技术领域
本发明涉及纱线领域，特别涉及一种带有阻燃效果的羊毛纱线。
背景技术
现有技术中有一种羊毛纱线，包括天丝羊毛50-60份、澳毛纤维15-20份、粘胶纤维5-10份、山羊绒5-10份、棉2-3份、亚麻1-2份。这种羊毛纱线保暖性能优越，但是由于纱线中的天丝羊毛、山羊绒、棉和亚麻等天然纤维非常易燃，使用这种纱线织成衣物之后，与热源靠近就会被引燃，容易损坏。
发明内容
针对上述缺点，本发明目的在于提供一种能增加了纱线的阻燃性能及经久耐用的带有阻燃效果的羊毛纱线。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种带有阻燃效果的羊毛纱线，它由天丝羊毛、澳毛纤维、粘胶纤维、山羊绒、棉、亚麻混纺而成，其中各成份的质量份数为：天丝羊毛50-60份、澳毛纤维15-20份、粘胶纤维5-10份、山羊绒5-10份、棉2-3份、亚麻1-2份；其特征在于，天丝羊毛、山羊绒、棉和亚麻中含有阻燃剂，
所述阻燃剂包括以下重量百分比的组分：
十六烷基三甲基溴化铵： 15～25，
二环戊基次膦酸铝： 15～25，
四溴邻苯二甲酸： 6～ 12，
硼酸锌： 6～ 12，
脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚： 6～12，
季戊四醇二磷酸酯： 15～ 25，
磷酸-哌嗪-三聚氰胺-氧化锌缩合物： 1 ～ 3，
氢氧化镁粉： 1 ～ 3，
香精： 1 ～ 3，
水： 30 ～ 50。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是：在天丝羊毛、山羊绒、棉和亚麻中增加了阻燃剂，使得纱线中的天然纤维具有较好的耐高温特性，提高了纱线的阻燃性能。

十六烷基三甲基溴化铵： 20，
二环戊基次膦酸铝： 22，
四溴邻苯二甲酸： 10，
硼酸锌： 8，
脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚： 8，
季戊四醇二磷酸酯： 19，
磷酸-哌嗪-三聚氰胺-氧化锌缩合物： 2，
氢氧化镁粉： 2，
