The invention discloses an expression obtaining method, device and system, and belongs to the technical field of internet. The method comprises the following steps: after receiving a specific expression exchange acquisition request sent by a client, a server acquires content bound with the specific expression and pushes the content to the client; the client receives and displays the content and sends progress information for displaying the progress of the content to the server; the server acquires the progress information; and when the progress information meets the exchange condition, the server opens and downloads the specific expression. Background

When chatting with an instant messaging application program, friends often send expressions to each other to activate atmosphere, and the expressions can vividly and intuitively express the emotion of a user and the like.

Generally, users can have works of expression artists which are quite favorite, in order to ensure the continuous creation power of the expression artists, the background of the instant messaging application program can provide certain specific expressions which need to be acquired by the users in a resource exchange mode, and the expressions can be used in the chat process of the instant messaging application program after the users exchange the specific expressions by providing corresponding resources.

Because the specific expressions need the user to pay certain exchange resources, the downloading mode of the expressions is single, and downloading and circulation of the expressions are limited.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides an expression obtaining method, device and system. The technical scheme is as follows:

according to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an expression obtaining method applied to a server, the method including: receiving a redemption acquisition request of a specific expression sent by a client; acquiring content bound with the specific expression, and pushing the content to the client; acquiring progress information of the client for executing the content; and when the progress information meets the exchange condition, providing the specific expression for the client to download. Optionally, before providing the specific expression to the client for downloading, the method further includes: deducting the resources with the specific expression redemption values in the resource library of the content providing merchants. According to a sixth aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an expression obtaining apparatus, applied to a server, the apparatus including: a processor; a memory for storing processor-executable instructions; wherein the processor is configured to: receiving a redemption acquisition request of a specific expression sent by a client; acquiring content bound with the specific expression, and pushing the content to the client; acquiring progress information of the client for executing the content; and when the progress information meets the exchange condition, providing the specific expression for the client to download.

According to a seventh aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an expression obtaining apparatus, applied to a client, the apparatus including: a processor; a memory for storing processor-executable instructions; wherein the processor is configured to: sending an exchange acquisition request of a specific expression to a server, wherein the exchange acquisition request is used for triggering the server to acquire and feed back content bound with the specific expression; and receiving and displaying the content, and sending progress information for executing the content to the server, wherein the progress information is used for triggering the server to provide the specific expression for the client to download when judging that the progress information meets the exchange condition.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation environment according to an expression obtaining method shown in some exemplary embodiments, where the implementation environment includes a server 110 and at least one client 120.

The server 110 and each client 120 may communicate with each other through a wired network or a wireless network.

The server 110 may be a single server or a cluster of a plurality of servers, and when the server 110 is a cluster of a plurality of servers, data among the plurality of servers may be shared.

Client 120 is an Application (APP) provided by server 110. Client 120 may be a micro-blogging client, a blog client, a social-type application client, or other application-type client. The client 120 may acquire the chat content transmitted by other clients from the server 110, may acquire information such as emoticons, and may provide the server 110 with the chat content transmitted by other clients. The client 120 generally needs to run on a mobile terminal used by a user, where the mobile terminal may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, an e-reader, etc.

Fig. 2A is a flowchart illustrating an expression obtaining method according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 2A, the expression obtaining method is mainly illustrated as being applied to the implementation environment shown in fig. 1, and the expression obtaining method includes the following steps:

step 201, the client sends a redemption obtaining request of a specific expression to the server.

The expression can be a dynamic picture or a static picture selected by a shortcut in an instant messaging application program or a client, or a picture composed of specific characters. When a user of a client chats with other clients, and selects a certain expression in an opened chatting skylight chatting with the other clients through a preset shortcut, the expression can be pushed to the other clients chatting with the expression.

Alternatively, the expressions may be a series of expressions, such as a plurality of expressions associated with an animation, and the expressions may be pre-composed into an expression compilation by the server. If the client wants to acquire the expression edit, the client needs to download the expression edit from the server according to a downloading mode provided by the server.

Generally, a client may display an expression obtaining interface according to a set expression obtaining entry, and when a user triggers a download control of a specific expression on the expression obtaining interface or triggers a link address for obtaining the specific expression, the client sends a redemption obtaining request of the specific expression to a server.

For example, referring to fig. 2B, for downloading a specific emoticon of a non-free class, the client may simultaneously display the non-free download control 22 and the redemption download control 23 when displaying the emoticon acquisition interface 21 of the specific emoticon. The non-free download control 22 is generally referred to as a guidance control that needs to be redeemed for downloading the specific emoticon through a resource, and the redeem download control 23 may be a guidance control that downloads the specific emoticon through other ways without consuming the resource.

Obviously, other manners may be used to trigger the client to send the redemption acquisition request of the specific expression to the server, and the manners in which different clients trigger to send the redemption acquisition request to the server may be the same or different, and are not described herein again.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific expression may be an edit of the designated expression, unless otherwise specified. Obviously, the specific expression may also be a designated piece of edit, that is, when the specific expression is an edit of expressions, the last obtained expression is an expression edit, and when the specific expression is an expression, the last obtained expression is an expression, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.

The content referred to herein may be multimedia data such as video or audio in general, or animation, text information, tasks, and the like.

For example, the content may be an advertisement video of a star, and in order to increase the viewing frequency of the advertisement, after the server binds the specific expression and the advertisement video, the advertisement video is provided to the client when the client requests to download the specific expression. In practical implementation, an advertiser can cooperate with the server, the server binds one or more specific expressions with the advertisement video provided by the advertiser, and when the client needs to download one or more of the specific expressions, the server acquires the advertisement video bound with the specific expressions and pushes the advertisement video to the client, so that the watching frequency of the advertisement is improved.

For another example, the content may also be a task, such as a task of downloading other APPs, or sharing a specified type of task, or performing a complimentary task, etc. The information and type of the task are not limited in this embodiment.

For example, the content may also be an animation, such as preview content of the animation, and in order to promote the animation, after the server binds a specific emotion and the preview content of the animation, when the client requests to download the specific emotion, the preview content of the animation is provided to the client.

In step 204, the client receives and executes the content, and sends the progress information of executing the content to the server.

According to different types of content, the client executes the content in different ways after receiving the content. For example, when the content is multimedia data, the content is displayed or played; for example, when the content is a task, the task step defined by the content is executed; for example, when the content is a cartoon, the cartoon is displayed or automatically turned.

In order to improve the effective extension of the content, the client needs to execute the content, and after executing the content, or at least completing executing a predetermined portion of the content, the server may allow the client to download the specific emoticon.

For example, when the content is a video, the client may send progress information for playing the video to the server when the client finishes playing the video or finishes playing half of the video. At this time, the progress information may be the current playing time of the video.

For example, when the content is a task, the client may send progress information for executing the content to the server when all steps of the task are completed. At this time, the progress information may be that the content is executed completely.

The progress information is generally related to the type of the content, and the representation form of the progress information is generally negotiated between the client and the server in advance according to the type of the content, for example, what type of progress information the server needs to obtain, and correspondingly, the client will provide the server with the type of progress information. In this embodiment, the expression form and type of the progress information are not limited.

In step 205, the server obtains the progress information of the client executing the content.

And step 206, when the server judges that the progress information meets the exchange condition, providing the specific expression for the client to download.

The exchange condition is related to the progress information, for example, if the progress information is that the video playing is finished, the progress information can be determined to be in accordance with the exchange condition, and for example, if the progress information is that the cartoon display is finished, the progress information can be determined to be in accordance with the exchange condition.

When the server judges that the progress information meets the exchange condition, the server usually indicates that the client meets the expectation of the server when executing the content, so that the specific expression can be provided for the client to download at the moment, wherein the downloading is free downloading, namely the specific expression can be downloaded from the server without providing additional resources by the client.

In summary, in the expression obtaining method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the server pushes the content bound to the expression requested by the client to the client, obtains the progress information of the pushed content executed at the client, deducts the corresponding resource of the content providing merchant when the progress information meets the exchange condition, and provides the specific expression for the client to download; the technical problem that downloading and circulation of specific expressions are limited in the related technology is solved; the method and the device have the advantages that more downloading modes of the expressions can be provided for the client side, and circulation of the expressions is improved.

In practical implementation, step 201 and step 204 may be implemented separately as the expression obtaining method with the client as the execution subject, and step 202, step 203, step 205 and step 206 may be implemented separately as the expression obtaining method with the server as the execution subject.

In an actual application scenario, when the server negotiates with a merchant, the merchant is usually required to provide resources for downloading the specific expression, that is, the original client downloads the specific expression by using the resources, and the merchant replaces the client to pay the resources, so that the server provides the client with the downloading service of the specific expression, but the client is required to execute the content provided by the merchant, thereby realizing the popularization of the content provided by the merchant. Therefore, when the server determines that the progress information of the content meets the redemption condition, the server needs to deduct resources provided by the merchant, which may be specifically referred to as the step shown in fig. 3A.

When the server determines that the progress information meets the redemption condition, it usually indicates that the client meets the expectations of the server when executing the content, at this time, the resource that is the same as the redemption value of the specific expression needs to be deducted from the resource library of the merchant, and after the deduction is successful, step 307 may be executed.

The exchange values required by different expressions can be the same or different, and taking the type of the resource as the amount, some expressions need 6 yuan and some expressions need 5 yuan; taking the type of the resource as an integral as an example, some expressions need 1000 integrals, and some expressions need 2000 integrals.

The server stores the exchange value corresponding to each specific expression, and when the exchange value of a specific expression needs to be acquired, the server can inquire the stored exchange value of the specific expression.

Step 306b, transferring the resource with the redemption value in the resource library of the content providing merchant to the resource library of the server.

And after the client executes the content bound with the specific expression, the server transfers the resource with the redemption value corresponding to the specific expression in the resource library of the content providing merchant to the resource library of the server once. During actual application, the same client sends the progress information to the server only when the content bound to the same specific expression is executed for the first time. That is to say, only when the same client executes the content bound to the same specific expression for the first time, the server transfers the resource with the redemption value in the resource library of the content providing merchant to the resource library of the server, and if the client executes the executed same content again, the server does not repeatedly transfer the resource with the redemption value in the resource library of the content providing merchant.

Obviously, each client has a unique identifier, and the server can determine whether the client has executed the content by parsing the identifier.

In practical applications, it may also be the case that a merchant may reserve an upper limit of an exchange value invested in a resource when providing content, and when a sum of the exchange values of downloading a resource to be paid out reaches the upper limit of the reserved investment of the merchant, a specific expression bound to the content cannot be freely obtained by viewing the content. After the server judges that the client side meets the exchange condition and transfers the resources with the exchange value in the resource library of the content providing merchant to the resource library of the server, the server can judge that the client side has the free downloading qualification of the specific expression, and feeds back the information of the free downloading qualification of the specific expression of the client side to the client side.

Considering that a user consumes a certain flow when downloading in a data networking mode, when the networking mode of the obtained client is the data networking mode, reminding information can be displayed on an interface of the client, and the user selects to continue downloading or not to download temporarily according to the displayed reminding information.

Step 313, when the networking mode is the WiFi networking mode, the client sends a free download request for instructing to download the specific emoticon to the server.

When the networking mode is a WiFi networking mode, it means that the related resources can be downloaded from the network side device without traffic charges, and at this time, the client may send a free download request for instructing to download the specific emotion through the server.

In step 314, the server receives the free download request, and when the client has the free download right of the specific emotion, the server provides the data packet of the specific emotion to the client.

The data packet comprises static or dynamic pictures and the like of the specific expression, the client can acquire the specific expression by analyzing the data packet of the specific expression, the specific expression is bound with the shortcut of the chat window of the instant messaging application program of the client, and the specific expression can be selected by the shortcut.

In addition, resources in the resource library of the merchant are provided by deducting the content, so that the downloading of the resources which the specific expression needs to be redeemed is paid by the merchant instead of the user.

By determining the exchange value corresponding to the expression, resources with the exchange value are transferred from the merchant resource library to the server resource library, so that the server reasonably deducts the correct number of resources according to the number of the resources corresponding to the expression.

The download notification is sent to the client, so that the client displays the free download control, and notifies the client server that the free download authority of the specific expression is opened for the client, and a user of the client can conveniently select to download the specific expression according to the free download control.

The method comprises the steps that a client sends a conversion acquisition request of a specific expression to a server, receives and displays content pushed by the server, and sends progress information of executing the content to the server, so that the server determines whether to open a download right of the specific expression according to the progress information, and when the download right of the specific expression is opened, a free download right of the specific expression is opened for the client; the technical problem that downloading and circulation of specific expressions are limited in the related technology is solved; the method and the device have the advantages that more downloading modes of the expressions can be provided for the client side, and circulation of the expressions is improved.

Displaying a free download control after receiving a free download notification, and after the control is triggered, sending a free download request by a client to acquire a data packet of a specific expression; the operation of the user at the client can correspondingly send a request to the server, so that the process of downloading the specific expression free of charge is completed, and technical support is provided for downloading the specific expression.

By replacing the non-free download control with the free download control, the user is enabled to visually see the free download entry on the client interface.

By acquiring the networking mode of the terminal and selecting the next operation according to different networking modes, the expression acquisition mode is more humanized, and better service is provided for the user.

Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating an expression obtaining apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 4, the expression obtaining method is mainly illustrated as being applied to the server 110 shown in fig. 1, and the expression obtaining apparatus includes, but is not limited to: a receiving module 410, a first obtaining module 420, a second obtaining module 430, and a providing download module 440.

The receiving module 410 is configured to receive a redemption obtaining request of a specific emotion sent by a client.

The first obtaining module 420 is configured to obtain the content bound to the specific expression, and push the content to the client.

The second obtaining module 430 is configured to obtain progress information of the client executing the content.

In summary, the expression obtaining apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention obtains progress information of the pushed content executed at the client by pushing the content bound to the expression requested by the client to the client, deducts corresponding resources of a content provider when the progress information meets a redemption condition, and provides a specific expression for the client to download; the technical problem that downloading and circulation of specific expressions are limited in the related technology is solved; the method and the device have the advantages that more downloading modes of the expressions can be provided for the client side, and circulation of the expressions is improved.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an expression obtaining apparatus according to another exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the expression obtaining method is mainly illustrated as being applied to the server 110 shown in fig. 1, and the expression obtaining apparatus includes, but is not limited to: a receiving module 510, a first obtaining module 520, a second obtaining module 530, and a providing download module 540.

A receiving module 510 configured to receive a redemption acquisition request of a specific emoticon sent by a client.

The expression can be a dynamic picture or a static picture selected by a shortcut in an instant messaging application program or a client, or a picture composed of specific characters. When a user of a client chats with other clients, and selects a certain expression in an opened chatting skylight chatting with the other clients through a preset shortcut, the expression can be pushed to the other clients chatting with the expression. The expressions can be pre-composed into an expression compilation by the server, and the specific expression can be the compilation of the specified expression

According to different types of content, the client executes the content in different ways after receiving the content.

The progress information is generally related to the type of the content, and the representation form of the progress information is generally pre-negotiated by the client and the server according to the type of the content.

And the providing and downloading module 540 is configured to provide the specific expression to the client for downloading when the progress information meets the exchange condition.

The redemption condition as referred to herein means that the client has executed the content in its entirety or at least a predetermined portion of the content.

Optionally, the second obtaining module 530 may be further configured to: and receiving progress information which is sent by the client and corresponds to the content.

In order to make the server know the progress of the client in executing the content, the client needs to send the progress information of executing the content to the server.

Optionally, the expression obtaining apparatus may further include: a subtraction module 550.

And a deduction module 550, configured to deduct, when the progress information meets the redemption condition, a resource that has the specific expression redemption value in the resource library of the content provider merchant.

The exchange condition here is related to the progress information.

When the server determines that the progress information meets the exchange condition, the server generally indicates that the client meets the expectation of the server when executing the content.

Optionally, the deduction module 550 may include: a determination unit 550a and a transfer unit 550 b.

Fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating an expression obtaining apparatus according to still another exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, which is mainly illustrated as being applied to the client 120 shown in fig. 1, and the expression obtaining apparatus includes, but is not limited to: a first transmitting module 610 and a first receiving module 620.

The first sending module 610 is configured to send an exchange acquisition request of a specific expression to the server, where the exchange acquisition request is used to trigger the server to acquire and feed back content bound to the specific expression.

The first receiving module 620 is configured to receive and display the content, and send progress information for executing the content to the server, where the progress information is used to trigger the server to provide the specific expression to the client for downloading when it is determined that the progress information meets the exchange condition.

In summary, the expression obtaining apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention receives and displays the content pushed by the server by sending the exchange obtaining request of the specific expression to the server, and sends the progress information of the executed content to the server, so that the server determines whether to open the download right of the specific expression according to the progress information, and when the download right of the specific expression is opened, opens the free download right of the specific expression for the client; the technical problem that downloading and circulation of specific expressions are limited in the related technology is solved; the method and the device have the advantages that more downloading modes of the expressions can be provided for the client side, and circulation of the expressions is improved.

Fig. 7 is a block diagram illustrating an expression obtaining apparatus according to still another exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 7, the expression obtaining apparatus is mainly illustrated as being applied to the client 120 shown in fig. 1, and the expression obtaining apparatus includes, but is not limited to: a first transmitting module 710 and a first receiving module 720.

The first sending module 710 is configured to send, to the server, a redemption obtaining request of a specific emoticon, where the redemption obtaining request is used to trigger the server to obtain and feed back content bound to the specific emoticon.

The redemption acquisition request carries the identifier of the specific emotion. After receiving the exchange acquisition request, the server can analyze the identifier of the specific expression.

And the first receiving module 720 is configured to receive and display the content, and send progress information for executing the content to the server, where the progress information is used to trigger the server to provide the specific expression to the client for downloading when it is determined that the progress information meets the exchange condition.

Optionally, the apparatus may further include: a second receiving module 730, a display module 740, and a second transmitting module 750.

The second receiving module 730 is configured to receive a free download notification of the specific expression provided by the server, where the free download notification is sent after the server opens a free download right for the client to download the specific expression.

And a display module 740, configured to display the free download control of the specific expression.

Fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for obtaining an expression according to an exemplary embodiment, please refer to fig. 8, where the apparatus 800 is configured to implement the expression obtaining method with a client as an execution subject provided in the foregoing embodiment. The apparatus 800 of the present invention may include one or more of the following components: a processor for executing computer program instructions to perform the various processes and methods, Random Access Memory (RAM) and Read Only Memory (ROM) for information and storing program instructions, memory for storing data and information, I/O devices, interfaces, antennas, and the like. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:

the apparatus 800 may include RF (Radio Frequency) circuitry 810, memory 820, input unit 830, display unit 840, sensors 850, audio circuitry 860, WiFi module 870, processor 880, power source 882, camera 890, and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the arrangement of devices shown in fig. 8 does not constitute a limitation of the electronic equipment in which the client is located, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.

The various components of the apparatus 800 are described in detail below with reference to fig. 8:

the RF circuit 810 may be used for receiving and transmitting signals during information transmission and reception or during a call, and in particular, for processing downlink information of a base station after receiving the downlink information to the processor 880; in addition, the data for designing uplink is transmitted to the base station. Typically, the RF circuit includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, an LNA (Low Noise Amplifier), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the RF circuit 810 may also communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communication. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to GSM (Global System for mobile communications), GPRS (General Packet Radio Service), CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access), WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access), LTE (Long Term Evolution), email, SMS (Short Messaging Service), and the like.

The memory 820 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 880 executes various functional applications and data processing of the apparatus 800 by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 820. The memory 820 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the apparatus 800, and the like. Further, the memory 820 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.

The input unit 830 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the device 800. Specifically, the input unit 830 may include a touch panel 831 and other input devices 832. The touch panel 831, also referred to as a touch screen, can collect touch operations performed by a user on or near the touch panel 831 (e.g., operations performed by the user on the touch panel 831 or near the touch panel 831 using any suitable object or accessory such as a finger, a stylus, etc.) and drive the corresponding connection device according to a preset program. Alternatively, the touch panel 831 may include two portions, i.e., a touch detection device and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts it to touch point coordinates, and sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 880, and can receive and execute commands from the processor 880. In addition, the touch panel 831 may be implemented by various types such as a resistive type, a capacitive type, an infrared ray, and a surface acoustic wave. The input unit 830 may include other input devices 832 in addition to the touch panel 831. In particular, other input devices 832 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.

The display unit 840 may be used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user and various menus of the apparatus 800. The display unit 840 may include a display panel 841, and the display panel 841 may be configured in the form of an LCD (Liquid crystal display), an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), or the like, as an option. Further, touch panel 831 can overlay display panel 841, and when touch panel 831 detects a touch operation thereon or nearby, communicate to processor 880 to determine the type of touch event, and processor 880 can then provide a corresponding visual output on display panel 841 based on the type of touch event. Although in fig. 8, the touch panel 831 and the display panel 841 are two separate components to implement the input and output functions of the device 800, in some embodiments, the touch panel 831 and the display panel 841 may be integrated to implement the input and output functions of the device 800.

The device 800 may also include at least one sensor 850, such as a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic induction sensor, an optical sensor, a motion sensor, and others. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor that may adjust the brightness of the display panel 841 based on the brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that may turn off the display panel 841 and/or backlight when the device 800 is moved to the ear. As one type of motion sensor, the acceleration sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when stationary, and can be used for applications (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer attitude calibration) for recognizing the attitude of electronic equipment, and related functions (such as pedometer and tapping) for vibration recognition; other sensors such as barometers, hygrometers, thermometers, infrared sensors, etc. may also be configured with the device 800 and will not be described further herein.

The audio circuitry 860, speaker 861, microphone 862 may provide an audio interface between a user and the device 800. The audio circuit 860 can transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to the speaker 861, and the electrical signal is converted into a sound signal by the speaker 861 and output; on the other hand, the microphone 862 converts the collected sound signal into an electric signal, converts the electric signal into audio data after being received by the audio circuit 860, and outputs the audio data to the processor 880 for processing, and then transmits the audio data to, for example, another terminal via the RF circuit 810, or outputs the audio data to the memory 820 for further processing.

WiFi belongs to short-range wireless transmission technology, and the apparatus 800 can help the user send and receive e-mail, browse web page, and access streaming media, etc. through the WiFi module 870, which provides the user with wireless broadband internet access. Although fig. 8 shows WiFi module 870, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential components of apparatus 800 and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope of not changing the nature of the disclosure.

The processor 880 is the control center of the apparatus 800, connects various parts of the entire electronic device using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the apparatus 800 and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 820 and calling up data stored in the memory 820, thereby monitoring the apparatus as a whole. Optionally, processor 880 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 880 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 880.

The apparatus 800 further includes a power source 882 (e.g., a battery) for supplying power to the various components, which may preferably be logically coupled to the processor 880 via a power management system to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption management functions via the power management system.

The camera 890 is generally composed of a lens, an image sensor, an interface, a digital signal processor, a CPU, a display screen, and the like. The lens is fixed above the image sensor, and the focusing can be changed by manually adjusting the lens; the image sensor is equivalent to the 'film' of a traditional camera and is the heart of a camera for acquiring images; the interface is used for connecting the camera with a mainboard of the electronic equipment by using a flat cable, a board-to-board connector and a spring type connection mode and sending the acquired image to the memory 820; the digital signal processor processes the acquired image through a mathematical operation, converts the acquired analog image into a digital image, and transmits the digital image to the memory 820 through an interface.

Although not shown, the apparatus 800 may further include a bluetooth module, etc., which will not be described herein.

The apparatus 800 includes, in addition to the one or more processors 880, memory, and one or more programs, where the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors.

Fig. 9 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for acquiring an expression according to another exemplary embodiment. For example, the apparatus 900 may be provided as a network-side device, and the apparatus 900 is configured to implement the expression obtaining method with a server as an execution subject provided in the foregoing embodiment. Referring to fig. 9, apparatus 900 includes a processing component 902 that further includes one or more processors and memory resources, represented by memory 904, for storing instructions, such as applications, that are executable by processing component 902. The application programs stored in memory 904 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 902 is configured to execute instructions to perform the expression obtaining method described above.

The device 900 may also include a power component 906 configured to perform power management of the device 900, a wired or wireless network interface 908 configured to connect the device 900 to a network, and an input/output (I/O) interface 910. The apparatus 900 may operate based on an operating system stored in the memory 904, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, or the like.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims

1. An expression obtaining method is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:

receiving a redemption acquisition request of a specific expression sent by a client, wherein the client is used for displaying an expression acquisition interface of the specific expression, a non-free download control and a redemption download control are simultaneously displayed on the expression acquisition interface, and the redemption acquisition request is sent by the client after receiving a triggering operation on the redemption download control;

acquiring content bound with the specific expression, and if the sum of the resource exchange numerical values consumed by downloading the specific expression at present does not reach the resource exchange numerical value upper limit preset by a content providing merchant, pushing the content to the client;

when the client executes the content for the first time, acquiring progress information of the content executed by the client;

when the progress information meets the exchange condition, determining an exchange value corresponding to the specific expression; and after transferring the resource with the exchange value in the resource library of the content providing merchant to the resource library of the server, providing the specific expression to the client for downloading, wherein the client is used for replacing the non-free download control with a free download control and replacing the exchange download control with a playback control after receiving a free download notification of the specific expression.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the progress information of the content executed by the client comprises:

and receiving progress information which is sent by the client and corresponds to the content.

3. The method of any of claims 1-2, wherein providing the specific expression to the client for downloading comprises:

opening a free downloading permission for the client to download the specific expression;

sending a free download notification of the specific expression to the client, wherein the free download notification is used for triggering the client to send a free download request for indicating to download the specific expression to the server after the free download control is triggered;

and receiving the free downloading request, and providing the data packet of the specific expression for the client when the client has the free downloading right of the specific expression.

4. An expression obtaining method is applied to a client, and the method comprises the following steps:

displaying an expression obtaining interface of a specific expression, wherein a non-free download control and an exchange download control are simultaneously displayed on the expression obtaining interface;

after receiving a triggering operation of the exchange downloading control, sending an exchange acquisition request of a specific expression to a server, wherein the exchange acquisition request is used for triggering the server to acquire content bound with the specific expression, and if the sum of the resource exchange numerical values consumed by downloading the specific expression at present does not reach the resource exchange numerical value upper limit preset by a content providing merchant, feeding back the content bound with the specific expression;

receiving and executing the content, and sending progress information for executing the content to the server when the content is executed for the first time;

receiving a free download notification of the specific expression sent by the server, replacing the non-free download control with a free download control for display, and replacing the exchange download control with a playback control for display;

the progress information is used for triggering the server to determine the exchange value corresponding to the specific expression when the progress information is judged to accord with the exchange condition; and after the resources with the redemption values in the resource library of the content providing merchant are transferred to the resource library of the server, providing the specific expression to the client for downloading.

5. The method of claim 4, wherein the free download notification is sent by the server after opening a free download right of the client to download the specific emoticon; the method further comprises the following steps:

and after the free download control is triggered, sending a free download request for indicating to download the specific expression to the server, wherein the free download request is used for triggering the server to provide a data packet of the specific expression to the client when the client is judged to have the free download right of the specific expression.

6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:

when the free downloading control is triggered, acquiring a networking mode of a terminal where the client is located;

when the networking mode is a data networking mode, displaying reminding information for indicating whether to download the specific expression or not;

and when the networking mode is a wireless fidelity (WiFi) networking mode, executing the step of sending a free downloading request for indicating downloading of the specific expression to the server.

7. An expression obtaining device, applied to a server, the device comprising:

the system comprises a receiving module, a receiving module and a display module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a conversion acquisition request of a specific expression sent by a client, the client is used for displaying an expression acquisition interface of the specific expression, a non-free download control and a conversion download control are simultaneously displayed on the expression acquisition interface, and the conversion acquisition request is sent by the client after receiving a trigger operation on the conversion download control;

the first obtaining module is used for obtaining the content bound with the specific expression, and pushing the content to the client if the sum of the resource exchange numerical values consumed by downloading the specific expression at present does not reach the resource exchange numerical value upper limit preset by a content providing merchant;

the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the progress information of the content executed by the client when the client executes the content for the first time;

providing a downloading module for determining the exchange value corresponding to the specific expression when the progress information meets the exchange condition; and after transferring the resource with the exchange value in the resource library of the content providing merchant to the resource library of the server, providing the specific expression to the client for downloading, wherein the client is used for replacing the non-free download control with a free download control and replacing the exchange download control with a playback control after receiving a free download notification of the specific expression.
