本发明公开了一种制药用切片机,包括机体,所述机体内腔顶部的左右两端均固定连接有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆的底部固定连接有刀片夹具,所述刀片夹具的底部活动连接有切刀,所述机体内腔左右两侧的上端均固定连接有紫外线灯管,所述机体外表面左侧的下端固定连接有电机支座,电机支座的顶端固定连接有电机。本发明在机体内腔顶部的左右两端均固定连接了电动伸缩杆,可满足人们对药品放置盒内不同厚度的药品进行切片的需求,同时通过电机和传动辊的作用,可使本药品放置盒内的药品具有前后移动的能力,解决了现有的制药用切片机需要人工调节切刀从而进行药品切片,不仅费时费力,效率低,而且自动化程度低的问题。

本发明涉及制药设备技术领域,具体为一种制药用切片机。
背景技术
药品是指用于预防、治疗和诊断人的疾病,有目的地调节人的生理机能,并规定有适应症或者功能主治、用法和用量的物质,而药品一般在加工过程中需要将其进行切片处理,因此制药用切片机就随之产生,但现有的制药用切片机需要人工调节切刀从而进行药品切片,不仅费时费力,效率低,而且自动化程度低,为此,我们提出一种制药用切片机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制药用切片机,具备自动化程度高的优点,解决了现有的制药用切片机需要人工调节切刀从而进行药品切片,不仅费时费力,效率低,而且自动化程度低的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种制药用切片机,包括机体,所述机体内腔顶部的左右两端均固定连接有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆的底部固定连接有刀片夹具,所述刀片夹具的底部活动连接有切刀,所述机体内腔左右两侧的上端均固定连接有紫外线灯管,所述机体外表面左侧的下端固定连接有电机支座,所述电机支座的顶端固定连接有电机,所述电机的输出轴通过皮带传动连接有传动辊,所述传动辊顶部的中端活动连接有金属板,所述金属板顶部的左端固定连接有速度传感器,所述金属板顶部的中端放置有药品放置盒,所述药品放置盒底部的四周均嵌设有磁铁,所述机体底部的四周均固定连接有支撑腿,所述支撑腿的底部固定连接有支撑座,所述机体外表面右侧的中端固定连接有控制器,所述控制器的外表面由上到下依次固定连接有升降调节旋钮、紫外线灯管开关和电机开关,所述机体正表面的上端嵌设有显示器。
优选的,所述电机与电机支座的连接处固定连接有减震垫。
优选的,所述传动辊与机体的连接处固定连接有轴承座。
优选的,所述支撑座的底部固定连接有橡胶垫。
优选的,所述传动辊的数量为三个,且三个传动辊之间通过皮带传动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明在机体内腔顶部的左右两端均固定连接了电动伸缩杆,可满足人们对药品放置盒内不同厚度的药品进行切片的需求,同时通过电机和传动辊的作用,可使本药品放置盒内的药品具有前后移动的能力,解决了现有的制药用切片机需要人工调节切刀从而进行药品切片,不仅费时费力,效率低,而且自动化程度低的问题。
2、本发明在机体内腔左右两侧的上端固定连接了紫外线灯管,可对药品放置盒内的药品进行杀菌消毒,保障了药品的质量安全,同时在金属板顶部的左端固定连接了速度传感器,并通过显示器的作用,可方便人们对药品放置盒运动速度的了解。

请参阅图1-4,一种制药用切片机,包括机体1,机体1内腔顶部的左右两端均固定连接有电动伸缩杆15,可满足人们对药品放置盒13内不同厚度的药品进行切片的需求,电动伸缩杆15的底部固定连接有刀片夹具14,刀片夹具14的底部活动连接有切刀3,机体1内腔左右两侧的上端均固定连接有紫外线灯管4,可对药品放置盒13内的药品进行杀菌消毒,保障了药品的质量安全,机体1外表面左侧的下端固定连接有电机支座8,电机支座8的顶端固定连接有电机7,电机7与电机支座8的连接处固定连接有减震垫,降低电机7工作过程中噪音的强度,延长了电机7的使用寿命,同时也减少了噪音对人们听觉的伤害,电机7的输出轴通过皮带传动连接有传动辊6,可使本药品放置盒13内的药品具有前后移动的能力,解决了现有的制药用切片机需要人工调节切刀从而进行药品切片,不仅费时费力,效率低,而且自动化程度低的问题,传动辊6的数量为三个,且三个传动辊6之间通过皮带传动连接,传动辊6与机体1的连接处固定连接有轴承座11,传动辊6顶部的中端活动连接有金属板12,金属板12顶部的左端固定连接有速度传感器16,并通过显示器17的作用,可方便人们对药品放置盒13运动速度的了解,金属板12顶部的中端放置有药品放置盒13,药品放置盒13底部的四周均嵌设有磁铁5,机体1底部的四周均固定连接有支撑腿10,支撑腿10的底部固定连接有支撑座9,支撑座9的底部固定连接有橡胶垫,可增大与地面或桌面间的摩擦力,提高其放置的稳定性,机体1外表面右侧的中端固定连接有控制器2,控制器2的外表面由上到下依次固定连接有升降调节旋钮21、紫外线灯管开关22和电机开关23,机体1正表面的上端嵌设有显示器17。
使用时,由于在机体1内腔顶部的左右两端均固定连接了电动伸缩杆15,因此可满足人们对药品放置盒13内不同厚度的药品进行切片的需求,同时通过电机7和传动辊6的作用,可使本药品放置盒13内的药品具有前后移动的能力,解决了现有的制药用切片机需要人工调节切刀从而进行药品切片,不仅费时费力,效率低,而且自动化程度低的问题,在机体1内腔左右两侧的上端均固定连接了紫外线灯管4,可对药品放置盒13内的药品进行杀菌消毒,保障了药品的质量安全,同时在金属板12顶部的左端固定连接了速度传感器16,并通过显示器17的作用,可方便人们对药品放置盒13运动速度的了解。
综上所述:该制药用切片机,通过电动伸缩杆15以及电机7和传动辊6的作用,解决了现有的制药用切片机需要人工调节切刀从而进行药品切片,不仅费时费力,效率低,而且自动化程度低的问题。
