The return air filter screen used in the conventional air conditioner is usually flat (as shown in fig. 1), and the filter screen 300' needs to be installed into the return air frame 100 from the side or from the lower side during the installation process of the project, so that enough space is reserved for the project. In the engineering installation process, the filter screen is limited by the suspended ceiling, and the reserved space is very small and even insufficient to ensure that the filter screen can be completely pushed out of the return air frame.

Based on the above, the invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the filter screen assembly and the air conditioner which have the advantages of simple structure, simplicity and convenience in installation and small installation reserved space.
A filter screen assembly comprising a mounting box and a filter screen belt, the mounting box being open at one end; the filter screen belt is in a folded state and an unfolded state, the filter screen belt is accommodated in the installation box in the folded state, and the first end of the filter screen belt is connected with the installation box; the second end of the filter screen belt can be extended to an extended position outside the mounting box.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 3, the filter screen assembly of the present invention includes a mounting box 200 and a filter screen belt 300. Wherein one or both ends of the mounting box 200 are opened, an openable lid may be provided. The filter mesh belt 300 has a collapsed state and an expanded state, the filter mesh belt 300 being received in the mounting box 200 in the collapsed state, a first end of the filter mesh belt 300 being connected to the mounting box 200. The second end of the screen band 300 can be extended to an extended position outside of the mounting box 200.
In the above filter screen assembly, the filter screen belt 300 is accommodated in the installation box 200, as shown in fig. 2, the installation box 200 is only required to be fixed inside the return air frame 100 of the air conditioner during installation, and then the filter screen belt 300 is unfolded to realize the installation of the filter screen assembly. The installation is easy and convenient to operate, a space is not required to be reserved for installation, and the filter screen is convenient to replace and install. Meanwhile, the filter screen belt 300 is accommodated in the installation box 200, is small in size and convenient to transport, and the installation box 200 further plays a role in protecting the filter screen and preventing the filter screen from being scratched. The problem of the filter screen from transportation to installation inconvenient is solved.
Specifically, the first end of the filter screen belt 300 is provided with a first shaft sleeve, the mounting box 200 is provided with a first fixing hole 210, the fixing shaft 400 is inserted into the first shaft sleeve through the first fixing hole 210, and the first shaft sleeve can rotate around the fixing shaft 400, so that the first end of the filter screen belt 300 is rotationally connected with the mounting box 200. The fixing shaft 400 is fixedly connected with the mounting box 200 through a fixing nut 410.
The second fixing hole 220 is further formed in the mounting box 200, the second end of the filter screen belt 300 is provided with the second sleeve 320, and when the filter screen belt 300 is folded in the mounting box 200, the locking rotating shaft 500 is inserted into the second sleeve 320 through the second fixing hole 220, so that the second end of the filter screen belt 300 is connected with the mounting box 200. Then, the locking shaft 500 is fixedly coupled to the mounting case 200 by screwing the nut 510. The second fixing hole 220 may be used to fix the mounting hole of the mounting box 200 to the return air frame 100 when the filter belt 300 is unfolded.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the screen belt 300 includes a plurality of screen modules 330, and the plurality of screen modules 330 are hinged in sequence to form the foldable screen belt 300. The screen module 330 of the first end of the screen belt 300 is disposed inside the mounting box 200 and is connected to the mounting box 200. The plurality of filter modules 330 are foldably received inside the mounting box 200, and the second ends of the filter strips 300 can be unfolded toward the outside of the mounting box 200. The screen module 330 is preferably rectangular, but in other embodiments triangular may be used, so long as the final expanded state of the screen belt 300 is a rectangular screen belt 300. The form of the mounting box 200 may vary and mainly serves to house the filter mesh belt 300 and to secure it. Preferably, the folded size of the filter mesh belt 300 is adapted to the size of the mounting box 200.
Specifically, the filter screen belt 300 further includes a plurality of connecting bushings 340. The filter screen module 330 includes a filter screen 331 and a frame 332 disposed at the periphery of the filter screen 331, two adjacent filter screen modules 330 are all sleeved in the connecting shaft sleeve 340, and are rotationally connected through the connecting shaft sleeve 340. Specifically, the connecting shaft sleeve 340 is provided with two shaft holes, and the frame 332 is sleeved in the shaft holes by taking the frame as a rotating shaft, so as to realize rotational connection.
The outer side of the filter screen module 330 at the first end of the filter screen belt 300 is sleeved with a first shaft sleeve, and the fixing rotating shaft 400 is inserted into the first shaft sleeve through the first fixing hole 210, so that the filter screen module 330 at the first end of the filter screen belt 300 is rotatably connected with the mounting box 200. The fixing shaft 400 fixes the fixing shaft 400 to the mounting box 200 by means of fixing bolts.
The second hub 320 is sleeved on the outer side of the filter module 330 at the second end of the filter belt 300. When the filter screen belt 300 is folded in the installation box 200, the locking rotation shaft 500 is inserted into the second sleeve 320 through the second fixing hole 220, so that the filter screen module 330 at the second end of the filter screen belt 300 is connected with the installation box 200. The locking rotation shaft 500 fixes the locking rotation shaft 500 to the mounting box 200 by means of a locking bolt. When the filter screen 331 is installed, the lock nut is unscrewed from the locking shaft 500, the locking shaft 500 is withdrawn from the second sleeve 320, the second end of the filter screen 300 is released from the installation box 200, and the filter screen 300 can be unfolded.
In another embodiment, the screen belt 300 may be a reel-to-reel configuration. Allowing the volume of the mounting case 200 to be further reduced.
The invention also relates to an air conditioner, which comprises the filter screen assembly, and the mounting box 200 is arranged on the inner side of the return air frame 100 of the air conditioner. As shown in fig. 6, a chute is provided on the return air frame 100 of the air conditioner, and the locking shaft 500 can be inserted into the second sleeve 320 through the chute, and the filter screen belt 300 is unfolded along the chute, so that the filter screen belt 300 covers the return air inlet.
Referring to fig. 5-8, the filter screen assembly of the present invention is installed as follows:
a. the locking nut is unscrewed, the locking rotating shaft 500 is disassembled, and the filter screen belt 300 is pulled out of the installation box 200;
b. fixing the installation box 200 at the positions of the return air frame 100 and the like through the fixing screw 600, wherein the installation hole site can directly use the second fixing hole 220 on the installation box 200;
c. inserting the locking rotating shaft 500 into the guide groove in the return air frame 100, and straightening the filter screen belt 300 along the guide groove so that the filter screen module 330 covers the return air inlet;
d. the locking shaft 500 is screwed tightly to fix the filter belt 300.
