Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of waterproof coatings, in particular to a solvent type rubber asphalt waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The solvent type rubber asphalt waterproof coating is a modified asphalt waterproof coating commonly used in the building waterproof industry, is widely applied to waterproof parts such as roofs, basements, garage roofs, engineering foundations and the like, and is compounded with waterproof coiled materials to form an excellent waterproof system. The advantages are that: the construction process is convenient and simple, the film forming speed is high, the construction can be carried out at the temperature of below 0 ℃, and meanwhile, the product has excellent high and low temperature performance and is widely accepted by the waterproof industry.
Most of the production processes of solvent-based asphalt coating products nowadays adopt the steps of modifying asphalt by SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer) to prepare modified asphalt, and then diluting and compounding the modified asphalt with a solvent to prepare a finished product. The disadvantages of this process are: the temperature of petroleum asphalt for swelling SBS must be 170-195 ℃, effective swelling of SBS can be guaranteed, meanwhile, in order to guarantee excellent high and low temperature performance of the product, a large amount of SBS modifier must be added to modify asphalt, so that the time for swelling SBS is long, and because the temperature of the swelling SBS is higher than the boiling point of the solvent, the safety risk of bumping of the solvent in the dosing cylinder exists in the process of adding the solvent for dilution. The solvent type asphalt coating product also has a few processes for dissolving SBS by using a single solvent, the process can reduce the temperature for dissolving SBS, but the solvent can damage the molecular chain structure of SBS, influence the effect of modified asphalt and reduce the extensibility of the modified asphalt.
Therefore, how to reduce the dissolving temperature of SBS without destroying the molecular chain structure of SBS and ensuring complete effective modification of SBS is the key point of technology.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the embodiment of the invention provides a solvent type rubber asphalt waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof, and mainly aims to reduce asphalt modification temperature, shorten modification time and improve the extensibility of the waterproof coating.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention mainly provides the following technical scheme:
on one hand, the embodiment of the invention provides a solvent type rubber asphalt waterproof coating, which comprises, by weight, 40-50 parts of asphalt, 30-35 parts of an organic solvent, 5-10 parts of a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, 3-5 parts of an amorphous α olefin copolymer and 10-15 parts of a filler.
Preferably, the asphalt is 42 to 45 parts by weight, the organic solvent is 32 to 35 parts by weight, the styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer is 7 to 9 parts by weight, the amorphous α olefin copolymer is 3 to 4 parts by weight, and the filler is 11 to 13 parts by weight.
Preferably, the asphalt is No. 70 road petroleum asphalt and/or No. 90 road petroleum asphalt; the filler is light calcium or heavy calcium.
Preferably, the styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer is at least one of SBS4402, SBS4303 and SBS4402-1 in a star structure.
Preferably, the organic solvent is at least one of xylene, D70 environment-friendly solvent oil and D80 environment-friendly solvent oil.
Preferably, the solid content of the waterproof coating is 65-70%, and the elongation at break of the waterproof coating is 580-650%.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of the solvent type rubber asphalt waterproof coating, which comprises the following steps:
mixing asphalt and an organic solvent and heating to a first temperature to form a first product;
adding a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer into the first product, controlling the temperature at a second temperature, and performing melt shearing until the styrene-butadiene-styrene is completely dissolved to form a second product;
adding amorphous α olefin copolymer into the second product, controlling the temperature at a third temperature, and stirring to form a third product;
and adding a filler into the third product, controlling the temperature at a fourth temperature, and stirring to form a fourth product, wherein the fourth product is the solvent type rubber asphalt waterproof coating.
Preferably, the first temperature, the second temperature and the third temperature are all 85-105 ℃, and the fourth temperature is 75-85 ℃; and the fourth product is cooled to 50-65 ℃ to be convenient for packaging.
Preferably, the second temperature is a modification temperature of the styrene-butadiene-styrene modified asphalt, and the modification temperature is 85 ℃ to 105 ℃; the time for completely dissolving the styrene-butadiene-styrene in the first product is the modification time for modifying the asphalt by the styrene-butadiene-styrene, and the modification time is 50-70 min.
Preferably, the rotational speed of the melt shearing is 2000r/min, the stirring speed for forming the third product is 2000r/min, and the stirring speed for forming the fourth product is 2000 r/min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) firstly, in the production process, the solvent type asphalt coating is prepared by innovating a low-temperature modification process for the first time, and the process innovation points are as follows: the temperature of the SBS modified petroleum asphalt in the original process is reduced to 85-105 ℃ from 175-.

Compared with the prior art that SBS is dissolved by using a single solvent, the low-temperature modification process can ensure that dissolved SBS molecules can rapidly modify asphalt molecules in a molten state, reduce the damage of the solvent to the SBS molecular structure, ensure excellent high and low temperature performance of the prepared product, and simultaneously have the fracture extensibility of more than or equal to 500 percent, so that the product can better meet the deformation requirement of a construction base layer.

Example 1
The preparation method comprises the following steps of preparing raw materials, by weight, 45 parts of No. 70 road petroleum asphalt, 31 parts of xylene, 10 parts of SBS4402 (star structure), 4 parts of amorphous α olefin copolymer (purchased from Kyoda Liaohua company) and 10 parts of light calcium carbonate, adding asphalt and xylene into a reaction vessel, heating to 86 ℃ to form a first product, adding SBS4402 into the reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be about 86 ℃, carrying out high-speed melting and shearing at 2000 rpm for 55min until SBS4402 is completely dissolved to form a second product, adding amorphous α olefin copolymer into the reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be about 85 ℃, carrying out high-speed stirring at 2000 rpm for 0.5h to form a third product, adding light calcium into the reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be about 75 ℃, carrying out high-speed stirring at the above rotating speed to form a fourth product, and cooling the fourth product to 50 ℃ to obtain the solvent-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating.
Example 2
Preparing raw materials according to a formula, by weight, 43 parts of No. 90 road petroleum asphalt, 33 parts of D70 solvent oil, 8 parts of SBS4303 (star structure), 4 parts of amorphous α olefin copolymer (purchased from Kyoda Liaohua company) and 12 parts of heavy calcium carbonate;
adding asphalt and D70 into a reaction vessel, heating to 90 ℃ to form a first product, adding SBS4303 into the reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be about 90 ℃, carrying out melt shearing at a rotating speed of 2000 rpm for 60min until SBS4303 is completely dissolved to form a second product, adding an amorphous α olefin copolymer into the reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be about 90 ℃, carrying out high-speed stirring at 2000 rpm for 0.5h to form a third product, adding light calcium into the reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be about 78 ℃, carrying out high-speed stirring at 2000 rpm to form a fourth product, and cooling the fourth product to 50 ℃ to obtain the solvent-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating.
Example 3
Preparing raw materials according to a formula, by weight, 45 parts of No. 90 road petroleum asphalt, 34 parts of D80 solvent oil, 7 parts of SBS4402-1 (star structure), 3 parts of amorphous α olefin copolymer (purchased from Kyoda Liaohua company) and 11 parts of heavy calcium carbonate;
adding asphalt and D90 into a reaction vessel, heating to 95 ℃ to form a first product, adding SBS4402-1 into the reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be about 95 ℃ and carrying out melt shearing at the rotating speed of 2000r/min for 60min until SBS4402-1 is completely dissolved to form a second product, adding amorphous α olefin copolymer into the reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be about 95 ℃ and carrying out high-speed stirring at 2000r/min for 0.5h to form a third product, adding coarse whiting into the reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be about 80 ℃ and carrying out high-speed stirring at 2000r/min to form a fourth product, and cooling the fourth product to 50 ℃ to obtain the solvent-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating.
Example 4
Preparing raw materials according to a formula, by weight, 50 parts of No. 70 road petroleum asphalt, 30 parts of dimethylbenzene, 7 parts of SBS4402-1 (star structure), 3 parts of amorphous α olefin copolymer (purchased from Kyoda Liaohua company) and 10 parts of heavy calcium carbonate;
adding asphalt and D70 into a reaction vessel, heating to 105 ℃ to form a first product, adding SBS4402-1 into the reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be about 103 ℃, and carrying out melt shearing at the rotating speed of 2000r/min for 65min until SBS4402-1 is completely dissolved to form a second product, adding an amorphous α olefin copolymer into the reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be about 103 ℃, and carrying out high-speed stirring at 2000r/min for 0.5h to form a third product, adding coarse whiting into the reaction vessel, controlling the temperature to be about 85 ℃, and carrying out high-speed stirring at 2000r/min to form a fourth product, and cooling the fourth product to 50 ℃ to obtain the solvent-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating.
The performances of the waterproof coatings prepared in the above examples 1 to 4 are tested, and the test results are shown in tables 1 to 4 according to the national standard GB/T16777 and 2008.

From the above detection results, the solid content of the waterproof coatings prepared in examples 1 to 4 is 65% to 70%, and the elongation at break of the waterproof coatings is 580% to 650%, which both meet and are superior to the national standard, which indicates that the solvent-based rubber asphalt waterproof coatings prepared by the preparation method of the present invention at least meet the national standard, and especially the elongation at break is very excellent. In the preparation method of the invention, the modification temperature of the SBS modified asphalt is centralized at 85-105 ℃, and the modification time is centralized at 50-70 min.
The modification principle of the invention is that firstly, the asphalt is dissolved by using an organic solvent, then the temperature is raised to 85-105 ℃ after the dissolution so that the asphalt becomes a molten state, and then the star-shaped SBS as a modifier is added into the molten asphalt, the low-temperature performance of the asphalt is modified due to the molecular weight of the star-shaped SBS, and simultaneously the heat resistance of the asphalt can be greatly improved, and the asphalt is sheared at a high speed under the rotating speed of 2000r/min together.
The invention firstly innovatively adopts a low-temperature modification process to prepare the solvent type asphalt coating, and the process innovation points are as follows: the temperature of the SBS modified petroleum asphalt in the original process is reduced to 85-105 ℃ from 175-; the prepared waterproof coating can meet the requirements of high and low temperature performance of products, and can avoid the damage of a solvent to the molecular chain structure of SBS in the process of dissolving SBS by using the solvent alone, so that the prepared products have the fracture extensibility of more than or equal to 500%, and the products can better meet the deformation requirements of a construction base layer.

mixing asphalt and an organic solvent, heating to 85-105 ℃ to form a first product, adding a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer into the first product, controlling the temperature to be 85-105 ℃ and carrying out melt shearing at a rotating speed of 2000r/min until the styrene-butadiene-styrene is completely dissolved to form a second product, adding an amorphous α olefin copolymer into the second product, controlling the temperature to be 85-105 ℃ and stirring to form a third product, adding a filler into the third product, controlling the temperature to be 75-85 ℃ and stirring to form a fourth solvent type product, and cooling the fourth product to 50-65 ℃ to obtain the rubber asphalt waterproof coating.

The solvent-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the asphalt is 42-45 parts by weight, the organic solvent is 32-35 parts by weight, the styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer is 7-9 parts by weight, the amorphous α olefin copolymer is 3-4 parts by weight, and the filler is 11-13 parts by weight.
