing magnetic field and generate an induced current, and then the battery is charged wirelessly. Background
With the rapid development of mobile terminals such as mobile phones, the technology is updated rapidly, and the market demands of mobile terminal products and internet access port products are continuously expanded. The invention mainly aims to provide a loudspeaker and a mobile terminal with the loudspeaker, and aims to solve the problems of high cost, thick whole machine, poor portability and low endurance time.

It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Fig. 1 is an exploded view of a speaker according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The loudspeaker of the embodiment is mainly applied to mobile terminals such as mobile phones and the like, and is used for converting an electric signal into mechanical motion and then converting the mechanical motion into a sound signal. In fig. 1, the speaker includes an upper cover plate 10, a first coil 20, a second coil 30, a shelf 40, an internal magnetic steel 50, a pair of first external magnetic steels 60, a pair of second external magnetic steels 70, and a magnetic bowl 80, which are distributed from top to bottom. Wherein, the second coil 30 is fixed on the vibrating diaphragm of the first coil 20 and fixed on the shelf 40 together with the first coil 20, and the second coil 30 is fixed between the first coil 20 and the shelf 40. Referring to fig. 2, the upper cover plate 10 covers the first coil 20 and is fixed to the shelf 40, and the upper cover plate 10 has a plate-shaped structure with a central hole, such that the surface of the first coil 20 away from the shelf 40 is exposed to the upper cover plate 10 through the central hole. The inner magnetic steel 50, the pair of first outer magnetic steels 60 and the pair of second outer magnetic steels 70 are fixed on the magnetic bowl 80, and the inner magnetic steel 50, the first outer magnetic steels 60 and the second outer magnetic steels 70 face the surface of the canopy frame 40 far away from the first coil 20 and the second coil 30. The magnetic bowl 80 is fixed on the bottom surface of the canopy frame 40, namely: the surface of the canopy frame on the side away from the upper cover plate 10. The loudspeaker of the embodiment integrates the first coil 20 and the second coil 30, wireless charging and loudspeaker functions can be integrated in the loudspeaker, the cost is saved, the thickness of the whole loudspeaker is reduced, and the portability of a product is improved.
Specifically, the upper cover plate 10 is fixed to the shelf 40 by heat fusion.
In this embodiment, the first coil 20 is a vibrating diaphragm 21 and a wireless charging coil 22, where the wireless charging coil 22 may be a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC), or may be a small-diameter copper wire wound and integrated on the dome in the middle of the vibrating diaphragm 21, that is, the vibrating diaphragm 21 is similar to a racetrack and surrounds the wireless charging coil 22. The frame of the upper cover plate 10 presses on the edge of the diaphragm 21 of the first coil 20 to fix the first coil 20 and the second coil 30, and the wireless charging coil 22 is exposed out of the upper cover plate 10 through the central hole of the upper cover plate 10.
Optionally, the diaphragm 21 is fixed on the shelf 40 by dispensing.
The second coil 30 comprises a loudspeaker coil and is glued to the diaphragm 21 by means of glue.
As shown in fig. 3, a top view of the speaker is shown. In fig. 3, a first positive electrode 43 and a first negative electrode 44 corresponding to the first coil 20, and a second positive electrode 41 and a second negative electrode 42 corresponding to the second coil 30 are respectively disposed at four corners of the shelf 40. The top surface of the shelf 40 is generally rectangular, with the first negative electrode 44 and the second positive electrode 41 on one diagonal and the first positive electrode 43 and the second negative electrode 42 on the other diagonal.
In the present embodiment, the first positive electrode 43 is a wirelessly charged positive electrode, and the first negative electrode 44 is a wirelessly charged negative electrode; the second positive electrode 41 is a speaker positive electrode, and the second negative electrode 42 is a speaker negative electrode.
The inner magnetic steel 50, the pair of first outer magnetic steels 60 and the pair of second outer magnetic steels 70 are fixed on the magnetic bowl 80 respectively in a dispensing manner. The inner magnetic steel 50 is located in the middle of the magnetic bowl 80 and has a rectangular structure. The pair of first external magnetic steels 60 and the pair of second external magnetic steels 70 are arranged at the four side edges of the magnetic bowl 80, so as to surround the internal magnetic steel 50, and the first external magnetic steels 60 and the second external magnetic steels 70 are arranged at intervals. The first outer magnetic steel 60 and the second outer magnetic steel 70 are both in a structure similar to a rectangle, and the length and the width of the first outer magnetic steel 60 are greater than those of the second outer magnetic steel 70.
The magnetic bowl 80, the inner magnetic steel 50 fixed on the magnetic bowl, the pair of first outer magnetic steels 60 and the pair of second outer magnetic steels 70 are fixed on the shed frame 40 together.
Optionally, the magnetic bowl 80 is fixed on the shelf 40 by dispensing.
Further, the magnetic bowl 80 is further provided with a connecting hole 81, so that the magnetic bowl 80 and the shelf 40 are fixed together by the matching of the connecting hole 81 and a fastener such as a screw.
When the loudspeaker works, the second anode 41 and the second cathode 42 are used for receiving audio signals, the electrified second coil 30 is under the action of ampere's law in a magnetic field formed by the inner magnetic steel 50, the pair of first outer magnetic steel 60 and the pair of second outer magnetic steel 70, the second coil 30 is under the action of different forces in the magnetic field by generating transformed electric signals, the vibrating diaphragm 21 and the wireless charging coil 22 of the first coil 20 are pushed to move, air is pushed to generate sound pressure, and the function of the loudspeaker is completed. Meanwhile, the vibration of the vibrating diaphragm 21 and the wireless charging coil 22 cuts a magnetic induction line in a magnetic field formed by the inner magnetic steel 50, the pair of first outer magnetic steels 60 and the pair of second outer magnetic steels 70 by the wireless charging coil 21 integrated on the top of the sphere, the wireless charging coil 22 generates induction current, and the wireless charging of the battery is completed through the first positive electrode 43 and the first negative electrode 44. That is to say, the wireless charging function of the speaker of the present embodiment provides a changing magnetic field through an external device, so that the first coil 20 and the second coil 30 sense the changing magnetic field, and further generate an induced current, the induced current generated by the first coil 20 completes wireless charging of the battery through the first positive electrode 43 and the first negative electrode 44, and the induced current generated by the second coil 30 completes wireless charging of the battery through the second positive electrode 41 and the second negative electrode 42, thereby realizing that when the speaker works, the charging power of the mobile terminal battery can be provided, and the endurance time of the battery is increased.
Another preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a mobile terminal, which at least includes the speaker described in the above embodiments, and the details of this embodiment are not repeated herein.
The mobile terminal in this embodiment may include a Portable device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm top computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Portable Media Player (PMP), a navigation device, a wearable device, an intelligent bracelet, and a pedometer.
According to the loudspeaker and the mobile terminal with the loudspeaker, the first coil 20 and the second coil 30 share the coil and are integrated in the loudspeaker, the charging function and the loudspeaker function are realized, the internal space of the mobile terminal is saved, the cost of the whole mobile terminal is reduced, and the endurance time of a battery is prolonged.

A loudspeaker, characterized in that the loudspeaker comprises: the loudspeaker comprises a first coil, a second coil, a shed frame, an inner magnetic steel, a pair of first outer magnetic steels, a pair of second outer magnetic steels and a magnetic bowl, wherein the first coil and the second coil are integrated and fixed together and fixed on the shed frame together; the first coil includes the vibrating diaphragm and is integrated in wireless charging coil in the middle of the vibrating diaphragm, the second coil includes speaker coil, speaker coil fixes on the vibrating diaphragm.
2. The loudspeaker of claim 1, wherein the first coil is a flexible printed circuit board or a small diameter copper wire wrap.
3. The loudspeaker of claim 1, wherein the diaphragm is fixed to the shelf by adhesive dispensing.
4. The loudspeaker of claim 3, further comprising an upper cover plate, wherein the frame of the upper cover plate presses on the edge of the diaphragm and presses the first coil and the second coil together to be fixed on the shelf.
5. The speaker of claim 4, wherein the top cover has a center hole through which the wireless charging coil of the first coil is exposed to the top cover when the top cover is pressed against the first coil and the second coil.

The speaker of claim 5, wherein a first positive electrode and a first negative electrode corresponding to the first coil and a second positive electrode and a second negative electrode corresponding to the second coil are respectively disposed at four corners of the canopy frame, and when the first coil and the second coil induce a changing magnetic field, the first coil completes wireless charging through the first positive electrode and the second negative electrode, and the second coil completes wireless charging through the second positive electrode and the second negative electrode.
7. The loudspeaker of claim 1, wherein the inner magnet steel is located in the middle of the magnetic bowl, the pair of first outer magnet steels and the pair of second outer magnet steels are arranged on the four side edges of the magnetic bowl and surround the inner magnet steel, and the first outer magnet steels and the second outer magnet steels are arranged at intervals.
8. The loudspeaker of claim 7, wherein the first outer magnetic steel and the second outer magnetic steel are both rectangular-like structures, and the length and width of the first outer magnetic steel are greater than those of the second outer magnetic steel.
9. A mobile terminal, characterized in that it comprises a loudspeaker according to any of claims 1-8.
