Abstract
本发明公开了一种散热LED工矿灯,包括:LED光源组,安装在所述LED光源组外围的工矿灯罩‘所述灯罩从上至下为发散喇叭状,光源散热器组件设置在所述灯罩的上方,所述光源散热器组件包括散热器、散热立柱,围绕所述立柱设置的外散热区域。本发明散热LED工矿灯,造型小巧,散热效果好,散热性能稳定性高,结构简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯的领域,尤其涉及一种散热LED工矿灯。
背景技术
工矿灯按照光源可分为传统光源工矿灯(如钠灯工矿灯、水银灯工矿灯等)和LED工矿灯。一般照明灯通常均匀布置在工作场地的上方或侧壁上,照明整个工作面,需要使用功率较大的白炽灯、卤钨灯、高强度气体放电灯或数量较多的荧光灯,当然,还有比较节能大功率LED工矿灯等,绝大部分的工矿灯都属此类,现有的工矿灯散热效果不佳,存在一些安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明提供一种散热LED工矿灯,本发明散热LED工矿灯,造型小巧,散热效果好,散热性能稳定性高,结构简单。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种散热LED工矿灯,其特征在于,包括:
LED光源组,安装在所述LED光源组外围的工矿灯罩;
所述灯罩从上至下为发散喇叭状;
光源散热器组件设置在所述灯罩的上方,所述光源散热器组件包括散热器、散热立柱,围绕所述立柱设置的外散热区域。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述LED光源组包括多个LED灯板和安装在LED灯板上的多个灯芯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述散热器为新型鳍片式散热器。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述鳍片式散热器由多个金属散热片组成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述工矿灯罩内涂有二氧化硅保护膜的铝反射器。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述光源散热器组件上方设置有吸顶式、嵌入式、吊装式或吸壁式固定装置。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明散热LED工矿灯,本发明散热LED工矿灯,造型小巧,散热效果好,散热性能稳定性高,结构简单。

LED光源组1,安装在所述LED光源组外围的工矿灯罩2;
所述灯罩2从上至下为发散喇叭状;
光源散热器组件3设置在所述灯罩的上方,所述光源散热器组件3包括散热器31、散热立柱32,围绕所述立柱设置的外散热区域。
上述中,所述LED光源组1包括多个LED灯板和安装在LED灯板上的多个灯芯。
上述中,所述散热器为新型鳍片式散热器。
近一步的,所述鳍片式散热器由多个金属散热片组成。
近一步的,所述工矿灯罩内涂有二氧化硅保护膜的铝反射器。
近一步的,所述光源散热器组件上方设置有吸顶式、嵌入式、吊装式或吸壁式固定装置。
综上所述,本发明一种散热LED工矿灯,本发明散热LED工矿灯,造型小巧,散热效果好,散热性能稳定性高,结构简单。

1.一种散热LED工矿灯,其特征在于,包括:
LED光源组,安装在所述LED光源组外围的工矿灯罩;
所述灯罩从上至下为发散喇叭状;
光源散热器组件设置在所述灯罩的上方,所述光源散热器组件包括散热器、散热立柱,围绕所述立柱设置的外散热区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种散热LED工矿灯,其特征在于,所述LED光源组包括多个LED灯板和安装在LED灯板上的多个灯芯。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种散热LED工矿灯,其特征在于,所述散热器为新型鳍片式散热器。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种散热LED工矿灯,其特征在于,所述鳍片式散热器由多个金属散热片组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种散热LED工矿灯,其特征在于,所述工矿灯罩内涂有二氧化硅保护膜的铝反射器。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种散热LED工矿灯,其特征在于,所述光源散热器组件上方设置有吸顶式、嵌入式、吊装式或吸壁式固定装置。
