Abstract
本发明涉及护枕技术领域,尤其是一种智能A字护枕,包括A字形的枕体,所述枕体的后侧头部支撑部上设有头枕孔,所述枕体的下侧设有贴合人体肩部的弧形面,所述枕体上均布有多个压力传感器,所述枕体内设有安装槽,所述安装槽内设有PCB盒子,所述PCB盒子内设有水平陀螺仪和微处理器,所述压力传感器和水平陀螺仪均通过导线与微处理器连接,本发明能够提供人体头部、颈部自然舒适的舒展状态,避免小睡引起的颈部、肩部疼痛,同时通过智能传感器能够检测出各处的受力大小,从而反映出当下使用时的姿势、时长所引发的肌肉拉伸,颈椎受压情况,方便提出调整建议。

技术领域
本发明涉及护枕技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能A字护枕。
背景技术
目前,人们常用的保护人体颈部、背部或者腰部的头枕、靠枕或者腰枕,主要为枕套内部填充有弹性材质的如海绵、木棉或者乳胶的普通护枕、可充气的旅行护枕以及机械式的按摩护枕等。
这些枕头虽然能够满足基本的枕靠的功能,但是舒适性较差,而且人们在使用过程中无法获知人们依靠它的力度大小以及和其接触的状态是否出现异常,因而不能对人体的错误坐姿进行纠正。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在不能检测人体坐姿的缺点,而提出的一种智能A字护枕。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种智能A字护枕,包括A字形的枕体,所述枕体的后侧头部支撑部上设有头枕孔,所述枕体的下侧设有贴合人体肩部的弧形面,所述枕体上均布有多个压力传感器,所述枕体内设有安装槽,所述安装槽内设有PCB盒子,所述PCB盒子内设有水平陀螺仪和微处理器,所述压力传感器和水平陀螺仪均通过导线与微处理器连接,所述枕体的内设有蓄电池,所述蓄电池连接有电控开关,所述电控开关与微处理器电连接,所述蓄电池电连接设于枕体表面的充电接头。
优选的,所述压力传感器为薄膜电阻式传感器。
优选的,所述压力传感器的数量为三个,且三个压力传感器分别位于头枕孔的上侧、左侧和右侧。
优选的,所述压力传感器的数量为四个,且四个压力传感器分别位于头枕孔的上侧、下侧、左侧和右侧。
优选的,所述微处理器通过导线连接有无线收发模块,无线收发模块通过网络连接有手机终端。
优选的,所述弧形面的一侧连接有连接带,所述连接带的一端与弧形面的一侧固定连接,所述连接带的另一端通过魔术贴连接在弧形面的另一侧。
本发明提出的一种智能A字护枕,有益效果在于:本发明能够提供人体头部、颈部自然舒适的舒展状态,避免小睡引起的颈部、肩部疼痛,同时通过智能传感器能够检测出各处的受力大小,从而反映出当下使用时的姿势、时长所引发的肌肉拉伸,颈椎受压情况,方便提出调整建议。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种智能A字护枕,包括A字形的枕体1,所述枕体1的后侧头部支撑部上设有头枕孔2,所述枕体1的下侧设有贴合人体肩部的弧形面7,弧形面7对应后颈和脸颊处的固定,头枕孔2对应头部的固定,如此能够舒适地对头部进行定位,提高舒适度,所述枕体1上均布有三个压力传感器3,且三个压力传感器3分别位于头枕孔2的上侧、左侧和右侧,所述枕体1内设有安装槽4,所述安装槽4内设有PCB盒子5,所述PCB盒子5内设有水平陀螺仪和微处理器,所述压力传感器3和水平陀螺仪均通过导线与微处理器连接,压力传感器3检测各处的压力值大小,弧形面7两侧的压力传感器3用于检测后颈脸颊和下巴的受力,头枕孔2两侧的压力传感器3用于检测两侧头部的受力,头枕孔2顶部的压力传感器3用于检测头部的受力,水平陀螺仪用于检测护枕的水平状态,且检测到的数据通过手机终端能够进行有效的分析,从而对肌肉拉伸,颈椎受压情况进行反馈并提出建议,所述枕体1的内设有蓄电池,所述蓄电池连接有电控开关,所述电控开关与微处理器电连接,所述蓄电池电连接设于枕体1表面的充电接头,蓄电池为整个电子元件系统进行供电,且蓄电池为可充电电池,通过外设的充电接头为蓄电池进行充电。所述压力传感器3为薄膜电阻式传感器。所述微处理器通过导线连接有无线收发模块,无线收发模块通过网络连接有手机终端。所述弧形面7的一侧连接有连接带6,所述连接带6的一端与弧形面7的一侧固定连接,所述连接带6的另一端通过魔术贴连接在弧形面7的另一侧,枕头在收纳的过程中利用高密度记忆棉枕芯的柔软度进行卷叠,然后通过连接带8与魔术贴进行固定形成桶状结构,便于收纳和携带。
请参图3,本专利提供另一种压力传感器安装方案:所述压力传感器3的数量为四个,且四个压力传感器3分别位于头枕孔2的上侧、下侧、左侧和右侧,添加的下侧的压力传感器3可用于辅助上侧的压力检测模块3进行前倾和后倾的判断,使检测结果更准确。

1.一种智能A字护枕,包括A字形的枕体(1),其特征在于:所述枕体(1)的后侧头部支撑部上设有头枕孔(2),所述枕体(1)的下侧设有贴合人体肩部的弧形面(7),所述枕体(1)上均布有多个压力传感器(3),所述枕体(1)内设有安装槽(4),所述安装槽(4)内设有PCB盒子(5),所述PCB盒子(5)内设有水平陀螺仪和微处理器,所述压力传感器(3)和水平陀螺仪均通过导线与微处理器连接,所述枕体(1)的内设有蓄电池,所述蓄电池连接有电控开关,所述电控开关与微处理器电连接,所述蓄电池电连接设于枕体(1)表面的充电接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能A字护枕,其特征在于:所述压力传感器(3)为薄膜电阻式传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能A字护枕,其特征在于:所述压力传感器(3)的数量为三个,且三个压力传感器(3)分别位于头枕孔(2)的上侧、左侧和右侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能A字护枕,其特征在于:所述压力传感器(3)的数量为四个,且四个压力传感器(3)分别位于头枕孔(2)的上侧、下侧、左侧和右侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能A字护枕,其特征在于:所述微处理器通过导线连接有无线收发模块,无线收发模块通过网络连接有手机终端。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能A字护枕,其特征在于:所述弧形面(7)的一侧连接有连接带(6),所述连接带(6)的一端与弧形面(7)的一侧固定连接,所述连接带(6)的另一端通过魔术贴连接在弧形面(7)的另一侧。
