Abstract
The invention relates to a display panel assembly and a washing machine, belonging to the technical field of washing machines, and comprising a bracket arranged on a control panel seat of the washing machine and a front control panel arranged on the bracket, wherein the display panel assembly is provided with a drainage channel communicated with a gap between the front control panel and the bracket, and the drainage channel is used for draining water in the gap. According to the invention, the drainage channel is arranged on the display board assembly, so that water entering a gap between the front control board and the bracket flows into the drainage channel and is discharged through the drainage channel. Thereby avoiding the water on the clothes from entering the inside of the display panel component, and causing the short circuit or failure of the electrical elements in the display panel component. The drainage channel has simple structure design and low cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing machines, in particular to a display panel assembly and a washing machine.
Background
In the prior art, when the pulsator washing machine or the drum washing machine displays vertically, when a user takes out clothes from the inside of the washing machine or places clothes on the washing machine, water carried by the clothes may enter the display panel along a gap between the control panel seat and the front control panel, which causes water inlet short circuit or failure of the display panel, thereby causing inconvenience to the user.
Although in the prior art, in order to solve the technical problems, the sealing strips are arranged on the front control panel and the display panel bracket, but the matching requirement on the sealing structure is high, and the stacking and storage of the machine can cause stress on all accessories in the display area and generate irreversible deformation to form gaps; and because the size of the plastic part changes to form a gap due to the difference of cold and heat in the north and south regions, the rubber sealing structure can be out of work due to the deformation of the plastic part by injection molding, and the like, so that the display panel is sealed by only adopting the sealing strip, and water can not be prevented from entering the display panel assembly.

The invention aims to provide a display panel assembly and a washing machine, which can solve the technical problem that in the prior art, a sealing structure on a panel cannot meet the sealing requirement, so that the display panel is easy to enter water and fail.

a display panel assembly comprises a support arranged on a control panel seat of a washing machine and a front control panel arranged on the support, wherein a drainage channel communicated with a gap between the front control panel and the support is arranged on the display panel assembly, and the drainage channel is used for draining water in the gap.
Furthermore, the drainage channel comprises a drainage groove and water passing grooves which can be communicated with the drainage groove, the drainage groove is formed in the top of the support, and the water passing grooves are formed in two sides of the front control panel;
when the front control plate is arranged on the bracket, the drainage channel is communicated with the water trough.
Further, the bracket comprises a first connecting sheet, a second connecting sheet and a third connecting sheet which are arranged on two sides of the first connecting sheet;
the water trough is arranged between the second connecting sheet and the first connecting sheet and between the third connecting sheet and the first connecting sheet.
Furthermore, the control panel seat is provided with a groove, the support is arranged in the groove, the top of the second connecting sheet and the top of the third connecting sheet are both pressed against the top of the groove, a gap is arranged between the top of the first connecting sheet and the top of the groove, and the gap is communicated with the water trough;
when the front control plate is arranged on the bracket, the drainage channel extends into the gap and is communicated with the water trough.

The present embodiment provides a display panel assembly, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the display panel assembly is a display panel assembly vertically arranged on a control panel base of a washing machine, and is suitable for a drum washing machine and a pulsator washing machine, and includes a bracket 20 arranged on a control panel base 10 of the washing machine and a front control panel 30 mounted on the bracket 20, the display panel assembly is provided with a drainage channel communicated with a gap between the front control panel 30 and the bracket 20, and the drainage channel is used for draining water in the gap.
The present embodiment is configured by providing a drainage channel on the display panel assembly, so that water entering the gap between the front control panel 30 and the bracket 20 flows into the drainage channel and is discharged through the drainage channel. Thereby avoiding the water on the clothes from entering the inside of the display panel component, and causing the short circuit or failure of the electrical elements in the display panel component. The drainage channel structure design that this embodiment provided is simple, and is with low costs.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the drainage channel includes a drainage channel 11 and a water trough 12 capable of communicating with the drainage channel 11, the drainage channel 11 is opened at the top of the bracket 20, and the water trough 12 is opened at both sides of the front control panel 30; when the front control panel 30 is mounted on the bracket 20, the drain groove 11 communicates with the gutter 12. The bracket 20 comprises a first connecting piece 201, and a second connecting piece 202 and a third connecting piece 203 which are arranged on two sides of the first connecting piece 201; the gutter 12 is disposed between the second connecting piece 202 and the first connecting piece 201, and between the third connecting piece 203 and the first connecting piece 201. Specifically, both ends of the first connecting piece 201 are recessed, so that when the first connecting piece 201 is connected with the second connecting piece 202 and the third connecting piece 203 respectively, both sides of the first connecting piece 201 form a U-shaped groove-shaped structure, and the groove-shaped structure is the gutter 12.
As shown in fig. 3, the control panel base 10 is provided with a groove (not numbered), the bracket 20 is disposed in the groove, the top of the second connecting piece 202 and the top of the third connecting piece 203 both abut against the top of the groove, a gap 204 is provided between the top of the first connecting piece 201 and the top of the groove, and the gap 204 is communicated with the water trough 12; the drain channel 11 can extend into the gap 204 and communicate with the gutter 12. Specifically, when the front control panel 30 is mounted on the bracket 20, the drain groove 11 extends into the gap 204 and communicates with the gutter 12.
The drainage channel 11 is a U-shaped channel, the front control panel 30 includes a front control panel body 301, a first extending portion 302 disposed on one side of the front control panel body 301 close to the bracket 20, and a second extending portion 303 connected to the first extending portion 302, wherein the second extending portion 303 is spaced from the front control panel body 301; the drain groove 11 is defined by the front console body 301, the first extending portion 302, and the second extending portion 303. When the front control panel 30 is installed on the bracket 20, the first extension portion 302 and the second extension portion 303 both extend into the gap 204, so that the drainage groove 11 can be communicated with the water passing grooves 12 on both sides of the bracket 20, and at the same time, the drainage groove 11 is located below the gap between the front control panel 30 and the bracket 20, when clothes or other external objects drop water onto the display panel assembly, and the water enters the display panel assembly through the gap 204 between the control panel seat 10 and the bracket 20, the water flows into the drainage groove 11 along the inner wall of the front control panel body 301, and flows into the water passing grooves 12 through the drainage groove 11, thereby preventing the water on the clothes from entering the inside of the display panel assembly through the gap between the front control panel 30 and the bracket 20, and enabling electrical components such as the control panel to be short-circuited. The first extending portion 302 and the second extending portion 303 are integrated with the front control panel body 301, so as to avoid water leakage of the drainage channel 11 due to gaps generated by separate molding.
A plurality of clamping seats are arranged on the second extending part 303, and a buckle matched with the clamping seats is arranged on the bracket 20; the front control panel 30 is clamped on the bracket 20, so that the stability and the tightness of connection among all parts of the display panel assembly are ensured.
In this embodiment, a control panel is disposed between the front control panel 30 and the bracket 20. Specifically, the side of support 20 near preceding control panel 30 one side goes up the concave holding tank (not numbered), control panel set up in the holding tank, when preceding control panel 30 was installed on support 20, preceding control panel 30 covered the holding tank to seal control panel in the holding tank, it needs to explain that clearance 204 is located directly over the holding tank, behind the rivers inflow display panel subassembly, can flow into trough 12 through water drainage tank 11, thereby outside the water drainage display panel subassembly.
Sealing strips (not shown) are arranged between the front control panel 30 and the support 20 and between the control panel and the support 20, and the sealing strips are made of rubber, so that the sealing performance of the display panel assembly is fully guaranteed.
In this embodiment, a washing machine is further provided, which includes the above display panel assembly, and in this embodiment, a drainage channel is disposed on the display panel assembly, and the drainage channel is disposed on both sides of the bracket 20 and on the top of the front control panel 30, so that water entering a gap between the front control panel 30 and the bracket 20 flows into the drainage channel and is drained through the drainage channel. Thereby, the water on the clothes is prevented from entering the inside of the display panel assembly, and the electrical components in the display panel assembly are prevented from being short-circuited or failed.

A display panel assembly comprises a bracket (20) arranged on a control panel seat (10) of a washing machine and a front control panel (30) arranged on the bracket (20), and is characterized in that a drainage channel communicated with a gap between the front control panel (30) and the bracket (20) is arranged on the display panel assembly and used for draining water in the gap;
the drainage channel comprises a drainage groove (11) and water running grooves (12) which can be communicated with the drainage groove (11), the drainage groove (11) is formed in the top of the support (20), and the water running grooves (12) are formed in two sides of the front control plate (30);
the bracket (20) comprises a first connecting sheet (201), a second connecting sheet (202) and a third connecting sheet (203), wherein the second connecting sheet (202) and the third connecting sheet (203) are arranged on two sides of the first connecting sheet (201);
the water trough (12) is arranged between the second connecting sheet (202) and the first connecting sheet (201) and between the third connecting sheet (203) and the first connecting sheet (201);
the control disc seat (10) is provided with a groove, the support (20) is arranged in the groove, the top of the second connecting sheet (202) and the top of the third connecting sheet (203) are abutted against the top of the groove, a gap (204) is arranged between the top of the first connecting sheet (201) and the top of the groove, and the gap (204) is communicated with the water trough (12);
the drainage channel (11) can extend into the gap (204) and is communicated with the water trough (12).

the drainage groove (11) is defined by the front control plate body (301), the first extension part (302) and the second extension part (303).
4. The display panel assembly of claim 3, wherein the second extending portion (303) is provided with a plurality of clamping seats, and the bracket (20) is provided with a buckle matched with the clamping seats.
5. The fascia assembly of claim 1, wherein a control panel is disposed between the front fascia (30) and the chassis (20).
6. A display panel assembly according to claim 5, wherein sealing strips are provided between the front control panel (30) and the bracket (20) and between the control panel and the bracket (20).
7. A washing machine comprising the display panel assembly of any one of claims 1 to 6.
