The ball head is used as an important part of the control arm assembly, is particularly critical to the jumping and steering of wheels, and has good sealing and lubricating environments, so that the wear of the ball head is reduced, and the performance is ensured.
The performance of the ball head is poor after a period of working, mainly because the lubricating effect is poor, the ball head is seriously worn, the gap between the ball head and the ball bowl is increased and is seriously swayed, the performance of the ball head is seriously influenced, and the steering and control stability of an automobile is further influenced. The bulb in the prior art often has the problem of insufficient lubrication after long-time working, and has a plurality of inconveniences caused by the structural reasons of the bulb assembly, unsatisfactory lubrication effect and difficult bulb assembly replacement.

As shown in fig. 5, the lower end of the dust cover 22 is provided with a thickened inward flanging structure, the upper end of the ball seat 24 is provided with an annular groove structure, and the flanging structure is positioned in the groove structure during assembly, so that the installation and positioning of the lower end of the dust cover 22 are realized, the lower end of the dust cover 22 can be reliably fixed in the annular groove through the first connecting end 11, the falling and shifting of the dust cover 22 are effectively prevented, other clamping and fixing parts are avoided by the fixing mode of the lower end of the dust cover 22, the number of assembly parts is reduced, and the assembly process is simplified. The dust cover 22 adopting the combination of the structure and the fixing mode has good sealing effect, can effectively prevent dust and water from entering the ball seat 24, avoids the rust of the ball head 21, reduces abrasion and unsmooth operation, and prolongs the service life. The cross section of the rubber plug 27 is in an I shape and is divided into a large end and a small end, the small end is provided with a blind hole 271 and a sharp top, the rubber plug can be ensured to be plugged into the hole smoothly by adopting the structure, the large end is flat, good tightness can be ensured, and sundries such as dust, water and the like can be effectively prevented from entering the ball seat 24. When the ball head 21 is not sufficiently lubricated and lubricating grease needs to be added, the rubber plug 27 is taken down, the lubricating grease is injected through the hole in the middle of the lower cover plate 26, the lubricating grease flows to the periphery of the ball head 21 along the groove 252 of the lubricating cross by the stepped hole 25 to generate a lubricating effect, and after lubrication is finished, the rubber plug 27 is plugged again, so that the whole lubricating grease adding process is very simple and convenient.
