本发明公开了一种制取玻壳的超纯水设备,主要由原水箱、增压泵、多介质过滤器,活性炭过滤器、钠离子软化器、精密过滤器、高压泵I、一级反渗透主机、纯水箱、高压泵II、紫外线杀菌器和二级反渗透主机组成,所述的增压泵连接原水箱,多介质过滤器一端连接增压泵另一端连接活性炭过滤器,钠离子软化器连接活性炭过滤器,精密过滤器连接钠离子软化器,高压泵I连接精密过滤器,一级反渗透主机连接高压泵I,纯水箱设置在一级反渗透主机上,高压泵一端连接纯水箱一端连接紫外线杀菌器,二级反渗透主机连接紫外线杀菌器。本发明可连续、稳定的生产高品质纯水无需因树脂再生而停机。无污染排放,既环保又省去了废液处理的投资。设备结构紧凑,占地面积小,节省空间,同时还具有节能优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于机械设备领域,具体涉及一种制取玻壳的超纯水设备。
背景技术
超纯水机是一种实验室用水净化设备,是通过过滤、反渗透、电渗析器、离子交换器、紫外灭菌等方法去除水中所有固体杂质、盐离子、细菌病毒等的水处理装置。超纯水设备大量应用于医药,电子,化工,生物理化实验室等行业。实验室超纯水机通常能产出纯水以及超纯水两种规格的水。传统纯水机在制水过程中会产生废水,纯水机的RO反渗透膜的孔径特别小,小的必须要靠压力把水打过去,对于经不过RO膜的杂质就排出去了,也就产生了废水,制取玻壳的超纯水设备由预处理系统、精处理系统、后处理系统三大部分组成。原水经石英砂单元、活性炭单元、软水器单元等预处理系统后,使水中的悬浮物、胶体、有机物、硬度、微生物等杂质含量大大降低,以减轻后续的反渗透、电除盐等精处理系统的处理负荷,延长其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制取玻壳的超纯水设备,以解决上述方案中存在的不足。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种制取玻壳的超纯水设备,主要由原水箱、增压泵、多介质过滤器,活性炭过滤器、钠离子软化器、精密过滤器、高压泵I、一级反渗透主机、纯水箱、高压泵II、紫外线杀菌器和二级反渗透主机组成,所述的增压泵连接原水箱,多介质过滤器一端连接增压泵另一端连接活性炭过滤器,钠离子软化器连接活性炭过滤器,精密过滤器连接钠离子软化器,高压泵I连接精密过滤器,一级反渗透主机连接高压泵I,纯水箱设置在一级反渗透主机上,高压泵一端连接纯水箱一端连接紫外线杀菌器,二级反渗透主机连接紫外线杀菌器。
所述的一级反渗透水主机包含四个反渗透膜组件。
所述的二级反渗透水主机包含四个反渗透膜组件。
所述的精密过滤器内设有钛滤芯、活性炭滤芯。
本发明可连续、稳定的生产高品质纯水无需因树脂再生而停机。无污染排放,既环保又省去了废液处理的投资。设备结构紧凑,占地面积小,节省空间,同时还具有节能优点。

1.一种制取玻壳的超纯水设备,主要由原水箱、增压泵、多介质过滤器,活性炭过滤器、钠离子软化器、精密过滤器、高压泵I、一级反渗透主机、纯水箱、高压泵II、紫外线杀菌器和二级反渗透主机组成,其特征在于:所述的增压泵连接原水箱,多介质过滤器一端连接增压泵另一端连接活性炭过滤器,钠离子软化器连接活性炭过滤器,精密过滤器连接钠离子软化器,高压泵I连接精密过滤器,一级反渗透主机连接高压泵I,纯水箱设置在一级反渗透主机上,高压泵一端连接纯水箱一端连接紫外线杀菌器,二级反渗透主机连接紫外线杀菌器。
