Abstract
本发明公开一种含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液及制备方法,包括下列质量百分比的组分:醇醚羧酸盐10‑20%、美洲大蠊提取物0.5‑1.5%、马鞭草提取物0.02‑0.06%、黄芩提取物0.05‑0.1%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10‑26%、黑刺菝葜提取物0.2‑1.5%、苦参提取物0.05‑0.1%、白薇提取物0.5‑1%、番石榴叶提取物0.02‑0.06%、烷基聚亚烷乙二醇1‑5%、乙基乙基甘油1‑5%、香精0‑0.2%、凯松0‑0.2%、EDTA0‑1%、水为余量。本发明洗衣液易溶于水,具有优良的去污,乳化,发泡性能和抗硬水性能,不会损伤人体皮肤,易降解,还能有效的抑制细菌和真菌的滋生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗衣液,具体涉及一种美洲大蠊与多种植物提取物抑菌低泡洗衣液及制备方法。
背景技术
在我们生活周围存在着细菌、病毒、真菌以及一些小型的原生动物等在内的一大类生物群体,个体微小,与人类生活密切相关,在生活中不可避免的,其中,我们穿的衣物是微生物传播的途径之一,制作一种抑制细菌等对人体有益的洗衣液具有重大的意义,而本发明是以美洲大蠊提取物与黑刺菝葜提取物、白薇提取物、马鞭草提取物、黄芩提取物、苦参提取物、番石榴叶提取物一种或多种互配,含多种抑菌功效的新型健康的衣料用洗涤剂,它能除菌亲肤,在提高洗净力的同时能有效抑制菌类的生长,洗得干净、更洗得健康。
其中,配方中用到的抑菌剂成分主要以美洲大蠊为主,再加入植物提取物为辅,经查阅文献:《美洲大蠊(Periplaneta.americana.L)抗菌肽的研究》(作者:蓝江林、吴珍泉),得出美洲大蠊提取物里含有一种抗菌肽,抗菌肽对细菌、病毒、真菌、原虫具有广谱的活性,能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等菌类的滋生,且杀菌活力很高,对革兰氏阴性及阳性细菌均有高效的杀菌作用。
植物成分复杂,种类繁多,而植物提取物中的抑菌活性与分子结构相关,几乎涉及植物的各个成分,经参照药典和查阅文献:《五种植物提取物抑菌效果及抑菌膜的研究》(作者:姜秋阳)、《植物提取物抑菌活性及作用机理》(作者:刘旺景,敖长金)、《30中植物提取物抑菌活性研究》(作者:王静,毛自文)、《四种植物提取物对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果研究》(作者:金兰梅,伍清林)、《10种植物提取物抑菌活性的初步研究》(作者:陆宁海,吴晴,刘果果)。由这些资料得出:植物其中主要有黄铜类、生物碱类、萜类、苯丙素类、甾体及其苷类等等,而加入到配方里面含有抑菌功效成分的提取物是从以下的植物中提取出来的:番石榴叶子中提取的黄铜,对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌都有较强的抑制作用;从苦参中提取的苦参碱,属于双稠哌类生物碱,对白色葡萄球菌,产气杆菌,大肠杆菌,枯草杆菌和变形杆菌的生长繁殖都有显著的抑制活性作用;从黄芩植物中分离出两种双萜类,此双萜类化合物对尖孢镰孢霉菌有抑制的作用;白薇主要含有C21甾体皂苷、白薇、素挥发油、强心苷,而且白薇皂苷具有抗菌消炎的作用;从马鞭草科的草茎植物的果实中提取分离出的木酯素对金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌等有很强的抑制作用;黑刺菝葜是多年生藤本落叶攀附植物,根状茎粗厚、坚硬、为不规则的块状,黑刺菝葜根茎醇提取物分离出的石油醚萃取物和乙酸乙脂萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌和巨大芽孢杆菌、变形杆菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、木菌、青菌、黑曲菌、黄曲菌等有较强的抑制作用,从60%乙醇和80%乙醇洗脱物中分离得到的几种甾体皂苷均有较强的抑制活性作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液及制备方法,是一种抑菌低泡、去污力强、在高低温条件下稳定性强的浓缩洗衣液。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:一种含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液,包括下列质量百分比的组分:
醇醚羧酸盐10%-20%、美洲大蠊提取物0.5%-1.5%、马鞭草提取物0.02%-0.06%、黄芩提取物0.05%-0.1%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10%-26%、黑刺菝葜提取物0.2%-1.5%、苦参提取物0.05%-0.1%、白薇提取物0.5%-1%、番石榴叶提取物0.02%-0.06%、烷基聚亚烷乙二醇1%-5%、乙基乙基甘油1%-5%、香精0%-0.2%、凯松0%-0.2%、EDTA0%-1%、水为余量;上述各组分的总和为100%。
上述醇醚羧酸盐和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠是多元表面活性剂,烷基聚亚烷乙二醇是抑泡剂;黑刺菝葜提取物、白薇提取物、美洲大蠊提取物、马鞭草提取物、黄芩提取物、苦参提取物、番石榴叶提取物均为抑菌剂;乙基已基甘油为保湿剂,EDTA为螯合剂。
所述香精为洗衣液的常用产品。
所述美洲大蠊提取物采用半仿生提取法获得,具体如下:
A、将干燥的美洲大蠊虫体粉碎,加入美洲大蠊虫粉质量的6倍量的质量浓度为95%的乙醇,在常压及水浴温度50℃下处理4h,过滤,滤渣放入烘箱,于50℃干燥至恒重,得滤渣Ⅰ;
B、用柠檬酸和磷酸氢二钠配制3种缓冲溶液,pH分别为2.0,7.5,8.3,备用;
C、按20ml缓冲溶液/g滤渣Ⅰ的量,在滤渣Ⅰ中加入pH为2.0的缓冲溶液,于常压、水浴温度60℃下处理1h,用步骤1)的方法过滤、干燥,得滤渣Ⅱ,滤液Ⅰ;
D、将滤渣Ⅱ用步骤C的方法再依次用pH为7.5,8.3的缓冲溶液提取两次,得滤渣Ⅲ,滤液Ⅱ,滤渣Ⅳ,滤液Ⅲ;
E、合并滤液Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,在真空度-0.04MPa、水浴温度70℃的条件下减压蒸馏浓缩至还能流动时倒入蒸发皿,于80℃烘箱干燥至恒重,即得美洲大蠊提取物。
经过该方法提取的美洲大蠊提取物,去除了常规提取方法中蟑螂遗留下的特殊异味,且最大限度的保留了美洲大蠊的有效成分,明显改善了其在应用中的主观感受。
上述植物提取物采用生物酶解技术进行提取:生物酶解技术包括酶法提取和酶法分离精制两个方法,酶法提取是根据植物细胞壁的构成,利用酶反应所具有的高度专一性的特点,选择相应的酶,将细胞壁的组成成分(纤维素,半纤维素和果胶质)水解或降解,破坏细胞壁结构,使细胞内的成分溶解,混悬或胶溶于溶剂中,从而达到提取目的有利于提高成分的提取率,酶法除杂是分离精制的新方法,此方法是根据天然物提取液中杂质的种类,性质,有针对性地采用相应的酶,将这些杂质分离或除去,以改善液体产品的澄清度,提高产品的稳定性,由于酶反应具有高度的专一性,决定了酶解方法除杂的高效性。
所述番石榴叶提取物、黑刺菝葜提取物、黄芩提取物、白薇提取物是通过下列操作制得:
番石榴叶提取总黄酮,黑刺菝葜提取甾体皂苷,白薇提取白薇皂苷,黄芩提取黄铜,将番石榴叶,黑刺菝葜分别粉碎成大约1cm左右,黄芩,白薇提取物不用粉碎。具体如下:将原料分别用3倍蒸馏水浸泡,加盐酸调PH至4,加原料质量的0.5%纤维素酶,活性单位约2000U.g,充分搅拌,置40℃恒温水浴中1.5h,加原料质量的5倍量的质量分数为95%的乙醇回流提取1h,滤过,得第一次提取液备用,加药渣质量的5倍量的质量分数为60%的乙醇回流0.5h,过滤得第二次提取液,合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,离心,取上清液,用正丁醇萃取3次,挥发尽正丁醇,即分别得到番石榴叶提取物、黑刺菝葜提取物、黄芩提取物、白薇提取物。
所述马鞭草提取物、苦参提取物是采用酶法分离精制得到,具体如下:
天然植物在采用常规提取的煎煮过程中,蛋白质遇热凝固,淀粉糊化,影响有效成分的煎出,并给提取液的分离带来困难,针对水提取液中所含的杂质类型,采用相应的酶(淀粉酶分解淀粉,果胶酶分解果胶)将其降解为小分子物质或分解除去,可改善水提取液的过滤困难问题,提高液体制剂的澄清度和制剂浓度,从马鞭草的根茎中提取木酯素,从苦参中提取苦参碱。
具体是:分别在马鞭草根茎、苦参中加热水少许,温浸30min,用10倍水煎煮2h,再8倍水煎煮1.5h滤过,合并两次滤液,浓缩至物料与药液1:5,将上清液和沉淀分别蒸干得到马鞭草提取物和苦参提取物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液的制备方法,经过下列各步骤:
(1)下列质量百分比的组分备料:
醇醚羧酸盐10%-20%、美洲大蠊提取物0.5%-1.5%、马鞭草提取物0.02%-0.06%、黄芩提取物0.05%-0.1%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10%-26%、黑刺菝葜提取物0.2%-1.5%、苦参提取物0.05%-0.1%、白薇提取物0.5%-1%、番石榴叶提取物0.02%-0.06%、烷基聚亚烷乙二醇1%-5%、乙基乙基甘油1%-5%、香精0%-0.2%、凯松0%-0.2%、EDTA0%-1%、水为余量;上述各组分的总和为100%;
(2)取步骤(1)中的一部分去离子水放入反应釜中,加热到60℃,加入醇醚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、乙基已基甘油和烷基聚亚烷乙二醇,搅拌均匀,得到溶液A;
(3)将溶液A在反应釜常压或低压填料密封60℃温度条件下加热60min后,降温至30-40℃,然后加入美洲大蠊提取物、白薇提取物、黑刺菝葜提取物、马鞭草提取物、黄芩提取物、苦参提取物番、石榴提取物、香精、凯松、EDTA,再加入余量的水,搅拌均匀,得到溶液B;
(4)将溶液B在40℃温度条件下加热60min后,静置、过滤,即得到含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液。
本发明采用阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂互配,添加天然植物提取物,不仅去污能力强,同时能控制配方中的泡沫量,易漂洗,减少水的用量,符合国家节水、节能的标准。抗菌剂选用美洲大蠊与多种植物提取物中的一种或多种互配,所述黑刺菝葜提取物为粉末状,所述白薇提取物为粉末状,马鞭草提取物、黄芩提取物、苦参提取物、番石榴叶提取物均为粉末状,抑泡剂是烷基聚亚烷乙二醇,活性物含量达到90%,微黄色的液体类产品。保湿剂为乙基已基甘油,是一种涂抹性能适中的润肤剂、保湿剂及润湿剂,具有除臭效果。人体汗液中的皮脂和脱落的表皮细胞等在革兰氏阳性菌的作用下产生的物质具有不愉快的气味,而乙基已基甘油能有效抑制引起异味的细菌的生长繁殖,同时不影响对人体有益的皮肤菌群,从而起到气味抑制的作用。主要起到去污作用的是多元表面活性剂,其为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂互配,多元阴离子表面活性剂为醇醚羧酸盐,是多功能阴离子的表面活性剂,结构通式为:R-(OCH2CH2)nOCH2COONa(H),嵌入的EO链使其兼备阴离子和非离子表面活性剂的特点。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,结构通式为:RO(CH2CH2O)n-SO3Na(n=2或3,R为12~15烷基)。易溶于水,具有优良的去污,乳化,发泡性能和抗硬水性能,温和的性质不会损伤人体皮肤,易降解。螯合剂选用EDTA,能和碱金属、稀土元素和过渡金属等形成稳定的水溶性配合物。配方中加入的表面活性剂属于绿色表面活性剂,且配方中还加入的具有抑菌功效的美洲大蠊提取物和多种植物提取物,不仅去污力强,还能有效的抑制细菌和真菌的滋生。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明所用液体组分,没有特别说明的,均为市购的工业级产品。
本发明所用的固定组分,没有特别说明的,均为市购的工业级产品。
以下所述美洲大蠊提取物采用半仿生提取法获得,具体如下:
A、将干燥的美洲大蠊虫体用植物粉碎机粉碎,称取100g于梨形烧瓶,加入6倍质量的质量浓度为95%的乙醇,在常压及水浴温度50℃下处理4h,过滤,滤渣放入烘箱,于50℃干燥至恒重,得滤渣Ⅰ;
B、用柠檬酸和磷酸氢二钠配制3种缓冲溶液,pH分别为2.0,7.5,8.3,备用;
C、称取滤渣Ⅰ10g,加入200ml pH为2.0的缓冲溶液在常压及水浴温度60℃下处理1h,用步骤A的方法过滤、干燥,得滤渣Ⅱ,滤液Ⅰ;
D、将滤渣Ⅱ用步骤C的方法再依次用pH为7.5,8.3的缓冲溶液提取两次,得滤渣Ⅲ,滤液Ⅱ,滤渣Ⅳ,滤液Ⅲ;
E、合并滤液Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,在真空度-0.04MPa、水浴温度70℃的条件下减压蒸馏浓缩至还能流动时倒入蒸发皿,于80℃烘箱干燥至恒重,即得半仿生提取的美洲大蠊提取物。
以下所述番石榴叶,黑刺菝葜,黄芩,白薇的提取工艺:
番石榴叶提取总黄酮,黑刺菝葜提取甾体皂苷,白薇提取白薇皂苷,黄芩提取黄铜,具体将番石榴叶,黑刺菝葜分别粉碎成大约1cm左右,黄芩,白薇提取物不用粉碎,具体如下:分别用3倍蒸馏水浸泡,加盐酸调PH至4,加原料质量的0.5%纤维素酶(活性单位约2000U.g),充分搅拌,置40℃恒温水浴中1.5h,加原料质量的5倍量的质量质量分数为95%的乙醇回流提取1h,滤过,得第一次提取液备用,药渣加5倍60%乙醇回流0.5h,过滤得第二次提取液,两次提取液合并,回收乙醇,离心,取上清液,用正丁醇萃取3次,挥发尽正丁醇,可得番石榴叶提取物、黑刺菝葜的提取物、白薇的提取物、黄芩的提取物。
以下所述马鞭草、苦参的提取采用酶法分离精制:
从马鞭草的根茎中提取木酯素,从苦参中提取苦参碱,具体是:在马鞭草根茎、苦参中,分别加热水少许,温浸30min,用10倍水煎煮2h,再8倍水煎煮1.5h滤过,合并两次滤液,浓缩至物料与药液为1:5,将上清液和沉淀分别蒸干,得到马鞭草提取物和苦参提取物。
实施例1
(1)下列质量百分比的组分备料:
醇醚羧酸盐:8%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:8%,烷基聚亚烷乙二醇:0.1%,乙基已基甘油:0.15%,美洲大蠊提取物:0.5%,白薇提取物:0.1%,黑刺菝葜提取物:0.1%,马鞭草提取物:0.02%,黄芩提取物:0.05%,苦参提取物:0.5%,番石榴叶提取物:0.02%,香精:0%,凯松:0%,EDTA:0%,去离子水:余量;
(2)取步骤(1)中的一部分去离子水放入反应釜中,加热到60℃,加入醇醚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、乙基已基甘油和烷基聚亚烷乙二醇,搅拌均匀,得到溶液A;
(3)将溶液A在反应釜常压或低压填料密封60℃温度条件下加热60min后,降温至35℃,然后加入美洲大蠊提取物、白薇提取物、黑刺菝葜提取物、马鞭草提取物、黄芩提取物、苦参提取物番、石榴提取物、香精、凯松、EDTA,再加入余量的水,搅拌均匀,得到溶液B;
(4)将溶液B在40℃温度条件下加热60min后,静置、过滤,即得到含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液。
实施例2
(1)下列质量百分比的组分备料:
醇醚羧酸盐:8%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:8%,烷基聚亚烷乙二醇:0.1%,乙基已基甘油:0.15%,美洲大蠊提取物:0.5%,白薇提取物:0.1%,黑刺菝葜提取物:0.1%,马鞭草提取物:0.02%,黄芩提取物:0.05%,苦参提取物:0.5%,番石榴叶提取物:0.02%,香精:0.1%,防腐剂:0.1%,EDTA:0.5%,去离子水:余量;
(2)取步骤(1)中的一部分去离子水放入反应釜中,加热到60℃,加入醇醚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、乙基已基甘油和烷基聚亚烷乙二醇,搅拌均匀,得到溶液A;
(3)将溶液A在反应釜常压或低压填料密封60℃温度条件下加热60min后,降温至30℃,然后加入美洲大蠊提取物、白薇提取物、黑刺菝葜提取物、马鞭草提取物、黄芩提取物、苦参提取物番、石榴提取物、香精、凯松、EDTA,再加入余量的水,搅拌均匀,得到溶液B;
(4)将溶液B在40℃温度条件下加热60min后,静置、过滤,即得到含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液。
实施例3
(1)下列质量百分比的组分备料:
醇醚羧酸盐:10%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:10%,乙基已基甘油:0.25%,烷基聚亚烷乙二醇:0.3%,美洲大蠊提取物:1%,白薇提取物:0.3%,黑刺菝葜提取物:0.3%,马鞭草提取物:0.04%,黄芩提取物:0.075%,苦参提取物:1%,番石榴叶提取物:0.04%,香精:0.15%防腐剂:0.15%,EDTA:0.75%,去离子水:余量;
(2)取步骤(1)中的一部分去离子水放入反应釜中,加热到60℃,加入醇醚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、乙基已基甘油和烷基聚亚烷乙二醇,搅拌均匀,得到溶液A;
(3)将溶液A在反应釜常压或低压填料密封60℃温度条件下加热60min后,降温至40℃,然后加入美洲大蠊提取物、白薇提取物、黑刺菝葜提取物、马鞭草提取物、黄芩提取物、苦参提取物番、石榴提取物、香精、凯松、EDTA,再加入余量的水,搅拌均匀,得到溶液B;
(4)将溶液B在40℃温度条件下加热60min后,静置、过滤,即得到含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液。
实施例4
(1)下列质量百分比的组分备料:
醇醚羧酸盐:12%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:12%,乙基已基甘油:0.35%,烷基聚亚烷乙二醇:0.5%,美洲大蠊提取物:1.5%,白薇提取物:0.5%,黑刺菝葜提取物:0.5%,马鞭草提取物:0.06%,黄芩提取物:0.1%,苦参提取物:1.5%,番石榴叶提取物:0.06%,香精:0.2%,防腐剂:0.2%,EDTA:1%,去离子水:余量;
(2)取步骤(1)中的一部分去离子水放入反应釜中,加热到60℃,加入醇醚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、乙基已基甘油和烷基聚亚烷乙二醇,搅拌均匀,得到溶液A;
(3)将溶液A在反应釜常压或低压填料密封60℃温度条件下加热60min后,降温至30-40℃,然后加入美洲大蠊提取物、白薇提取物、黑刺菝葜提取物、马鞭草提取物、黄芩提取物、苦参提取物番、石榴提取物、香精、凯松、EDTA,再加入余量的水,搅拌均匀,得到溶液B;
(4)将溶液B在40℃温度条件下加热60min后,静置、过滤,即得到含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液。
本发明和普通洗衣液相比的优势:本发明除菌亲肤,在提高洗净力的同时,有效去除衣物上的细菌,泡沫低但去污力强,用量少,节水,节能。
试验例1
一、样品去污力的测试
对照组(市购产品)溶液浓度为0.1%,本发明洗衣液试样溶液浓度为0.1%,分别用一定量的硬水配制,用GB/T13174规定的方法和污布,同机测定本产品洗衣液试样和普通洗衣液产品的去污力,并与普通洗衣液的去污力进行比较。
1、衣物去污力的测定
从人群中选出20-40岁年龄阶段的50位女性作为实验对象。称取0.25g本发明样品加入到已加热至30℃的250mL硬水中配制成浓度为0.1%样品份,再称取普通洗衣液配制成相同浓度的量作为对照组。把事先弄好的比较有代表性的油渍污布10块,碳黑污布10块,咖啡污布10块,泥土污布10块,果汁污布10块,分别让50位女性把50块不同的污布平均放入配制好的样品中,分别将浸湿污布试片放置5min,浸湿后的污布试片全部转移至试验盆中(其中已预放入800mL加热至30℃的硬水),漂洗干净,然后计算去污力。
2、计算去污力,计算白度差W=W2-W1,白度(用白度仪测量)
去污实验结果的计算和判定:按照不同类别的污布分别计算和判定洗涤剂在各类污布上的去污值R和去污比值P
污布去污值:Ri=(W2i-W1i)/n
污布去污比值的计算:Pi=Ri/R
Ri:样品的去污值
R:成品去污值
W1:洗前白度值
W2:洗后白度值
去污力的判定:
当Pi≥1.0时,则判定结论洗衣液样品对第i种污布的去污力高于国家标准,判定合格。
当Pi<1.0时,则判定结论洗衣液样品对滴i种污布的去污力低于国家标准,判定为不合格。
1)油渍污布
试验结论:由表可得出9组的产品去污值Pi>1,符合国家标准,且去污值均大于普通产品的去污值。本发明的去污力优于普通洗衣液。
2)咖啡污布
试验结论:由表可得出9组的产品去污值Pi>1,符合国家标准,且去污值均大于普通产品的去物值,本发明的去污力优于普通洗衣液。
3)碳黑污布
试验结论:由表可得出9组的产品去污值Pi>1,符合国家标准,且去污值均大于普通产品的去物值。本发明的去污力优于普通洗衣液。
4)泥土污布
试验结论:由表可得出9组的产品去污值Pi>1,符合国家标准,且去污值均大于普通产品的去物值,本发明的去污力优于普通洗衣液。
5)果汁污布
试验结论:由表可得出9组的产品去污值Pi>1,符合国家标准,且去污值均大于普通产品的去物值,本发明的去污力优于普通洗衣液。
试验例2
样品抑菌效果的测试。
洗衣液的抑菌性能:对衣物清洗后的抑菌实验效果(按国家标准测试金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌)
抑菌型洗涤剂产品效果的评价应符合QB/T2728-2005中7.2.6B2级以上水平(抑菌率≥50%)
大肠杆菌抑菌测试结果
金黄色葡萄球菌测试结果
试验总结:测试结果表明,本产品对大肠杆菌的平均抑菌率为:72.47%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的平均抑菌率为:79%,普通洗衣液对大肠杆菌的平均抑菌率为:50%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的平均抑菌率为:54%,本产品抑菌率符合国家标准且高于普通洗衣液的抑菌率。
试验例3
样品的发泡测试
1.取两个干净的300ml的烧杯,标明1号,2号。每个烧杯称量250ml的硬水溶液,分别称取0.25g的样品和普通洗衣液放入两个烧杯中,1号为普通洗衣液,2号为本发明样品,搅拌均匀,
取6支干净的50ml刻度试管每个试管准确称取20ml的溶液三份(1号样品3份,2号样品3份)。每个试管上下振荡10次,分别记录开始0min时,3min,5min的泡沫高度,计算每个样品泡沫的平均值。

试验结论:1号的平均泡沫量为:25.73mL,2号平均泡沫量为:16.1mL,由此可得出样品与普通洗衣液对比,泡沫量明显减少,符合低泡洗衣液的条件。
Claims (5)
1.一种含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液,其特征在于包括下列质量百分比的组分:
醇醚羧酸盐10%- 20%、美洲大蠊提取物0.5%-1.5%、马鞭草提取物0.02%-0.06%、黄芩提取物0.05%-0.1%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10%-26%、黑刺菝葜提取物0.2%-1.5%、苦参提取物0.05%-0.1%、白薇提取物0.5%-1%、番石榴叶提取物0.02%-0.06%、烷基聚亚烷乙二醇1%-5%、乙基乙基甘油1%-5%、香精0%-0.2%、凯松0%-0.2%、EDTA0%-1%、水为余量;上述各组分的总和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液,其特征在于:所述美洲大蠊提取物采用半仿生提取法获得,具体如下:
A、将干燥的美洲大蠊虫体粉碎,加入美洲大蠊虫粉质量的6倍量的质量浓度为95%的乙醇,在常压及水浴温度50℃下处理4h,过滤,滤渣放入烘箱,于50℃干燥至恒重,得滤渣Ⅰ;
B、用柠檬酸和磷酸氢二钠配制3种缓冲溶液,pH分别为2.0,7.5,8.3,备用;
C、按20 ml缓冲溶液/g滤渣Ⅰ的量,在滤渣Ⅰ中加入pH为2.0的缓冲溶液,于常压、水浴温度60 ℃下处理1 h,用步骤1)的方法过滤、干燥,得滤渣Ⅱ,滤液Ⅰ;
D、将滤渣Ⅱ用步骤C的方法再依次用pH为7.5,8.3的缓冲溶液提取两次,得滤渣Ⅲ,滤液Ⅱ,滤渣Ⅳ,滤液Ⅲ;
E、合并滤液Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,在真空度-0.04MPa、水浴温度70℃的条件下减压蒸馏浓缩至还能流动时倒入蒸发皿,于80℃烘箱干燥至恒重,即得美洲大蠊提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液,其特征在于:所述番石榴叶提取物、黑刺菝葜提取物、黄芩提取物、白薇提取物是通过下列方法制得:
将原料分别用3倍蒸馏水浸泡,加盐酸调PH至4,加原料质量的0.5%纤维素酶,活性单位约2000 U.g,充分搅拌,置40℃恒温水浴中1.5 h,加原料质量的5倍量的质量分数为95%的乙醇回流提取1h,滤过,得第一次提取液备用,加药渣质量的5倍量的质量分数为60%的乙醇回流0.5 h,过滤得第二次提取液,合并两次提取液,回收乙醇,离心,取上清液,用正丁醇萃取3次,挥发尽正丁醇,即分别得到番石榴叶提取物、黑刺菝葜提取物、黄芩提取物、白薇提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液,其特征在于:所述马鞭草提取物、苦参提取物是采用酶法分离精制得到,具体如下:
分别在马鞭草根茎、苦参中加热水少许,温浸30 min,用10倍水煎煮2 h,再用8倍水煎煮1.5 h,滤过,合并两次滤液,浓缩至物料与药液1:5,将上清液和沉淀分别蒸干得到马鞭草提取物和苦参提取物。
5.权利要求1至4任一所述含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于经过下列各步骤:
(1)下列质量百分比的组分备料:
醇醚羧酸盐10%- 20%、美洲大蠊提取物0.5%-1.5%、马鞭草提取物0.02%-0.06%、黄芩提取物0.05%-0.1%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10%-26%、黑刺菝葜提取物0.2%-1.5%、苦参提取物0.05%-0.1%、白薇提取物0.5%-1%、番石榴叶提取物0.02%-0.06%、烷基聚亚烷乙二醇1%-5%、乙基乙基甘油1%-5%、香精0%-0.2%、凯松0%-0.2%、EDTA0%-1%、水为余量;上述各组分的总和为100%;
(2)取步骤(1)中的一部分去离子水放入反应釜中,加热到60℃,加入醇醚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、乙基已基甘油和烷基聚亚烷乙二醇,搅拌均匀,得到溶液A;
(3)将溶液A在反应釜常压或低压填料密封60℃温度条件下加热60 min后,降温至30-40℃,然后加入美洲大蠊提取物、白薇提取物、黑刺菝葜提取物、马鞭草提取物、黄芩提取物、苦参提取物番、番石榴叶提取物、香精、凯松、EDTA,再加入余量的水,搅拌均匀,得到溶液B;
(4)将溶液B在40℃温度条件下加热60min后,静置、过滤,即得到含美洲大蠊抑菌成分的低泡洗衣液。
