技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种新型太阳能面板接线盒,属于太阳能发电接线盒领域。
背景技术
随着不可再生资源的缺乏和使用时带来的污染性,例如利用煤炭进行火力发电需要耗费大量的煤炭,而且会排放大量的废气,污染环境,因此,光靠火力发电是远远不能满足人类日益增长的生活需求;需要利用新的能源进行发电,如风能、太阳能;特别是太阳能发电不仅环保,无污染、无噪声,而且资源取之不尽用之不竭;太阳能接线盒是太阳能面板发电后的一个终端,通过终端直接面向客户,因此,新型太阳能面板接线盒的性能直接影响客户的使用效果,现有的接线盒密封性差,防水性不够好,另外一般都是整机制成,给生产和维修带来了很大的不便。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种新型太阳能面板接线盒,通过多个主体组合在一起,另外设置了严格的密封件和防水装置,可以保护主体内部的电路不受水侵蚀或电路短路。
(二)技术方案
本发明的新型太阳能面板接线盒,包括接线盒主体和卡座盒,所述接线盒主体设置在卡座盒上侧;所述卡座盒下端设置有连接器正极组件和连接器负极组件;所述连接器正极组件和连接器负极组件通过电缆线接入卡座盒内部的卡座组件;所述接线盒主体上端设置有盒盖。
进一步地,所述的盒盖内设置有密封圈。
进一步地,所述的连接器正极组件和连接器负极组件与卡座盒连接处设置有防水接头。
进一步地,所述的正极组件和连接器负极组件与卡座盒内侧通过六角螺帽相连。
进一步地,所述的卡座盒一侧设置有卡条。

本发明与现有技术相比较,其具有以下有益效果:本发明的新型太阳能面板接线盒,通过多个主体组合在一起,给生产和维修带来了方便,另外设置了严格的密封件和防水装置,可以保护主体内部的电路不受水侵蚀或电路短路;延长了产品的使用寿命。

如图1所示,新型太阳能面板接线盒,包括接线盒主体8和卡座盒11,所述接线盒主体8设置在卡座盒11上侧;所述卡座盒11下端设置有连接器正极组件1和连接器负极组件2;所述连接器正极组件1和连接器负极组件2通过电缆线3接入卡座盒11内部的卡座组件7;所述接线盒主体8上端设置有盒盖10。
所述的盒盖10内设置有密封圈9;所述的连接器正极组件1和连接器负极组件2与卡座盒11连接处设置有防水接头5;所述的正极组件1和连接器负极组件2与卡座盒11内侧通过六角螺帽6相连;所述的卡座盒11一侧设置有卡条4。
本发明的新型太阳能面板接线盒,通过多个主体组合在一起,给生产和维修带来了方便,另外设置了严格的密封件和防水装置,可以保护主体内部的电路不受水侵蚀或电路短路;延长了产品的使用寿命。

1.一种新型太阳能面板接线盒,包括接线盒主体和卡座盒,所述接线盒主体设置在卡座盒上侧;其特征在于:所述卡座盒下端设置有连接器正极组件和连接器负极组件;所述连接器正极组件和连接器负极组件通过电缆线接入卡座盒内部的卡座组件;所述接线盒主体上端设置有盒盖,通过多个接线盒主体组合在一起,还包括密封件和防水装置;所述的正极组件和连接器负极组件与卡座盒内侧通过六角螺帽相连;所述的卡座盒一侧设置有卡条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型太阳能面板接线盒,其特征在于:所述的盒盖内设置有密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型太阳能面板接线盒,其特征在于:所述的连接器正极组件和连接器负极组件与卡座盒连接处设置有防水接头。
