Abstract
一种用于矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED照明灯,包括防爆外壳、安装于防爆外壳顶端的灯体防爆盖、与防爆外壳底端固定安装的灯体灯头座、安装于灯头座顶端与防爆外壳连通的通孔内的防爆穿腔接线端子、与灯体灯头座底端固接的LED灯面板压板,所述防爆外壳内设置有电源驱动控制板,灯体灯头座内表面设置有LED灯珠铝基板,LED灯珠铝基板上安装有LED灯珠,LEDD灯珠下方设置有灯面板,灯面板通过防尘密封圈与灯体灯头座压接,LED灯面板压板将灯面板压接固定于灯体灯头座内,LED灯珠通过导线连接防爆穿腔接线端子,防爆穿腔接线端子连接电源驱动控制板。

技术领域
本发明涉及矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED照明灯。
背景技术
目前我国煤矿井下照明大都使用LED照明灯,我国煤矿矿井隧道高度基本在2米到2.5米。目前LED灯面透明件大都使用透明的钢化玻璃或透明的PC 板。当煤矿矿井隧道安装上这些LED灯后,矿工在隧道行走工程中抬头很容易伤到眼睛。低头行走安全性不能保证。并且亮度和光照范围较小,有待进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单,安全性能好,可有效检测瓦斯浓度和及时报警并且光照范围广,不会射伤眼睛的用于矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED照明灯。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种用于矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED照明灯,其特征在于包括防爆外壳、安装于防爆外壳顶端的灯体防爆盖、与防爆外壳底端固定安装的灯体灯头座、安装于灯头座顶端与防爆外壳连通的通孔内的防爆穿腔接线端子、与灯体灯头座底端固接的LED灯面板压板,所述防爆外壳内设置有电源驱动控制板,灯体灯头座内表面设置有LED灯珠铝基板,LED灯珠铝基板上安装有LED灯珠,LEDD灯珠下方设置有灯面板,灯面板通过防尘密封圈与灯体灯头座压接,LED灯面板压板将灯面板压接固定于灯体灯头座内,LED灯珠通过导线连接防爆穿腔接线端子,防爆穿腔接线端子连接电源驱动控制板,灯面板为PC板。
作为优选,防爆外壳与灯体防爆盖的连接处设置有防水密封圈。
作为优选,灯面板上安装有声光报警器、瓦斯检测传感器。
作为优选,PC板包括基板、基板上表面的粘合层以及粘合层上的玻璃层,玻璃层为波浪形或锯齿形,玻璃层表面涂覆有一层氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯,厚度为5~15微米。
作为优选,基板表面设置有磨砂层。
本发明有益效果:在隔爆兼本质安全型LED照明灯上使用新型的磨砂PC板作为LED灯的透明件,从外面不能直接看到LED灯珠,而且LED灯的亮度提高,照射范围广。安装在煤矿矿井隧道中后,矿工在行走过程中往前看和往上看都不容易伤到眼睛。矿工的安全性得到提高。大大减少安全事故。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1、2所示:一种用于矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED照明灯,包括防爆外壳1、安装于防爆外壳1顶端的灯体防爆盖2、与防爆外壳1底端固定安装的灯体灯头座3、安装于灯头座3顶端与防爆外壳1连通的通孔内的防爆穿腔接线端子4、与灯体灯头座3底端固接的LED灯面板压板5,所述防爆外壳1内设置有电源驱动控制板6,灯体灯头座3内表面设置有LED灯珠铝基板7,LED灯珠铝基板7上安装有LED灯珠8,LEDD灯珠8下方设置有灯面板9,灯面板9通过防尘密封圈10与灯体灯头座3压接,LED灯面板压板5将灯面板9压接固定于灯体灯头座3内,LED灯珠8通过导线连接防爆穿腔接线端子4,防爆穿腔接线端子4连接电源驱动控制板6,灯面板9为PC板。防爆外壳1与灯体防爆盖2的连接处设置有防水密封圈11。灯面板9上安装有声光报警器12、瓦斯检测传感器13。PC板包括基板9.1、基板9.1上表面的粘合层9.2以及粘合层上的玻璃层9.3,玻璃层9.3为波浪形或锯齿形,玻璃层9.3表面涂覆有一层氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯,厚度为5~15微米。基板9.1表面设置有磨砂层。

1.一种用于矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED照明灯,其特征在于包括防爆外壳、安装于防爆外壳顶端的灯体防爆盖、与防爆外壳底端固定安装的灯体灯头座、安装于灯头座顶端与防爆外壳连通的通孔内的防爆穿腔接线端子、与灯体灯头座底端固接的LED灯面板压板,所述防爆外壳内设置有电源驱动控制板,灯体灯头座内表面设置有LED灯珠铝基板,LED灯珠铝基板上安装有LED灯珠,LEDD灯珠下方设置有灯面板,灯面板通过防尘密封圈与灯体灯头座压接,LED灯面板压板将灯面板压接固定于灯体灯头座内,LED灯珠通过导线连接防爆穿腔接线端子,防爆穿腔接线端子连接电源驱动控制板,灯面板为PC板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED照明灯,其特征在于防爆外壳与灯体防爆盖的连接处设置有防水密封圈。
3.据权利要求1所述的一种用于矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED照明灯,其特征在于灯面板上安装有声光报警器、瓦斯检测传感器。
4.据权利要求1所述的一种用于矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED照明灯,其特征在于PC板包括基板、基板上表面的粘合层以及粘合层上的玻璃层,玻璃层为波浪形或锯齿形,玻璃层表面涂覆有一层氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯,厚度为5~15微米。
5.据权利要求4所述的一种用于矿用隔爆兼本质安全型LED照明灯,其特征在于基板表面设置有磨砂层。
