Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐久香味陶瓷制品,以高铝细粉作为主原料,添加了粉煤灰、贝壳粉等廉价易得原料,不仅降低了对环境的污染,还大大降低了成本,废玻璃的加入,在烧结过程中形成玻璃心,起到粘合剂的作用,提高陶瓷表面的光滑性能、抗裂、抗冲击性能,熏香、麦饭石粉、白釉球等通过施釉在陶瓷表面,提高了陶瓷的香味及香味的耐久性,熏香具有助眠和驱蚊效果,促进人体睡眠;制备方法简单,成本低,环保无毒,不会产生污染环境的有害物质。

发明目的:为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种耐久香味陶瓷制品及其制备方法。
发明内容:一种耐久香味陶瓷制品,包括以下重量份的组分:高铝细粉30-50份、长石粉20-30份、粉煤灰40-50份、石英粉20-30份、废玻璃8-12份、麦饭石粉10-20份、贝壳粉8-12份、白釉球30-40份、熏香料5-10份。
优选地,所述的高铝细粉为铝矿石经高温煅烧后所得,其中氧化铝含量大于80%,100-200目。
优选地,所述的熏香料包括以下重量份的组分:薰衣草30-50份、艾草35-55份、橙皮20-30份、冰片30-40份、茶叶渣10-20份、石菖蒲20-30份、高锰酸钾5-10份、迷迭香精油20-30份。
优选地,所述的熏香料制备方法为将薰衣草、艾草、橙皮、冰片、石菖蒲、高锰酸钾、茶叶渣混合研磨成300-400目细粉后加入迷迭香精油混合均匀即得。
优选地,所述的耐久香味陶瓷制品制备方法,包括以下方法步骤:
(1)制备贝壳粉,将贝壳于400-600℃条件下进行一次煅烧1-3h,冷却至室温后进行一次研磨分散均匀后再于600-800℃进行二次煅烧1-3h,冷却至室温进行二次研磨分散,直至贝壳粉粒径为300-400目;
(2)称取配方量的高铝细粉、长石粉、粉煤灰、石英粉、贝壳粉、废玻璃,放入球磨罐中,并加入物料总重量40-50%的去离子水和占总重量1.5-2.5%的水玻璃后密封,启动球磨机,球磨8-12h;
(3)将步骤(2)球磨后的浆料过300-400目过滤网,得浆料备用;
(4)将步骤(3)制备的浆料用磁选机进行磁选除铁,使浆料中铁的含量≤0.2%,将浆料加到成型机中干燥成型得到坯体,将坯体放入烧结炉内烧结成型,炉内温度为800-1000℃,烧结时间为4-6h,冷却至常温后打磨刨光备用;
(5)将配方量的白釉球、麦饭石粉和熏香混合加到球磨机中湿法球磨,加入物料总量30-40%的去离子水,球磨后浆料过300目筛,去除杂质和粗颗粒,得到细浆料,再施釉于步骤(4)打磨刨光的陶瓷表面,在700-800℃烧结3-4h即得。

所述的熏香料制备方法为将薰衣草、艾草、橙皮、冰片、石菖蒲、高锰酸钾、茶叶渣混合研磨成300目细粉后加入迷迭香精油混合均匀即得。

(5)将配方量的白釉球、麦饭石粉和熏香混合加到球磨机中湿法球磨,加入物料总量35%的去离子水,球磨后浆料过300目筛,去除杂质和粗颗粒,得到细浆料,再施釉于步骤(4)打磨刨光的陶瓷表面,在750℃烧结3.5h即得。

1.一种耐久香味陶瓷制品,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:高铝细粉30-50份、长石粉20-30份、粉煤灰40-50份、石英粉20-30份、废玻璃8-12份、麦饭石粉10-20份、贝壳粉8-12份、白釉球30-40份、熏香料5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久香味陶瓷制品,其特征在于,所述的高铝细粉为铝矿石经高温煅烧后所得,其中氧化铝含量大于80%,100-200目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久香味陶瓷制品,其特征在于,所述的熏香料包括以下重量份的组分:薰衣草30-50份、艾草35-55份、橙皮20-30份、冰片30-40份、茶叶渣10-20份、石菖蒲20-30份、高锰酸钾5-10份、迷迭香精油20-30份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐久香味陶瓷制品,其特征在于,所述的熏香料制备方法为将薰衣草、艾草、橙皮、冰片、石菖蒲、高锰酸钾、茶叶渣混合研磨成300-400目细粉后加入迷迭香精油混合均匀即得。
5.一种根据权利要求1所述的耐久香味陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下方法步骤:
(1)制备贝壳粉,将贝壳于400-600℃条件下进行一次煅烧1-3h,冷却至室温后进行一次研磨分散均匀后再于600-800℃进行二次煅烧1-3h,冷却至室温进行二次研磨分散,直至贝壳粉粒径为300-400目;
(2)称取配方量的高铝细粉、长石粉、粉煤灰、石英粉、贝壳粉、废玻璃,放入球磨罐中,并加入物料总重量40-50%的去离子水和占总重量1.5-2.5%的水玻璃后密封,启动球磨机,球磨8-12h;
(3)将步骤(2)球磨后的浆料过300-400目过滤网,得浆料备用;
(4)将步骤(3)制备的浆料用磁选机进行磁选除铁,使浆料中铁的含量≤0.2%,将浆料加到成型机中干燥成型得到坯体,将坯体放入烧结炉内烧结成型,炉内温度为800-1000℃,烧结时间为4-6h,冷却至常温后打磨刨光备用;
(5)将配方量的白釉球、麦饭石粉和熏香混合加到球磨机中湿法球磨,加入物料总量30-40%的去离子水,球磨后浆料过300目筛,去除杂质和粗颗粒,得到细浆料,再施釉于步骤(4)打磨刨光的陶瓷表面,在700-800℃烧结3-4h即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐久香味陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(1)中贝壳粉制备方法中一次煅烧气氛为氩气,二次煅烧气氛为氧气。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐久香味陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(1)中贝壳粉制备方法中一次研磨分散时搅拌速度为400-600r/min,二次研磨分散时搅拌速度为600-800r/min。
