本发明公开了一种用于变压器的绝缘油,所述绝缘油由按重量份数配比的橄榄油5‑7份、矿物油10‑30份、茶多酚2份、菜籽油10—20份组成。本发明将传统的单一矿物油作为绝缘油,通过加入菜籽油及橄榄油双组份作为变压器绝缘油的天然酯成份,由于菜籽油及橄榄油对水的吸收率与矿物油相比较高,因此在变压器内部进入水分的情况下,菜籽油及橄榄油可同时作用水分子并对其进行包裹,以提高绝缘油对微水份的吸收处理能力;另外,本配方中加入茶多酚,以改善变压器绝缘油及油箱的稳定性,提高变压器整体寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于变压器的绝缘油。
背景技术
目前大部分电能传输系统中变压器都用绝缘油填充,绝缘油同时起电绝缘和导热作用。变压器都要求能可靠有效地工作多年,变压器油的质量起着重要作用。变压器油和油浸纸绝缘共同构成变压器内绝缘主要组成部分,两者在长期运行过程中受电、热等因素影响都会发生老化,引起变压器绝缘性能下降。并且油纸绝缘老化过程不可逆,其性能好坏直接决定变压器使用寿命。
目前国内的油浸式变压器中绝缘油大多为单一的矿物油成份,矿物油是直接经过是由提炼制成,由于自身内部含有双键较多,对变压器内部的水分吸收包裹能力较弱,因此导致变压器绝缘效果差,老化现象明显,影响油浸式变压器的整体寿命
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有产品中的不足,提供一种用于变压器的绝缘油。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于变压器的绝缘油,所述绝缘油由按重量份数配比的橄榄油5-7份、矿物油10-30份、茶多酚2份、菜籽油10—20份组成。
