Abstract

The invention provides a novel indwelling needle, which belongs to the field of structural design of medical devices, wherein an saccule with an inner cavity and an outer cavity is arranged in an infusion pipeline through design, and an elastic saccule is arranged at the inner side of the tail end of a tube orifice of an indwelling needle tube. The inner cavity of the saccule is communicated with the transfusion catheter. The outer cavity of the saccule is filled with air or safe liquid and is communicated with the elastic saccule. When the transfusion is suspended, the stop clamp is only closed. The stop clamp firstly presses the second infusion catheter at the upper part of the closing part, secondly presses the inner cavity of the saccule to push the infusion in the inner cavity into the remaining needle tube to realize automatic flushing, and finally presses the outer cavity to bulge the elastic saccule to seal the remaining needle tube. When the transfusion is re-performed, the stop clamp is only required to be opened. The outer cavity rebounds to open the remaining needle tube, and the inner cavity rebounds to enable blood to flow into the remaining needle tube and the first transfusion catheter, so that automatic blood back drawing is realized. The invention not only simplifies the operation, relieves the pain of the patient and reduces the workload of nurses, but also thoroughly solves the problem that the indwelling needle is easy to have blood embolism, and improves the safety of the patient.

Description

Novel indwelling needle
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of structural design of medical supplies, in particular to a novel indwelling needle.
Background
The detained needle is a common medical apparatus in nursing work, has the advantages of convenient use and reduced puncture number of patients, thereby reducing repeated puncture during clinical transfusion, reducing puncture pain of patients and workload of clinical nursing staff, and being widely applied in clinic at present.
In the existing indwelling needle, generally include: puncture needle, indwelling needle tube and infusion catheter. When in use, the puncture needle is communicated with the indwelling needle tube and is inserted into the injection position of a patient, then the indwelling needle tube is guided into the blood vessel of the patient through the puncture needle, and finally the puncture needle is withdrawn, so that the indwelling needle tube is left in the blood vessel of the patient and is fixed by the application film. When in use, the liquid medicine is injected into the blood vessel of a patient through the infusion catheter.
However, the existing indwelling needle tube remains in the blood vessel of the patient, and blood embolism due to blood permeation in the needle tube is very likely to occur during the period of stopping infusion, and once the blood embolism occurs, the indwelling needle tube needs to be replaced again. In order to prevent the phenomenon of blood embolism in the indwelling tube, diluted heparin solution or normal saline is often injected into the indwelling needle tube through the three-way tube for tube sealing, the operation is complicated, the effect of preventing thrombus is also limited in time, and the tube sealing is usually required to be carried out again every 6-8 hours. In addition, when the transfusion is carried out again, the syringe is adopted to draw back blood, so as to judge whether the pipeline is unobstructed. These not only increase the operation of the nurse, but also increase the pain of the patient.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the novel indwelling needle, which can realize automatic tube flushing, automatic tube sealing and automatic blood back drawing, so as to solve the problems that the indwelling needle in the prior art is easy to cause potential safety hazard of a patient, troublesome operation of nurses and pain of the patient caused by blood embolism during use, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the condition of blood embolism in the indwelling needle tube, simplifying the operation, avoiding tube sealing and blood back drawing, improving the safety of the patient, relieving the pain of the patient and simplifying the operation of nurses.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the novel indwelling needle comprises a puncture needle, an indwelling needle tube, an infusion catheter, an infusion tee joint and a stop clamp, wherein the indwelling needle tube is sleeved on the puncture needle, the infusion catheter is communicated with the indwelling needle tube, the infusion tee joint is communicated with the infusion catheter, the stop clamp is arranged on the infusion catheter, the novel indwelling needle further comprises a balloon with an inner cavity and an outer cavity, the inner cavity of the balloon is communicated with the infusion catheter, the balloon separates the infusion catheter, and the section of infusion catheter between the balloon and the indwelling needle tube is a first infusion catheter;
a blocking object catheter channel is arranged in the catheter wall of the first infusion catheter, a blocking object needle tube channel is arranged in the needle tube wall of the remaining needle tube, the outer cavity of the saccule is communicated with the blocking object catheter channel, and the blocking object catheter channel is communicated with the blocking object needle tube channel;
an elastic bag is arranged at the inner side of the tail end of the pipe orifice of the remaining needle tube and is communicated with the blocking needle tube channel, and when the elastic bag is in an expanded state, the elastic bag can block the tail end of the pipe orifice of the remaining needle tube;
in the initial state, the outer cavity of the saccule, the obstruction conduit channel and the obstruction needle tube channel are all provided with air or safe liquid.
The novel indwelling needle, wherein the section of infusion catheter between the saccule and the infusion tee joint is a second infusion catheter, and the stop clamp is arranged on the second infusion catheter.
The novel indwelling needle, wherein the volume of the outer cavity of the balloon is larger than or equal to the volume of the elastic balloon in an expanded state.
The novel indwelling needle, wherein the elastic bag is annular.
The novel indwelling needle, wherein the inner cavity of the saccule is larger than the lumen of the indwelling needle tube.
The technical scheme has the following advantages or beneficial effects:
according to the novel indwelling needle provided by the invention, the balloon with the inner cavity and the outer cavity is arranged in the infusion pipeline, and the elastic balloon is arranged at the inner side of the tail end of the orifice of the indwelling needle tube.
