技术领域
本发明涉及一种粘合剂,尤其是钢铁制品用粘合剂。
背景技术
粘合剂是最重要的辅助材料之一,是指同质或异质物体表面用胶粘剂连接在一起的技术,具有应力分布连续,重量轻,或密封,多数工艺温度低等特点。胶接特别适用于不同材质、不同厚度、超薄规格和复杂构件的连接。胶接近代发展最快,应用行业极广,并对高新科学技术进步和人民日常生活改善有重大影响。在各行各业中应用极为广泛。粘合剂是具有粘性的物质,借助其粘性能将两种分离的材料连接在一起。粘合剂的种类很多,主要根据不同使用领域其参数要求不同。粘合剂实际是使相同或不同物料连接或贴合的各种应力材料总称。主要有液态、膏状和固态三种类型。因此,研究、开发和生产各类粘合剂十分重要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种钢铁制品用粘合剂,附着力强、渗透力较好,使用效果较佳。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种钢铁制品用粘合剂,以重量百分比计,包括环氧树脂15%-20%、硅粉5%-10%、皮脂酸二辛酯5%-10%、钛白粉1%-2%、橡胶15%-20%、氧化铁10%-15%、聚酰胺15%-25%、稀释剂1%-5%、水20%-40%。
进一步地,上述环氧树脂为EP-12环氧树脂。
进一步地,上述橡胶为丁腈橡胶。
进一步地,上述稀释剂为环氧稀释剂。
进一步地,上述环氧稀释剂按照重量百分比计,包括丁醇20%-40%、二甲苯20%-40%、环己酮5%-10%、醋酸丁酯5%-10%、丙酮10%-15%、醋酸乙酯10%-20%。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的钢铁制品用粘合剂,针对特定的钢铁制品,附着力强、渗透力较好,使粘接具有一定的机械强度和稳定性,针对腐蚀的性能好,抗冲击力较佳,同时本发明的稀释剂降低胶黏剂黏度,增加流动性,便于涂胶,降低固化体系粘度,增加流动性,延长使用寿命,便于大面积施工。

下面根据实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施案例:
钢铁制品用粘合剂,以重量百分比计,包括环氧树脂15%-20%、硅粉5%-10%、皮脂酸二辛酯5%-10%、钛白粉1%-2%、橡胶15%-20%、氧化铁10%-15%、聚酰胺15%-25%、稀释剂1%-5%、水20%-40%。
其中,环氧树脂为EP-12环氧树脂,橡胶为丁腈橡胶,稀释剂为环氧稀释剂。
其中,对于稀释剂,采用环氧稀释剂,环氧稀释剂按照重量百分比计,包括丁醇20%-40%、二甲苯20%-40%、环己酮5%-10%、醋酸丁酯5%-10%、丙酮10%-15%、醋酸乙酯10%-20%。
本发明提供的钢铁制品用粘合剂,针对特定的钢铁制品,附着力强、渗透力较好,使粘接具有一定的机械强度和稳定性,针对腐蚀的性能好,抗冲击力较佳,同时本发明的稀释剂降低胶黏剂黏度,增加流动性,便于涂胶,降低固化体系粘度,增加流动性,延长使用寿命,便于大面积施工。

1.一种钢铁制品用粘合剂,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,包括环氧树脂15%-20%、硅粉5%-10%、皮脂酸二辛酯5%-10%、钛白粉1%-2%、橡胶15%-20%、氧化铁10%-15%、聚酰胺15%-25%、稀释剂1%-5%、水20%-40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢铁制品用粘合剂,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂为EP-12环氧树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢铁制品用粘合剂,其特征在于,所述橡胶为丁腈橡胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的钢铁制品用粘合剂,其特征在于,所述稀释剂为环氧稀释剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的钢铁制品用粘合剂,其特征在于,所述环氧稀释剂按照重量百分比计,包括丁醇20%-40%、二甲苯20%-40%、环己酮5%-10%、醋酸丁酯5%-10%、丙酮10%-15%、醋酸乙酯10%-20%。
