Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of material surface treatment, and particularly relates to an ultrasonic cleaner.
Background
The surface of the existing steel wire is provided with a large number of ravines, the black substances in the ravines are wiredrawing powder, a layer of water film is formed on the surface of the steel wire when the weather is wet, the wiredrawing powder and the steel wire are subjected to electrochemical corrosion in aqueous solution, the ravines on the surface of the steel wire also promote the surface of the steel wire to be subjected to gap corrosion, and the factors cause the corrosion resistance of the surface of the steel wire to be reduced.
At present, the mode of processing the situation generally adopts ultrasonic cleaning, and the existing ultrasonic cleaner has single function, or can only clean the steel wire in the process of passing through, or is only used for cleaning steel wire products (such as springs), so that two sets of completely different ultrasonic cleaners are needed for ultrasonic cleaning of the steel wire or the steel wire products which cannot be transmitted, the cost is high, the equipment is more, and the occupied area of a workshop is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic cleaner capable of cleaning a wire or a wire product.
The technical aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an ultrasonic cleaner comprises a cleaning tank with ultrasonic vibration, a filter screen frame capable of being erected in the cleaning tank, and a plurality of conveying rollers capable of being arranged in the cleaning tank; the filter screen frame comprises a frame body and a frame positioned at the outer edge of the top of the frame body, and lifting rings are arranged on the frame.
Preferably, a plurality of roller caulking grooves for being matched with two ends of the conveying roller are correspondingly formed in a group of opposite side groove walls in the cleaning groove, the roller caulking grooves are formed in the groove walls, the roller caulking grooves comprise guide-in groove parts which extend upwards to the top of the cleaning groove and are opened at the upper ends to form an embedding inlet, and at least part of the roller caulking grooves further comprise clamping groove parts which are communicated with the bottom of the guide-in groove parts and form a folding angle with the guide-in groove parts.
Preferably, the roll caulking groove includes an elevated groove having only the introduction groove portion and a lower groove having the introduction groove portion and the click groove portion, the elevated groove and the lower groove being provided alternately.

Preferably, the bottom end of the upper groove is higher than the bottom end of the lower groove, the guiding groove portion of the lower groove is perpendicular to the clamping groove portion, the clamping groove portion is horizontally arranged, and the clamping groove portion of the lower groove is folded towards one direction relative to the corresponding guiding groove portion.
In order to ensure that the cleaning tank has enough capacity when the filter screen frame is used for cleaning the steel wire products, the cleaning tank needs to have enough tank depth, and correspondingly, the high-level tank is arranged as a long tank so that the steel wires extend into the tank bottom, thereby saving the use amount of the solution and simultaneously ensuring that the conveying roller is not easy to drop out of the tank.
Preferably, every two adjacent conveying rollers are in a group, and two ends of each conveying roller are connected with connecting rods.
The conveying rollers with the structure are arranged in pairs, each pair of conveying rollers is arranged at a height, the steel wires reciprocate up and down in the cleaner, the distance in the cleaner is prolonged, the cleaning efficiency is improved, as the high-level groove is always subjected to downward pulling force of the steel wires and cannot run upwards, only one guide groove part is needed, the guide groove part is a long groove, the conveying rollers are not easy to fall out and are easy to install, the clamping groove part of the low-level groove can clamp the conveying rollers in the position without running upwards along the guide groove part to fall out of the groove, and the conveying rollers are driven to press the clamping groove part in the steel wire advancing process.
Preferably, the connecting rod comprises a rod body and lantern rings fixedly arranged at two ends of the rod body and movably sleeved with the two conveying rollers respectively, the diameter of the lantern rings is smaller than that of the conveying rollers, and embedded roller shaft parts which are formed by invagination and matched with the lantern rings in a sleeved mode are arranged at two ends of the conveying rollers.
The special connecting rods are arranged, namely the conveying rollers in the groups of the conveying rollers are conveniently and quickly arranged on the corresponding groove positions, meanwhile, in the steel wire conveying process, the conveying rollers on the high groove positions are always subjected to downward acting force due to downward pulling force of the steel wires, the conveying rollers in the low groove positions can be also held down by the connecting rods, and the conveying rollers in the low groove positions can only be propped against the clamping groove parts.
Preferably, a plurality of frame strips protruding into the tank are arranged on the tank wall of the cleaning tank, and a frame groove which is formed by inwards sinking the filter screen into the frame and is connected with the frame strips is arranged on the filter screen frame.
The setting of frame strip makes the washing tank can fully drive filter screen frame vibration to realize driven effect, whole filter screen frame also carries out ultrasonic vibration, improves ultrasonic cleaning efficiency. And the stability of the filter screen frame is improved, and the strength of the filter screen frame is improved by the frame groove.
Preferably, the upper end of the frame groove is sealed to form a horizontal frame surface, the bottom end of the frame strip is connected to the bottom plate of the cleaning groove, and the upper end of the frame strip is lower than the top of the cleaning groove.
Preferably, the upper parts of groove walls at two ends of the cleaning groove along the steel wire conveying direction are detachably provided with guide rollers, the groove walls at one end of the steel wire is provided with a liquid removing and blowing device, the liquid removing and blowing device comprises a liquid removing groove connected to the outer wall of the cleaning groove, a guide roller arranged at the top of the liquid removing groove, a sinking roller arranged in the liquid removing groove, and a wind guide opening with a plurality of downward wind guide plates arranged on the groove wall surface of the liquid removing groove facing the cleaning groove.
Preferably, the guide rollers may be divided into a first guide roller positioned at the top of the groove wall higher than the groove wall and a second guide roller positioned lower than the bottom of the high-level groove part; the two ends of the second guide roller are inserted into the bottom end of the guide groove part matched with the second guide roller through a detachable clamping piece, the notch of the guide groove part is provided with a closing edge for limiting in opposite directions, the two ends of the second guide roller are provided with a narrowed sleeve embedding roller shaft part, the clamping piece comprises an elastic opening lantern ring sleeved on the sleeve embedding roller shaft part, clamping handles which are symmetrically and integrally connected with the two ends of the opening lantern ring, a limiting convex part and a clamping convex step which are sequentially arranged up and down and are arranged at the outer side of the clamping handle, and a limiting groove part matched with the clamping convex step is formed in the bottom groove wall of the guide groove part; the clamping handle is also provided with a clamping operation part which exceeds the wall surface of the cleaning tank.
The guide rollers can be divided into a first guide roller positioned at the top of the groove wall and higher than the groove wall and a second guide roller positioned at the bottom of the high-level groove, wherein the first guide roller is used for guiding the steel wire into the cleaning groove, and the second guide roller is used for ensuring that the steel wire is effectively and stably conveyed in the cleaning groove.
In summary, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the ultrasonic cleaner of this application is according to the characteristic of steel wire or steel wire goods, optionally with filter screen frame or transfer roller equipment cooperation, for example filter screen frame is used for wasing steel wire goods (like the spring), transfer roller can be used for wasing the steel wire in the conveying, and the wind frame is convenient with transfer roller dismouting, and the applicable product of cleaner is many, and the range of application is wide, simple structure, with low costs.

Embodiment one:
an ultrasonic cleaner comprises a cleaning tank 1 with ultrasonic vibration, a filter screen frame 2 capable of being erected in the cleaning tank, and a plurality of conveying rollers 3 capable of being arranged in the cleaning tank; the filter screen frame comprises a frame body 21 and a frame 22 positioned at the outer edge of the top of the frame body, and lifting rings 23 are arranged on the frame.
The roller embedding grooves 11 are correspondingly arranged on the groove walls on two opposite sides of the cleaning groove, the roller embedding grooves are formed in the groove walls, the roller embedding grooves comprise guide-in groove parts 111 which extend upwards to the top of the cleaning groove and are opened at the upper ends to form embedded inlets, and at least part of the roller embedding grooves further comprise clamping groove parts 112 which are communicated with the bottoms of the guide-in groove parts and form folded angles with the guide-in groove parts.
The roller caulking groove comprises an elevated groove with the roller caulking groove only provided with the guiding groove part and a lower groove with the guiding groove part and the clamping groove part, and the elevated groove and the lower groove are arranged at intervals.

The bottom of the high-level groove is higher than the bottom of the low-level groove, the leading-in groove part of the low-level groove is mutually perpendicular to the clamping groove part, the clamping groove part is horizontally arranged, and the clamping groove part of the low-level groove is folded towards one direction relative to the corresponding leading-in groove part.
Embodiment two:
the difference from the above embodiment is that every adjacent two conveying rollers are a group, and both ends of the two conveying rollers are connected with a connecting rod 4. The conveying rollers with the structure are arranged in pairs, each pair of conveying rollers is arranged at a height, the steel wires reciprocate up and down in the cleaner, the distance in the cleaner is prolonged, the cleaning efficiency is improved, as the high-level groove is always subjected to downward pulling force of the steel wires and cannot run upwards, only one guide groove part is needed, the guide groove part is a long groove, the conveying rollers are not easy to fall out and are easy to install, the clamping groove part of the low-level groove can clamp the conveying rollers in the position without running upwards along the guide groove part to fall out of the groove, and the conveying rollers are driven to press the clamping groove part in the steel wire advancing process.
The connecting rod comprises a rod body 41 and lantern rings 42 fixedly arranged at two ends of the rod body and respectively movably sleeved with the two conveying rollers, the diameter of the lantern rings is smaller than that of the conveying rollers, and the two ends of the conveying rollers are provided with embedded roller shaft parts 43 which are formed by invagination and matched with the lantern rings in a sleeved mode.
The special connecting rods are arranged, namely the conveying rollers in the groups of the conveying rollers are conveniently and quickly arranged on the corresponding groove positions, meanwhile, in the steel wire conveying process, the conveying rollers on the high groove positions are always subjected to downward acting force due to downward pulling force of the steel wires, the conveying rollers in the low groove positions can be also held down by the connecting rods, and the conveying rollers in the low groove positions can only be propped against the clamping groove parts.
Embodiment III:
the difference from the above embodiment is that a plurality of frame bars 5 protruding into the groove are arranged on the groove wall of the cleaning groove, and a frame groove 24 which is formed by the inward sinking of the filter screen into the frame and is connected with the frame bars is arranged on the filter screen frame.
The setting of frame strip makes the washing tank can fully drive filter screen frame vibration to realize driven effect, whole filter screen frame also carries out ultrasonic vibration, improves ultrasonic cleaning efficiency. And the stability of the filter screen frame is improved, and the strength of the filter screen frame is improved by the frame groove. The upper end of the frame groove is sealed to form a horizontal frame surface, the bottom end of the frame strip is connected to the bottom plate of the cleaning groove, and the upper end of the frame strip is lower than the top of the cleaning groove.
The rack is divided into an overhead rack and a lower rack, and the overhead rack and the lower rack are alternately arranged, so that the supporting strength of the rack and the strength of the filter screen frame are improved, and meanwhile, the efficiency of transmitting ultrasonic waves to the filter screen frame by the cleaning tank can be improved.
The upper parts of groove walls at two ends of the cleaning groove along the steel wire conveying direction are detachably provided with guide rollers 6, and the groove walls at one end of the steel wire is provided with a liquid removing and blowing device.
The liquid removing and blowing device comprises a liquid removing groove 7 connected to the outer wall of the cleaning groove, a leading-in and leading-out roller 71 arranged at the top of the liquid removing groove, a sinking roller 72 arranged in the liquid removing groove, and a wind guide opening 73 with a plurality of downward wind guide plates arranged on the wall surface of the liquid removing groove facing the cleaning groove. The steel wire can be removed liquid through the liquid removing groove, and the steel wire product can also be sent into the liquid removing groove together with the filter screen frame for air drying, and the sinking roller in the liquid removing groove is convenient to assemble and disassemble in a mounting mode of the conveying roller of the cleaning groove, and the leading-in and leading-out roller is also arranged in a detachable mode. The size of the liquid removing groove can be matched with that of the filter screen frame, and the filter screen frame can be fed into an independent air drying device for air drying without adopting the liquid removing groove.
The guide rollers may be divided into a first guide roller positioned at the top of the groove wall higher than the groove wall and a second guide roller positioned lower than the bottom of the high-level groove. The first guide roller is used for guiding the steel wire into the cleaning tank, and the second guide roller is used for ensuring that the steel wire is effectively and stably conveyed in the cleaning tank.
The two ends of the second guide roller are inserted into the bottom end of an introduction groove part matched with the second guide roller through a detachable clamping piece, the notch of the introduction groove part is provided with a closing edge for limiting in opposite directions, the two ends of the second guide roller are provided with a narrowed sleeve embedding roller shaft part 43, the clamping piece comprises an elastic opening lantern ring 81 sleeved on the sleeve embedding roller shaft part, clamping handles 82 symmetrically and integrally connected to the two ends of the opening lantern ring, a limiting convex part 83 and a clamping convex step 84 which are sequentially arranged up and down and are arranged outside the clamping handles, and a limiting groove part matched with the clamping convex step is formed in the bottom groove wall of the introduction groove part; the clamping handle is also provided with a clamping operation part 86 which exceeds the wall surface of the cleaning tank.
The open collar of the clamping piece is sleeved on the sleeve embedding roller shaft part of the second guide roller, then the two clamping handles are close together through pinching the clamping operation part and enter the guide groove part along with the second guide roller, after the second guide roller is conveyed to the bottom of the guide groove part, the clamping convex steps naturally and outwards spring to be clamped in the limit groove part, the limit convex parts are propped against the groove wall of the guide groove part to be used for limiting the excessive opening of the open collar, and the second guide roller is ensured not to be separated from the open collar, so that the bottom of the guide groove part is limited. The smooth baffle 88 of lateral surface has been set firmly perpendicularly to the both sides of opening lantern ring perpendicular to axial, overlap inlay roller shaft portion both ends offered with baffle scarf joint's stable caulking groove 87, smooth baffle can guarantee that the joint spare is difficult to dead with leading-in groove portion card, and what the receive and release of screens handle drove is when smooth movement between sliding surface and the face, prevents that opening lantern ring end and leading-in groove portion from scraping to block, and the setting of caulking groove for joint spare and second guide roll equipment alignment are difficult for rocking, and the second guide roll is connected freely with joint spare two rings, and is less influenced by the joint spare, and is excellent in performance.
