Abstract
The invention discloses an integrated sealing feeding joint which comprises a metal joint main body, wherein the head of the metal joint main body is provided with a groove, and a non-metal high polymer material is injected into the groove to form a non-metal insert so that the non-metal insert can be embedded into the head of the metal joint main body; the top of the non-metal insert protrudes out of the head of the metal joint main body, and the outer diameter of the non-metal insert is consistent with that of the metal joint main body; the end surface of the non-metal insert is used as a sealing surface matched with the end surface of the kettle joint of the upper kettle; external threads are formed on the non-metal insert and the metal joint body, and the external threads of the non-metal insert and the external threads of the metal joint body form a continuous thread structure to serve as the external threads of the feeding joint. According to the invention, the wear-resistant nonmetal insert with sealing performance is embedded in the head part of the metal joint main body, so that the problems of leakage, sealing ring loss, abrasion and the like can be effectively prevented. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a joint, in particular to an integrated sealing feeding joint. The invention also relates to a spray gun with an integrated sealed feed connection.
Background
The upper pot of the spray gun is used to contain liquid spray material (usually paint). In the existing spray gun, an upper kettle and a feeding connector are screwed into internal threads of a feeding hole of a gun body so as to realize fixed connection between the upper kettle and the feeding connector and the gun body. The upper kettle is matched with the inner thread of the gun body feeding hole through kettle joint threads, and meanwhile, the kettle joint end face of the upper kettle is abutted against the feeding joint end face, so that the sealing effect is achieved.
According to the spray gun with the structure, the thread of the feeding joint and the thread of the feeding hole of the gun body are respectively processed and formed, and gaps exist in thread matching, so that after the upper kettle and the feeding joint are connected with the gun body, the straightness and concentricity of the upper kettle joint and the feeding joint have deviation, the upper kettle joint and the feeding joint cannot be tightly connected, and therefore the leakage phenomenon can occur.

5. The sealing end face is injected to the head of the joint main body, so that the sealing ring cannot be separated, and the problem that the whole spray gun cannot be used due to the fact that the sealing ring is lost in the process of cleaning the sealing ring can be avoided.

the top of the non-metal insert 22 protrudes out of the head of the metal joint main body 21, and the outer diameter of the non-metal insert 22 is consistent with that of the metal joint main body 21;
the end surface 22-1 of the non-metal insert 22 forms a conical surface with a large outside and a small inside, and the end surface 22-1 of the non-metal insert 22 is used as a sealing surface matched with the end surface of the kettle connector of the upper kettle;
external threads are formed on the non-metal insert 22 and the metal joint main body 21, and the external threads of the non-metal insert 22 and the external threads 21-3 of the metal joint main body 21 are machined at one time, so that the external threads of the non-metal insert 22 and the external threads of the metal joint main body 21 form a continuous thread structure to be used as external threads of a feeding joint;

The nonmetal insert 22 of the invention is embedded in the head part of the metal joint main body 21, so that the nonmetal insert 22 and the metal joint main body 21 can be firmly fixed and connected into a whole and can not fall off.
The external thread of the feeding joint is connected with the internal thread of the spray gun body 4, and the internal thread of the spray gun body 4 is simultaneously matched and connected with the external thread of the feeding joint and the external thread of the kettle joint of the upper kettle, so that the upper kettle 1, the feeding joint 2 and the spray gun body 4 are fixedly connected; the end surface 22-1 of the non-metal insert 22 is matched with the end surface of the kettle joint of the upper kettle 1; because the non-metal insert 22 is made of wear-resistant non-metal high polymer material, repeated disassembly of the upper kettle cannot cause abrasion, and the non-metal high polymer material has good plasticity and can completely achieve the sealing effect.
The main body of the invention is made of metal material, the nonmetal insert 22 connected with the upper kettle is made of wear-resistant nonmetal high polymer material, the metal material and the nonmetal high polymer material are matched, the weather is seamless, one is hard and the other is soft, and the better sealing effect can be achieved, so that the bad effect of hard-to-hard contact sealing caused by that the metal material and the nonmetal high polymer material are both made of metal materials can be avoided, and the longer the contact time of the metal material and the nonmetal high polymer material is, the tighter the sealing is, and the better the effect is.
The feeding joint adopts a manufacturing method of firstly performing injection molding and then molding an external thread structure, and the external thread of the feeding joint is formed by one-step processing of the contact sealing point of the non-metal insert 22, so that the concentricity and straightness accuracy can be improved, and the performance and effect of the product are greatly improved.
According to the invention, the nonmetal insert 22 and the metal joint main body 21 of the feeding joint are combined together, so that paint is easy to clean, the nonmetal insert 22 cannot fall out or be lost, and the service life of the high polymer wear-resistant material is ultra-long.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the spray gun with an integrated sealing feeding connector of the present invention comprises a spray gun body 4, a sealing gasket 3, an integrated sealing feeding connector 2, and an upper kettle 1, wherein the internal thread of the spray gun body 4 is simultaneously connected with the external thread of the feeding connector 2 and the external thread of the kettle connector of the upper kettle 1 in a matching manner, so as to realize the fixed connection between the upper kettle 1 and the feeding connector 2 with the spray gun body 4; the end surface 22-1 of the non-metal insert 22 is matched with the end surface of the kettle joint of the upper kettle 1 to form good sealing;
the tail part of the feeding joint is screwed into the spray gun body 4, and a sealing gasket 3 is arranged between the tail part of the feeding joint and the spray gun body 4 so as to realize the sealing between the feeding joint and the spray gun body 4.
When the spraying device is used, a coating medium in the upper kettle 1 flows through the internal channel of the feeding connector 2 to reach the head of the spraying gun, atomization is formed, and the spraying effect is achieved.
The wear-resistant nonmetal insert 22 with sealing performance is embedded in the head of the metal joint main body 21, so that the problems of leakage, seal ring dropping, abrasion and the like can be effectively prevented, the cleaning and the cleaning are convenient, the paint jumping phenomenon of a spray gun caused by leakage due to the fact that the seal is carried out at a hard-to-hard angle between metal materials is effectively changed, products are directly scrapped, and meanwhile, the leakage phenomenon caused by the problems of straightness and concentricity is also avoided. The product stability is improved, and the qualification rate is improved from 80 percent of the original metal hard-to-hard sealing to the current 100 percent of qualification rate.
