本发明涉及一种装配式钢结构预制夹心保温外墙板窗口防水施工方法,包括:预制夹心保温外墙板本体,预制夹心保温外墙板本体外侧设置有由挤塑聚苯板构成的保温层,保温层的外侧设置有外叶,预制夹心保温外墙板本体上设置有窗口,窗口做成企口,在夹心保温混凝土外墙板内叶放窗框位置设置有L型企口。本发明装配式钢结构预制夹心保温外墙板窗口防水施工方法,窗口部位防水构造随预制夹心保温混凝土外墙板同时在预制构件厂制作,起到双层防水作用:最外侧打注硅酮耐候密封胶第一道防水,里侧做成企口L型阻挡雨水渗到里侧为第二道防水,防止构住宅窗口部位渗水问题,结构简单,施工方便,降低施工成本,提高施工质量,保证施工工期。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑施工方法,具体的说,是涉及一种装配式钢结构预制夹心保温外墙板窗口防水施工方法。
背景技术
传统装配式钢结构住宅中,外墙维护结构大部分采用混凝土加气块砌筑:窗口部位防水构造主要在窗口收口时窗台找坡,上口做成鹰嘴或滴水线,但在大部分住宅中,渗水主要出现在窗口部位,原因主要是:二次结构施工时,大部分窗口抹灰收口尺寸大小不一、且不方正,造成窗户安装时窗框与结构边缝隙大或者需要剔凿结构部位,造成窗框与结构处缝隙处需要大量材料封堵、封堵材料大部分采用碎砖块不密实、窗台抹灰没有坡度、窗户上口不做鹰嘴或滴水线,上述现象造成下雨时窗户部位出现渗漏现象。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种防止住宅窗口部位渗水, 结构简单,施工方便,降低施工成本提高施工质量的装配式钢结构预制夹心保温外墙板窗口防水施工方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种装配式钢结构预制夹心保温外墙板窗口防水施工方法,包括:预制夹心保温外墙板本体,预制夹心保温外墙板本体外侧设置有由挤塑聚苯板构成的保温层,保温层的外侧设置有外叶,预制夹心保温外墙板本体上设置有窗口,窗口做成企口,在夹心保温混凝土外墙板内叶放窗框位置设置有L型企口。
所述窗框外侧窗台处做20mm混凝土后5%向下混凝土结构找坡,窗框上口外侧做混凝土20mm厚5%向下混凝土结构找坡。
所述外叶50mm厚钢筋混凝土处中间部位留设宽10mm、深10mm的滴水线,最外侧端部做成鹰嘴,窗框外侧与墙体交界处打注硅酮耐候密封胶。
所述L型企口深10mm、宽度为窗框宽度的;上方L型企口的内侧低于外侧,下方L型企口的内侧高于外侧。
本发明相对现有技术的有益效果:
本发明装配式钢结构预制夹心保温外墙板窗口防水施工方法,窗口部位防水构造随预制夹心保温混凝土外墙板同时在预制构件厂制作,起到双层防水作用:最外侧打注硅酮耐候密封胶第一道防水,里侧做成L型企口阻挡雨水渗到里侧为第二道防水,防止住宅窗口部位渗水, 结构简单,施工方便,降低施工成本,提高施工质量,保证施工工期。

本发明装配式钢结构预制夹心保温外墙板窗口防水施工方法,窗口做成企口,在夹心保温混凝土外墙板内叶放窗框位置留设深10mm、宽度为窗框宽度的L型企口,窗框外侧窗台即75mm挤塑聚苯板和外叶为50mm厚钢筋混凝土处做20mm厚5%向下混凝土结构找坡,窗框上口即75mm挤塑聚苯板和外叶为50mm厚钢筋混凝土外侧做20mm厚5%向下混凝土结构找坡,里高外低,且在外叶50mm厚钢筋混凝土处中间部位留设宽10mm、深10mm的滴水线,最外侧端部做成鹰嘴,窗框外侧与墙体交界处打注硅酮耐候密封胶。

2.根据权利要求1所述装配式钢结构预制夹心保温外墙板窗口防水施工方法,其特征在于:所述窗框外侧窗台处做20mm混凝土后5%向下混凝土结构找坡,窗框上口外侧做混凝土20mm厚5%向下混凝土结构找坡。
