本发明涉及一种涂漆基底表面用的浸渍涂布式PP装饰膜,是在PP膜的外表面采用浸渍涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、过渡金属络合物和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8~9范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用浸渍涂布的方式施加到PP膜的外表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于110~140℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。过浸渍涂层保护后,提高了PP装饰膜的表面质感和功能强度,使该PP装饰膜能够更好地与涂漆基底表面贴合,提高装饰效果。

本发明属于装饰膜技术领域,具体涉及一种适于贴覆在涂漆基底表面的PP装饰膜。
背景技术
装饰膜具有隔热保温安全防爆等作用的,同时还有装饰的作用,而且透明的装饰膜还不会影响室内光线。具体地,装饰膜的优点包括:节能环保,减少空调,暖气带来的高额电费;隔阻紫外线入侵,保护室内物品褪色和老化;过滤强光,减少眩光,保护皮肤和视力;增加玻璃强度,减少人身伤害和保护财产,构筑隐形防护网;单向透视性,保护隐私,让居住空间尽享安逸,宁静舒适;改善建筑外观和美化室内居住环境;易装贴,易清洁,耐摩擦,无需特殊维护;经济实用,不褪色,不气泡,使用时间长。
装饰膜通过阻隔高达79%的太阳热能,夏季可大大降低空调的制冷成本;冬季可控制室内热量透过窗户散失,不仅不会使室内人员感到不适,而且减少了不必要的能耗费用,从而已经成为很多人会选择的在冬季室内保暖一种方式。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐划伤的适用于涂漆基底表面使用的PP装饰膜。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种涂漆基底表面用的浸渍涂布式PP装饰膜,是在PP膜的外表面采用浸渍涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、过渡金属络合物和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8~9范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用浸渍涂布的方式施加到PP膜的外表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于110~140℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
优选地,所述过渡金属络合物为钛、铝、锡或锆的络合物。
优选地,硅烷的分子量介于200~2000。
优选地,所述硅烷在有机侧链中具有适于形成氢桥键的极性化基团。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:提供了一种浸渍涂布式的PP装饰膜,经过浸渍涂层保护后,提高了PP装饰膜的表面质感和功能强度,使该PP装饰膜能够更好地与涂漆基底表面贴合,提高装饰效果。

适用于涂漆基底的PP装饰膜,是在PP膜的外表面采用浸渍涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、钛、铝的络合物和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用浸渍涂布的方式施加到PP膜表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120℃环境下固化1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
实施例2
适用于涂漆基底的PP装饰膜,是在PP膜的外表面采用浸渍涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、钛、锡的络合物和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至9范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用浸渍涂布的方式施加到PP膜表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于130℃环境下固化1小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
实施例3
适用于涂漆基底的PP装饰膜,是在PP膜的外表面采用浸渍涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、铝、锆的络合物和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至9范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用浸渍涂布的方式施加到PP膜表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于110℃环境下固化1小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。

1.一种涂漆基底表面用的浸渍涂布式PP装饰膜,其特征在于:是在PP膜的外表面采用浸渍涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、过渡金属络合物和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8~9范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用浸渍涂布的方式施加到PP膜的外表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于110~140℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
