技术领域
本发明涉及三角带的成型胶料技术领域,特指一种用于制造三角带的组合物。
背景技术
汽车三角带需高速运转,散热性不好的情况下,耐屈挠性能差,胶带的寿命短。专利CN2300761Y提供了一种高强度三角带,通过结构的设计提高三角带的耐磨性,延长使用寿命。专利“一种用于制造三角带的导电胶桨胶组合物”提供了一种用于制造三角带的导电胶桨胶组合物,通过配方的改进,使产品具有导电性能和导热性能,防静电防火性好、使用寿命长。然而,现有技术中未提供改善三角带的耐屈挠性能、延长使用寿命的三角带组合物配方。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种改善三角带的耐屈挠性能、延长使用寿命的三角带组合物配方。本发明所要解决的技术问题为采用合理配合,使三角带耐屈挠性能好、使用寿命长。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种用于制造三角带的橡胶组合物,其重量配比如下:

还可以加入低分子量聚异戊二烯10-15份,作为增塑及增粘剂。所述低分子量聚异戊二烯为分子量2-3万的聚异戊二烯。
反式异戊二烯是顺势异戊二烯橡胶的同分异构体,其分子链呈现反式有序性,具有橡胶和塑料的双重特性,通过硫化产生交联作用后,其结晶软化成为柔软的弹性体。
反式异戊二烯(TPI)作为改性剂,有利于提高三角带的耐屈挠性能,六级屈挠由原5万次提高至20万次,还可以提高材料的强度、耐磨性能,减低滚动阻力,动态生热低,从而延长三角带寿命。
RX-90松香改性重芳烃树脂(简称RX-90树脂)是一种既具有增粘作用又具有补强和软化作用的增粘剂。将RX-90树脂用于三角带配方,胶料具有抗疲劳性能好等特点。
古马隆树脂为粘稠液体或是固体,耐酸碱、耐水性优良。电绝缘性、耐老化性、耐热性良好。呈中性反应。具有热塑性、耐腐蚀性。
加入二硫化钼可以提高三角胶带的内润滑性,降低其使用过程中的噪声,降低胶料的摩擦系数,提高混炼胶的分散性能和使用寿命。二硫化钼可以用石墨代替。
本发明的耐屈挠性能好、使用寿命长的三角带组合物制备的三角带用于汽车三角带。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
1、本发明在配方中增加反式异戊二烯提高三角带的耐屈挠性能1倍,从而延长三角带寿命。
2、本发明在配方中增加低分子量聚异戊二烯和RX-90树脂使制备的三角带具有抗疲劳性能好和良好的粘合性能的特点。
3、本发明加入二硫化钼可以提高三角胶带的内润滑性,降低其使用过程中的噪声,提高混炼胶的分散性能。。
4、本发明制备的三角带具有如下性能:拉伸长度15.3Mpa,扯断伸长率385%,邵尔A型硬度70度。耐屈挠性能;使用寿命
