Description

Network searching method and mobile terminal
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a network search method and a mobile terminal.
Background
With the development of society and the improvement of living standard of people, more and more people go out of country for public or private reasons. Many airlines currently require a mobile terminal (e.g., a cell phone) to be powered off or in flight while traveling out of the country. When the flight mode is turned on or off after the destination is reached, a situation that the network searching is slow occurs.
The reason why the Network searching is slow is that when the Mobile phone is powered on when the roaming destination information is reached, the Mobile phone does not know that the Mobile phone has roamed to another place, and the Mobile phone preferentially uses the last Registered Public Land Mobile Network (RPLMN) to search for the Network. The Public Land Network (PLMN) is a PLMN registered by the Mobile terminal before the last power-off or Network disconnection. Then if the network search using the RPLMN fails, the handset will attempt to search for networks in other PLMNs until a PLMN belonging to the reached destination is found for network search.
In the network search scheme in the prior art, after roaming destination information is reached, network search of registered PLMN is performed first, and if the registered network is not searched, other network search conforming to the destination is performed, which may cause the problems of slow network search speed after startup and poor user experience.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
First embodiment
In order to solve the problem that the network searching speed is slow when a user needs to shut down when taking an airplane and then starts up again when arriving at a roaming place (for example, abroad or an area), referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a network searching method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the method is applied to a mobile terminal, and specifically includes the following steps:
step 101, obtaining roaming destination information and travel time information;
the roaming destination information may be a region or a country different from the flight origin. For example, the origin is mainland china, and the roaming destination information may be foreign countries, hong kong, australia, taiwan, etc. in order to solve the above problem. That is, the network of the roaming destination information in the present embodiment is different from the network of the origin because the above-mentioned slow network search problem exists only when the network is different, and if the user flies to the shanghai from beijing only, the problem of slow network search does not exist because the same network is used in both places.
The travel time information refers to time information related to the present flight travel, and may include departure time from the origin and arrival time at the destination, and if the present flight travel further includes a transit point, the present flight travel may further include arrival time at the transit point and departure time at the transit point.
And if the travel includes a transit point, the roaming destination information in this document may be transit point information, destination information.
Where the flight plan is from one country to another, the destination country is a roaming destination, such as from beijing, china, to sydney, australia, where sydney is a roaming destination.
Further, when the flight plan is from a certain city of a country to another destination city of the country, if the mobile country code, PLMN, is different between the destination city and the certain city, the other destination city is also a roaming destination, for example, hong kong (australia, or taiwan) flying from beijing of continental china to hong kong of china, hong kong is a roaming destination.
Step 102, if a first preset operation is detected, acquiring time information of the first preset operation, wherein the first preset operation comprises operations of shutting down and starting a flight mode;
since the passenger needs to turn off the mobile terminal (e.g., a mobile phone) or turn on the flight mode before the aircraft takes off, if the first preset operation (including the operations of turning off the mobile terminal and turning on the flight mode, for example, the user clicks the turn-off button) triggered by the user is detected, the embodiment of the present invention obtains the time triggered by the first preset operation, for example, t 1.
103, judging whether the first preset operation occurs before the user boards the airplane according to the time information of the first preset operation and the travel time information;
in practical applications, there may also be a first preset operation (for example, turning on a flight mode or turning off a flight) performed before a long time such as one or two days before the user boards the airplane due to other reasons (for example, a meeting), and therefore, it is necessary to determine whether the first preset operation occurs before the user boards the airplane, that is, whether the reason of the first preset operation is to board the airplane for takeoff, but not due to other life reasons. The determination in step 103 can avoid the false update of the Mobile Country Code (MCC) in the Mobile phone, that is, the MCC of the roaming destination can be obtained only when the user really needs to board the airplane.
In the specific determination, the determination may be performed according to the time triggered by the first preset operation and the travel time information.
If yes, step 104, obtaining a mobile country code corresponding to the roaming destination information;
if it is determined in step 103 that the first preset operation does occur before the user boards the airplane, step 104 is executed to obtain the MCC corresponding to the roaming destination information, and optionally, the obtained MCC may be stored in the mobile phone, where the storage is an overlay storage, that is, if the MCC of the registered continental network is written in the mobile phone before, the MCC of the continental network is overlaid here and updated to the MCC of the roaming destination information. When writing into the mobile phone, the MCC may be written into the communication module of the mobile phone.
Step 105, responding to the first preset operation, and performing first preset operation on the mobile terminal;
for example, if the first preset operation is a power-off operation, the mobile terminal needs to be powered off here, and if the first preset operation is an operation of turning on the airplane mode, the airplane mode needs to be turned on here. And the response first preset operation is carried out after the MCC corresponding to the roaming destination information is acquired, so that the MCC of the roaming destination is acquired in advance or further stored.
And 106, if a second preset operation is detected, searching a public land mobile network of the roaming destination information according to the mobile country code, wherein the second preset operation is a power-on operation when the first preset operation is a power-off operation, and the second preset operation is a flight mode closing operation when the first preset operation is a flight mode opening operation.
When the user gets off the airplane to start or close the flight mode again after reaching the roaming destination, the embodiment of the invention can search the PLMN of the roaming destination information according to the MCC corresponding to the roaming destination information acquired or stored in advance in the mobile phone.
For example, if a user flies from beijing to hong kong, if the prior art scheme is adopted, when the user starts up again after arriving at hong kong, the mobile phone first searches for a continental PLMN corresponding to the MCC of the continental land, but cannot search for the continental PLMN in hong kong, and therefore searches for other PLMNs until the network of hong kong is searched, which increases the network searching delay and reduces the network searching speed after the user arrives at a roaming place.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the MCC of hong Kong can be acquired in advance before the user shuts down or starts the flight mode, and after the user arrives at hong Kong and restarts or closes the flight mode, the network of hong Kong is searched by adopting the acquired MCC of hong Kong, so that unnecessary searching steps for the previously registered continental PLMN are reduced, the network searching time delay is reduced, and the network searching speed of the user for the roaming destination information is increased.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention acquires the mobile country code corresponding to the roaming destination information before the user boards the airplane and turns off or starts the flight mode, so that when the user turns on or turns off the flight mode again when arriving at the roaming destination, the invention can directly adopt the mobile country code corresponding to the pre-acquired roaming destination information to search the public land mobile network of the roaming destination information, can improve the network searching speed and reduce the network searching time delay when the user turns on after arriving at the roaming destination.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a network searching method according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown, and is applied to a mobile terminal, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 201, obtaining roaming destination information and travel time information according to travel information recorded in an application program of the mobile terminal;
in one embodiment, after the user successfully reserves the air ticket, a short message notification of flight information, such as the short message content shown in fig. 3, may be received. The embodiment of the invention can acquire the roaming destination information and the travel time information from the air ticket reservation notification information (namely travel information) recorded in the short message inbox;
in another embodiment, the user will typically set his or her flight itinerary, such as on a 6/9/2017 flight to hong Kong, through a service provided by a calendar application, a scheduling application, etc. of the cell phone. Therefore, the embodiments of the present invention can also acquire the roaming destination information and the travel time information from the travel information recorded in the programs such as the calendar program, the scheduling program, and the like. The destination of the roaming here is hong Kong, and the takeoff time is 2017, 6 and 9 days, 18: 30.
Wherein, as described above, the travel time information may include origin takeoff time information.
Step 202, if a first preset operation is detected, acquiring time information of the first preset operation, wherein the first preset operation comprises operations of shutting down and starting a flight mode;
referring specifically to step 102, details are not repeated herein.
In order to determine whether the first preset operation occurs before the user boards the airplane, in the present embodiment, the determination is performed through step 203 to step 204.
Step 203, judging whether the time information of the first preset operation is before the takeoff time information of the origin;
for example, the trigger time of the first preset operation is 2017, 6, 9 and 18:00, as shown in fig. 3, the takeoff time of the Shenzhen is 2017, 6, 9 and 18: 30.
If yes, step 204, judging whether a time interval between the departure time information of the origin and the time information of the first preset operation is smaller than a preset time threshold value;
therefore, the time of the first preset operation is before the takeoff time of the initiator Shenzhen, so it is further necessary to determine whether the time interval (half an hour here) between the takeoff time and the time of the first preset operation is smaller than the preset time threshold (for example, 1 hour).
Then, if the determination result in step 203 is no, or the determination result in step 204 is no (for example, if the trigger time of the first preset operation is 2017, 6, 9 and 12:30, the time interval is 6 hours), it is determined that the first preset operation does not occur before the user boards the airplane, and the process ends.
If the determination result in step 204 is yes, it is determined that the first preset operation occurs before the user boards the airplane, so step 205 may be continuously performed to obtain the mobile country code corresponding to the roaming destination information;
referring specifically to step 104, details are not repeated herein.
Step 206, responding to the first preset operation, and performing a first preset operation on the mobile terminal;
referring specifically to step 105, details are not repeated herein.
Step 207, if a second preset operation is detected, searching for the public land mobile network of the roaming destination information according to the mobile country code, wherein the second preset operation is a power-on operation when the first preset operation is a power-off operation, and the second preset operation is a flight mode closing operation when the first preset operation is a flight mode opening operation.
In one embodiment, when the public land mobile network of the roaming destination information is searched according to the mobile country code in step 207, the following steps are performed:
determining a public land mobile network list corresponding to the mobile country code according to a preset corresponding relation between the MCC and the PLMN;
in this case, there may be multiple PLMNs of the operator in one country, so that one MCC may correspond to one PLNM list, that is, the MCC stored in step 205 may correspond to one PLMN list.
And performing network search connection on the public land mobile network of each operator in the public land mobile network list, and determining the public land mobile network of the target operator with successful connection as the public land mobile network of the roaming destination information.
For each PLMN of the operator of the roaming destination information, the PLMN of the operator with successful connection may be determined as the PLMN of the roaming destination information. And the PLMN of the starting place does not need to be searched, thereby avoiding the waste of network searching time.
By means of the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the embodiment of the invention can compare the time interval between the first preset operation time and the takeoff time of the origin with the preset time threshold, and the MCC acquisition and storage for acquiring the roaming destination information can be performed when the time interval is smaller than the preset time threshold, so that the error switching of the stored MCC due to the shutdown of the user because of non-takeoff reasons can be avoided, that is, the user does not execute the flight plan, but shuts down or starts the flight mode domestically because of other non-flight reasons, and at this time, the MCC corresponding to the roaming destination information cannot be acquired, and the network search of the roaming destination is still performed domestically when the user restarts or closes the flight mode, and the network search time is wasted.
Optionally, in the above embodiment, if the user's itinerary includes a transit point, for example, the itinerary is from a to B to C, where a is the origin, B is the transit point, and C is the destination. Then, when step 201 is executed, when the roaming destination information is acquired, first setting B as the roaming destination information, and performing the above procedure; then when the user flies to the transit location B and turns on or off the flight mode again, the network search of the transit location B can be automatically performed. Then, when the user needs to fly to the destination C when the user turns off or starts the flight mode again at the transit point B, the flow shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2 is also performed, in this case, the departure time of the origin is the departure time of the transit point B, and the roaming destination information is the destination C. The process is similar and will not be described herein.
