一种矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED应急照明灯
技术领域
本发明涉及煤矿设备技术领域,具体是一种为煤矿井下各个通道,重要场所提供应急照明的一种隔爆兼本质安全的LED应急照明灯。
背景技术
目前,我国煤矿井下所使用的各类灯具中还未有锂电池供电的LED应急照明灯,主要原因是锂电的防爆要求高,处理困难,对与锂电池连接的导线和连接方式均匀特殊处理,再者现有的 LED应急照明灯亮度由于电池的限制普遍不够,照射距离较短,但利用较高频率的灯珠又会导致持续时间变短,强光容易刺伤工人的眼睛,上述问题有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了以下技术方案:一种矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED应急照明灯,包括主壳体,主壳体由上部的隔爆腔和下部本安腔构成,隔爆腔顶端设置有提手,其特征在于隔爆腔通过隔板分成左右两个腔室,左腔室内设置有电路控制板、右腔室内设置有锂电池组,所述隔板上开设有用于锂电池组和电路控制板导线连接的走线孔,走线孔内设置有保护管,保护管包括用于抗电磁干扰的金属管、设置于金属管两端的橡胶套,橡胶套外端套有金属帽,隔爆腔与本安腔通过防爆穿腔接线端板连接,所述本安腔内设置有LED光源组件。
作为优选,LED光源组件包括LED灯珠铝基板,LED灯珠铝基板上安装有LED灯珠,设置于LED灯珠铝基板下方的喇叭形集光罩,喇叭形集光罩小径口与LED灯珠铝基板外周边密封连接,大径口下方安装有PC灯面板,PC灯面板固接于本安腔底端,PC灯面板包括基板、基板上表面的粘合层以及粘合层上的玻璃层,玻璃层为波浪形或锯齿形,玻璃层表面涂覆有一层氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯,厚度为5~15微米,基板表面有磨砂层,
作为优选,右腔室内的锂电池组周围填充有环氧树脂阻燃层。
作为优选,喇叭形集光罩包括铁片层,铁片层表面镀一层光反射层构成反光镜面;在光反射层外上表面加盖一透明保护层。
作为优选,光反射层为白瓷施釉层。
所述电路控制板内包括电源切换电路,锂池充电保护电路,交流直流转换电路,LED恒流驱动等组成。。当接通电源后,电源板会接通充电电路给电池充电,充满后自动断开,当电池电压低于某个值时会自动开启充电电路。当外部交流电断电后,通过内部转换由锂电源供电,将 LED灯点亮照明。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的隔爆兼本质安全型LED灯能广泛应用于有爆炸性气体(甲烷)和煤尘的环境中,而且把锂电池电源管理、LED驱动,本质安全保护电路做在一起,减少了使用的空间,节约了成本,结构紧凑,体积小,运输和安装非常方便,并且光照强度大,对工人眼睛刺激小。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED应急照明灯,包括主壳体1,主壳体1由上部的隔爆腔1.1和下部本安腔1.2构成,隔爆腔1.1顶端设置有提手2,隔爆腔1.1通过隔板3分成左右两个腔室(1.1.1、1.1.2),左腔室1.1.1内设置有电路控制板4、右腔室1.1.2内设置有锂电池组5,所述隔板3上开设有用于锂电池组5和电路控制板4导线连接的走线孔,走线孔内设置有保护管6,保护管6包括用于抗电磁干扰的金属管6.1、设置于金属管6.1两端的橡胶套6.2,橡胶套6.2外端套有金属帽6.3,隔爆腔1.1与本安腔1.2通过防爆穿腔接线端板1.3连接,所述本安腔1.2内设置有LED光源组件7。LED光源组件7包括LED灯珠铝基板7.1,LED灯珠铝基板7.1上安装有LED灯珠7.2,设置于LED灯珠铝基板7.1下方的喇叭形集光罩7.3,喇叭形集光罩7.3小径口与LED灯珠铝基板7.1外周边密封连接,大径口下方安装有PC灯面板8,PC灯面板8固接于本安腔1.2底端,PC灯面板8包括基板8.1、基板8.1上表面的粘合层8.2以及粘合层8.2上的玻璃层8.3,玻璃层8.3为波浪形或锯齿形,玻璃层8.3表面涂覆有一层氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯,厚度为5~15微米,基板8.1表面有磨砂层,右腔室1.1.2内的锂电池组5周围填充有环氧树脂阻燃层。喇叭形集光罩7.3包括铁片层7.3.1,铁片层7.3.1表面镀一层光反射层7.3.2构成反光镜面;在光反射层7.3.2外上表面加盖一透明保护层7.3.3。光反射层7.3.2为白瓷施釉层。

1.一种矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED应急照明灯,包括主壳体,主壳体由上部的隔爆腔和下部本安腔构成,隔爆腔顶端设置有提手,其特征在于隔爆腔通过隔板分成左右两个腔室,左腔室内设置有电路控制板、右腔室内设置有锂电池组,所述隔板上开设有用于锂电池组和电路控制板导线连接的走线孔,走线孔内设置有保护管,保护管包括用于抗电磁干扰的金属管、设置于金属管两端的橡胶套,橡胶套外端套有金属帽,隔爆腔与本安腔通过防爆穿腔接线端板连接,所述本安腔内设置有LED光源组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED应急照明灯,其特征在于LED光源组件包括LED灯珠铝基板,LED灯珠铝基板上安装有LED灯珠,设置于LED灯珠铝基板下方的喇叭形集光罩,喇叭形集光罩小径口与LED灯珠铝基板外周边密封连接,大径口下方安装有PC灯面板,PC灯面板固接于本安腔底端,PC灯面板包括基板、基板上表面的粘合层以及粘合层上的玻璃层,玻璃层为波浪形或锯齿形,玻璃层表面涂覆有一层氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯,厚度为5~15微米,基板表面有磨砂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED应急照明灯,其特征在于右腔室内的锂电池组周围填充有环氧树脂阻燃层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED应急照明灯,其特征在于喇叭形集光罩包括铁片层,铁片层表面镀一层光反射层构成反光镜面;在光反射层外上表面加盖一透明保护层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED应急照明灯,其特征在于光反射层为白瓷施釉层。
