Abstract
The invention relates to an eddy current heater, which comprises a heat preservation shell and is characterized in that: a ceramic disc is arranged in the heat-insulating shell, a plurality of high-temperature-resistant conductors are arranged on the ceramic disc, and low-resistance coils are wound on the high-temperature-resistant conductors. The eddy current heater has the advantages of small volume, fast temperature rise, high efficiency, uniform heating and strong durability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a heater, in particular to an electric eddy current heater.
Background
The heating element of the carbon particle combustion regenerator adopts an electric heating tube for electrifying and heating for a long time, and the mode has the defects of large volume, slow temperature rise, low efficiency and uneven heating. When the soot filter is regenerated, the phenomenon of incomplete combustion and recrystallization often occurs, and the situation that the electric heating pipe is easily fused generates safety threat.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides the eddy current heater which has the advantages of small volume, quick temperature rise, high efficiency, uniform heating and strong durability.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the eddy current heater comprises a heat preservation shell, and is characterized in that: a ceramic disc is arranged in the heat-insulating shell, a plurality of high-temperature-resistant conductors are arranged on the ceramic disc, and low-resistance coils are wound on the high-temperature-resistant conductors.
In one embodiment, the ceramic disk is provided with a plurality of first through holes.
In a specific embodiment, a second through hole is formed in the high-temperature-resistant conductor, and the second through hole is communicated with the first through hole.
In one embodiment, the low resistance coils are connected in parallel.
In a specific embodiment, an electric cabinet is arranged on the heat preservation shell.
The electric eddy current heater has the following advantages:

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the eddy current heater of the present invention includes a thermal insulation case 1 for controlling the temperature of the outer case while preventing the temperature from being diffused outward; a ceramic disc 4 is arranged in the heat-insulating shell 1, and a plurality of first through holes are formed in the ceramic disc 4, so that air can flow conveniently and heat can be transmitted; 17 high-temperature-resistant conductors 3 are arranged on the ceramic disc 4, as shown in fig. 2, the low-resistance coil 2 is wound on the high-temperature-resistant conductors 3, the total resistance of the low-resistance coil 2 is further reduced in a parallel connection mode, the low-resistance coils are mutually independent, and the single failure does not influence the overall use; the high-temperature-resistant conductor 3 is provided with a second through hole which is communicated with the first through hole, so that heat transmission is facilitated; the electric cabinet 15 is arranged on the heat preservation shell 1 and used for identifying the heating temperature of the heater and performing safety protection, when the heat is too high, the heating amount is reduced in a power reduction mode, and when a fault occurs, the power-off alarm is performed.
The working principle and the working process of the invention are as follows: as shown in fig. 1-2, when an alternating current passes through a low resistance coil 2, an alternating magnetic field is generated, a current eddy effect is generated on a high temperature resistant conductor 3, and the higher the eddy power is, the faster the high temperature resistant conductor 3 generates heat; the effect can be utilized to enable the high-temperature-resistant conductor 3 to generate huge heat within a short time, and a large-area small-unit uniform distribution mode is adopted, and a plurality of independent heating elements with the same power are uniformly distributed on the surface of the ceramic disc 4, so that uniform and continuous heating is realized.
