本发明涉及洗涤用品领域,具体涉及一种洗鞋液。
背景技术
目前,针对鞋品的专用洗涤液还很少,由于鞋品的纤维或皮革的微观表面本身有很多细小的凹凸或皱纹,使得污垢与纤维或皮革表面结合较为牢固,去除污垢更加困难,因此人们对洗鞋液的去污能力提出了更高的要求。另外,由于鞋品与皮肤接触会吸附汗液、皮脂和污垢等代谢产物,加上封闭潮湿的环境,使鞋内成为微生物繁殖、发酵、腐败的场所,它们催化代谢产物分解出各种低级脂肪酸和氨类等有臭味的挥发性化合物,加上细菌本身的分泌物和死骸腐烂的气味,造成鞋内产生难闻的臭味,影响个人生活和环境卫生,因此,消费者对洗鞋液的杀菌防臭提出了更高的要求;而目前专用的洗鞋液,其清洁效果一般,制造成本较高,且洗涤时不易漂洗,因此,为解决上述问题,需要一种洗鞋液。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有易漂洗、清洁效果好的洗鞋液。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种洗鞋液,以重量百分数计,各组分的配比如下:过氧乙酸0.1~0.5%、硫酸酯盐20~25%、烷基醇酰胺5~8%、山梨糖醇1~3%、丙醇3~6%、水溶性香精1~3%、海藻酸钠2~6%、水合硅酸4~7%、月桂醇硫酸酯钠3~6%、去离子水35~40%。

一种洗鞋液的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
步骤1:将过氧乙酸、硫酸酯盐、烷基醇酰胺、山梨糖醇、丙醇、去离子水加入反应釜中,加热升温至35~40℃,搅拌15~20min,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液;
步骤2:将水溶性香精、海藻酸钠、水合硅酸、月桂醇硫酸酯钠加入混合溶液内,搅拌20~30min,使其混合搅拌均匀,至室温后制得所需洗鞋液。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明所采用的原料吸附脏污的能力较好,使清洁去污效果显著提高,同时也具有消毒杀菌的作用,同时水溶性香精、海藻酸钠、水合硅酸等增加香气并具有增白的效果;总的,本发明具有易漂洗、清洁效果好。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种洗鞋液,以重量百分数计,各组分的配比如下:过氧乙酸0.1%、硫酸酯盐20%、烷基醇酰胺5%、山梨糖醇1%、丙醇3%、水溶性香精1%、海藻酸钠2%、水合硅酸4%、月桂醇硫酸酯钠3%、去离子水35%。
一种洗鞋液的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
步骤1:将过氧乙酸、硫酸酯盐、烷基醇酰胺、山梨糖醇、丙醇、去离子水加入反应釜中,加热升温至40℃,搅拌15min,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液;
步骤2:将水溶性香精、海藻酸钠、水合硅酸、月桂醇硫酸酯钠加入混合溶液内,搅拌30min,使其混合搅拌均匀,至室温后制得所需洗鞋液。
实施例2:
一种洗鞋液,以重量百分数计,各组分的配比如下:过氧乙酸0.5%、硫酸酯盐25%、烷基醇酰胺8%、山梨糖醇3%、丙醇6%、水溶性香精3%、海藻酸钠6%、水合硅酸7%、月桂醇硫酸酯钠6%、去离子水40%。
实施例3:
一种洗鞋液,以重量百分数计,各组分的配比如下:过氧乙酸0.2%、硫酸酯盐22%、烷基醇酰胺7%、山梨糖醇2%、丙醇4%、水溶性香精1%、海藻酸钠4%、水合硅酸5%、月桂醇硫酸酯钠6%、去离子水40%。
实施例4:
一种洗鞋液,以重量百分数计,各组分的配比如下:过氧乙酸0.3%、硫酸酯盐25%、烷基醇酰胺7%、山梨糖醇2%、丙醇5%、水溶性香精2.5%、海藻酸钠4%、水合硅酸6%、月桂醇硫酸酯钠5%、去离子水36%。

1.一种洗鞋液,其特征在于:以重量百分数计,各组分的配比如下:过氧乙酸0.1~0.5%、硫酸酯盐20~25%、烷基醇酰胺5~8%、山梨糖醇1~3%、丙醇3~6%、水溶性香精1~3%、海藻酸钠2~6%、水合硅酸4~7%、月桂醇硫酸酯钠3~6%、去离子水35~40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗鞋液,其特征在于:以重量百分数计,各组分的配比如下:过氧乙酸0.3%、硫酸酯盐25%、烷基醇酰胺7%、山梨糖醇2%、丙醇5%、水溶性香精2.5%、海藻酸钠4%、水合硅酸6%、月桂醇硫酸酯钠5%、去离子水36%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗鞋液的制备方法,其特征在于:其制备步骤如下:
步骤1:将过氧乙酸、硫酸酯盐、烷基醇酰胺、山梨糖醇、丙醇、去离子水加入反应釜中,加热升温至35~40℃,搅拌15~20min,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液;
步骤2:将水溶性香精、海藻酸钠、水合硅酸、月桂醇硫酸酯钠加入混合溶液内,搅拌20~30min,使其混合搅拌均匀,至室温后制得所需洗鞋液。
