Abstract

The invention provides a detection method of a cigarette, a control device and a detection system of the cigarette, wherein the detection method of the cigarette comprises the following steps: determining a detection baffle corresponding to the cigarette to be detected according to the type of the cigarette to be detected; and placing the cigarette to be detected into a preset position of a detection unit through the detection baffle so that the detection unit detects the position of the secondary filler in the cigarette to be detected. The detection method, the control device and the detection system of the cigarette can realize rapid detection of the position of the secondary filler in the cigarette to be detected, so as to meet the detection requirements of cigarettes with different physical states/forms/characteristics of the secondary filler.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco processing, in particular to a detection method and a control device for cigarettes and a detection system for the cigarettes.
Background
With the development of cigarette manufacturing technology, conventional filter tip cigarettes have become increasingly unable to meet the requirements of smokers for the taste of cigarettes. Therefore, cigarettes with secondary fillers (such as bead blasting or pill dripping) added in the filter tip of the cigarette gradually appear in the market, and the cigarettes are more fragrant in the smoking process and enhanced in fragrance or characteristic by adding special liquid into the bead blasting or pill dripping, so that smokers can feel more comfortable.
However, the position of such secondary fillers in the filter of the cigarette has a significant effect on the experience of the smoker during the smoking process and is therefore of vital importance for the detection of the position of the secondary filler within the cigarette.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a detection method and a control device for a cigarette and a detection system for the cigarette, which are used for realizing the rapid detection of the position of a secondary filler in the cigarette.
