Abstract
本发明公开了一种热封膜,包括依次设置的热封层、芯层、加强层,所述加强层包括聚丙烯树脂材质的上层体、下层体以及夹持在所述上层体与下层体之间的由聚酰胺纤维编织而成的编织网。采用上述技术方案,本发明的热封膜,通过在传统的热封膜中增设加强层,通过加强层内设置编织网,从而能够极大地提高了消光膜在横向和纵向上的抗拉伸强度,以及提高了热封膜的抗剪切力强度;光线在穿过聚酰胺纤维的材料边界时将光线折射至不同方向,从而达到消光效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料薄膜,尤其涉及一种热封膜。
背景技术
热封制袋普遍应用在日化产品包装、食品药品包装等领域。热封膜是热封制袋中使用到的材料之一。热封膜通常包括依次设置的热封层、芯层以及电晕层。例如中国专利文献CN 102225644 B所公开的一种热封膜,再如中国专利文献CN 103009751 B所公开的一种热封膜。由于这种热封膜大多用于食品、医药、化工等领域的包装袋,因此薄膜的强度必不可少,但现有技术中的热封膜强度不高,较容易因划、刮、撕而破损,而为了加强其强度,通常的方式是采用增加其他材质的复合层,而这种方式在提高薄膜厚度的同时也增加了原料成本。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有较高强度,同时还具有消光作用的热封膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的一种热封膜,包括依次设置的热封层、芯层、加强层,所述加强层包括聚丙烯树脂材质的上层体、下层体以及夹持在所述上层体与下层体之间的由聚酰胺纤维编织而成的编织网。
所述上层体、下层体的厚度分别为12.5~20μm,所述聚酰胺纤维的直径为8~10μm。
所述热封层的厚度为15~25μm。
所述芯层的厚度为40~60μm。
在所述加强层的远离所述芯层的面上设置有电晕层。
所述电晕层的厚度为5~8μm。
所述编织网由经线和纬线编织而成。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的热封膜,通过在传统的热封膜中增设加强层,通过加强层内设置编织网,从而能够极大地提高了消光膜在横向和纵向上的抗拉伸强度,以及提高了热封膜的抗剪切力强度;此外,由于上层体与下层体的材质是聚丙烯树脂材质,与聚酰胺纤维有着不同的折射率,同时由于编织网的经线和纬线在排布过程中存在着波浪形的起伏,从而使聚酰胺纤维的侧壁呈现不规则分布,因此光线在穿过聚酰胺纤维的材料边界时将光线折射至不同方向,从而达到消光效果。发明的热封膜,相比于现有技术中的热封膜具有较高的强度,同时还具有消光效果。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种热封膜,包括依次设置的热封层1、芯层2、加强层3,所述加强层3包括聚丙烯树脂材质的上层体31、下层体32以及夹持在所述上层体31与下层体32之间的由聚酰胺纤维编织而成的编织网4。
所述上层体31、下层体32的厚度分别为12.5~20μm,所述聚酰胺纤维的直径为8~10μm。
所述热封层1的厚度为15~25μm。
所述芯层2的厚度为40~60μm。
在所述加强层3的远离所述芯层的面上设置有电晕层5。
所述电晕层5的厚度为5~8μm。
所述编织网4由经线41和纬线42编织而成。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的热封膜,通过在传统的热封膜中增设加强层,通过加强层内设置编织网,从而能够极大地提高了消光膜在横向和纵向上的抗拉伸强度,以及提高了热封膜的抗剪切力强度;此外,由于上层体与下层体的材质是聚丙烯树脂材质,与聚酰胺纤维有着不同的折射率,同时由于编织网的经线和纬线在排布过程中存在着波浪形的起伏,从而使聚酰胺纤维的侧壁呈现不规则分布,因此光线在穿过聚酰胺纤维的材料边界时将光线折射至不同方向,从而达到消光效果。发明的热封膜,相比于现有技术中的热封膜具有较高的强度,同时还具有消光效果。
显然,上述实施例仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。
Claims (7)
1.一种热封膜,其特征在于:包括依次设置的热封层、芯层、加强层,所述加强层包括聚丙烯树脂材质的上层体、下层体以及夹持在所述上层体与下层体之间的由聚酰胺纤维编织而成的编织网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热封膜,其特征在于:所述上层体、下层体的厚度分别为12.5~20μm,所述聚酰胺纤维的直径为8~10μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热封膜,其特征在于:所述热封层的厚度为15~25μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热封膜,其特征在于:所述芯层的厚度为40~60μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热封膜,其特征在于:在所述加强层的远离所述芯层的面上设置有电晕层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的热封膜,其特征在于:所述电晕层的厚度为5~8μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热封膜,其特征在于:所述编织网由经线和纬线编织而成。
