Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于食用菌种植的加湿系统,包括空气系统、纯水系统、控制系统和雾化终端,所述空气系统包括依次相连在空气管道上的空压机、储气罐、除水过滤器、除油过滤器和精密过滤器,所述纯水系统包括由自来水管道后接依次相连在纯水管道上的多介质过滤层、活性炭过滤器、反渗透机、水箱和水泵,所述控制系统包括均连接控制柜的气路控制阀、水路控制阀、温度传感器和湿度传感器,气路控制阀连接空气管道上,水路控制阀连接在纯水管道进口处,空压机、反渗透剂、水泵连接控制柜,温度传感器和湿度传感器设置在食用菌种植菌房内,所述雾化终端包括雾化器和喷嘴,空气管道和纯水管道末端连接雾化器后连接多个设置在食用菌种植菌房内的喷嘴。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加湿装置,具体说是一种食用菌种植的加湿系统。
背景技术
食用菌种植过程中所需要的环境相对湿度为90-100%,而正常的空气湿度在40%-70%,因此种植食用菌的环境需要加湿。食用菌种植环境加湿一般采用的是工业用超声波加湿器,其原理为采用高频震荡,通过雾化片的高频谐振,将水抛离水面而产生自然飘逸的水雾然后通过加湿管道送至种植环境,管道容易滋生细菌,造成种植食用菌被污染,影响食用菌产量和质量,且大功率高频振荡器维护使用成本高,耗电量大。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构简单,使用、维护方便,能耗低,无菌加湿,能有效确保食用菌质量和产量的食用菌种植的加湿系统。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于食用菌种植的加湿系统,其特征在于:包括空气系统、纯水系统、控制系统和雾化终端,所述空气系统包括依次相连在空气管道上的空压机、储气罐、除水过滤器、除油过滤器和精密过滤器,所述纯水系统包括由自来水管道后接依次相连在纯水管道上的多介质过滤层、活性炭过滤器、反渗透机、水箱和水泵,所述控制系统包括均连接控制柜的气路控制阀、水路控制阀、温度传感器和湿度传感器,气路控制阀连接空气管道上,水路控制阀连接在纯水管道进口处,空压机、反渗透剂、水泵连接控制柜,温度传感器和湿度传感器设置在食用菌种植菌房内,所述雾化终端包括雾化器和喷嘴,空气管道和纯水管道末端连接雾化器后连接多个设置在食用菌种植菌房内的喷嘴。
所述雾化终端还包括集水槽,集水槽设置于食用菌种植菌房内各种植架或地面上,集水槽连接蓄水池,蓄水池连接纯水管道进口。
本发明的空气系统主要用于洁净压缩空气的制备,空气经空气管道送至空压机进行空气压缩,压缩后的空气首先储藏于储气罐中,经除水过滤器、除油过滤器、精密过滤器进行除水、除油、除菌,获得洁净的压缩空气;纯水系统主要是用于纯水的制备,自来水管道经纯水管道送至多介质过滤器、活性炭过滤、反渗透机获得电导率≤30US/CM的纯水,纯水可储存与水箱中;压缩空气直接送至雾化终端的雾化器,纯水由水箱经水泵送至雾化终端的雾化器,在雾化器内混合后由喷嘴喷出5-7微米的水雾;食用菌种植菌房内水雾凝结部分落入其植架或底面上的集水槽,从而有效回收水资源,并经蓄水池送至纯水系统利用,节约能源。

图1所示:一种用于食用菌种植的加湿系统包括空气系统、纯水系统、控制系统和雾化终端,所述空气系统包括依次相连在空气管道2上的空压机3、储气罐4、除水过滤器5、除油过滤器6和精密过滤器7,所述纯水系统包括由自来水管道后接依次相连在纯水管道9上的多介质过滤层10、活性炭过滤器11、反渗透机12、水箱13和水泵14,所述控制系统包括均连接控制柜1的气路控制阀8、水路控制阀15、温度传感器19和湿度传感器20,气路控制阀连接空气管道上,水路控制阀连接在纯水管道进口处,空压机、反渗透剂、水泵连接控制柜,温度传感器和湿度传感器设置在食用菌种植菌房18内,所述雾化终端包括雾化器16和喷嘴17、集水槽21,空气管道和纯水管道末端连接雾化器后连接多个设置在食用菌种植菌房内的喷嘴,集水槽设置于食用菌种植菌房内各种植架或地面上,集水槽连接蓄水池22,蓄水池连接纯水管道进口。

1.一种用于食用菌种植的加湿系统,其特征在于:包括空气系统、纯水系统、控制系统和雾化终端,所述空气系统包括依次相连在空气管道上的空压机、储气罐、除水过滤器、除油过滤器和精密过滤器,所述纯水系统包括由自来水管道后接依次相连在纯水管道上的多介质过滤层、活性炭过滤器、反渗透机、水箱和水泵,所述控制系统包括均连接控制柜的气路控制阀、水路控制阀、温度传感器和湿度传感器,气路控制阀连接空气管道上,水路控制阀连接在纯水管道进口处,空压机、反渗透剂、水泵连接控制柜,温度传感器和湿度传感器设置在食用菌种植菌房内,所述雾化终端包括雾化器和喷嘴,空气管道和纯水管道末端连接雾化器后连接多个设置在食用菌种植菌房内的喷嘴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食用菌种植的加湿系统,其特征是:所述雾化终端还包括集水槽,集水槽设置于食用菌种植菌房内各种植架或地面上,集水槽连接蓄水池,蓄水池连接纯水管道进口。
